I am hoping they will continue to keep prices low and affordable going forward. The rooms are always clean. Beds are always comfy. TV reception is very good. Internet reception is good and dependable. The staff is very attentive and helpful. This motel meets my standards in a low-cost room in Chanute Ks. every time. I appreciate you GHM! ..........M.L.D.

I was impressed for it being in small town chanute. location was great and the place was kept clean. friendly staff that helped out with any issue. Greta breakfast as well! will stay here again when I go to visit my family
