I love the decor and the space saving amenities.
I do not like have to insert the room key to use the elevator.
The staff was helpful and kind.
Location, how staff accommodated us after mix up with our prior reservation.
Valet parking issues
Its is near to downtown
clean rooms and comfortable ned
The parking was a little hard to find
This was the first time I went to this hotel. It will also be the last. The hotel was not over the top; it just plain Jane. When I got to the hotel room ; there was towels in the shower that were used and the shower didn't even looked clean. The room was not clean.it just seemed dingy. The window seals was dirty and the bed was horrible. It wasn't even bolted to the wall properly. I have no intentions on visiting this location again. It was a real disappointment. Don't waste your time and money.
Location, price, nice restaurant on site, and good staff, what else would you want? They also had dedicated computors and printers for boarding passes. Great for the business traveller.
Lobby is dismal. Some staff at desk were not helpful nor pleasant.
Very good location....staff very friendly and helpful.
A lot of construction noise "outside" hotel late in the evening.
nice location .Staff was helpful. Bed was good
The young man that checked me in had a wonderful attitude and he was extremely helpful. The room was clean and nice. The burger at Table 7 Busy to was delicious.
they do not have room service for breakfast. You don't even know they serve breakfast until you go in the bar. The free coffee machine was out of order, so we had to purchase from the bar, which is very costly.
Convenience of downtown area
The room was extremely small
The rooms were clean, great location relative to the marathon venue
Checkout time was unreasonable for full marathon participants and the staff addressed the runners' concerns by posting more signs about the checkout time and the charges that would ensue should we be late. Their "remedy" was to suggest we check out before running the race, then come and get our baggage and leave without a shower. A sold out hotel thanks to runners and they did not accommodate us at all. Never again.
My stay was great. Clean room, quiet, check in and out easy.
The only issue was while I checked in another lady came to the counter to complain. Apparently the two bed room for her and her 3 friends was actually one bed. When she told the clerk he actually laughed at her. She was shocked and asked how he thought that was funny. He just smiled and told the other clerk to help her. That was pretty rude!
Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Very happy with the room.
Not much to do downtown at night. Streets are quiet.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. Safe location though not a lot to do in Houston! Free water was a nice extra touch. Gym was clean and well maintained.
Staff very rude and felt like we were bothering them when asking a question. Spoils your time there when they can't even give you a smile or say hello!!
Location was easy walking distance to many attractions and the theatre. Room was clean
The staff and location of hotel made for a perfect weekend for our evening at the play.
Not a single thing.
The complimentary drink and snacks. The gym was great.
I liked that we were in a very scenic area. It wasn't very crowded but it was active. Plenty of activities to do
I didn't like that we had to go so soon!
Everything was well. I will definitely return on my next trip to Houston.
reception area may look bit dull
Will not stay there again...false advertising when booking your room...paid $104 for a jail cell size room..while my cousin stay at the Renaissance for$63 in a suite..never again!!!
Staff were more then happy to accomodate any needs and provides helpful information as we were en visiting from Australia.
free bottled water
bed too soft (too old?). sketchy neighborhood. noisy street.
