Tiny room. One coffee cup. Hair in shower
Staff was excellent

The confort in the room is poor.. Our room smells kitchen odors from previous costumers. Not appropriate for 4 , in fact they propose one small sofa for 2. I sleeped on the floor ! the remote control for the TV was not working. Staff in the desk is most unpleasant.
Location is very good to visit museums etc.. Free drinks (coffee, soft drinks)

Small room, untidy bathroom. A bit picky but bar had no draft beer
Location is great

First, The room wasn't terrible however I read a review that said the bed was in fact two twin beds pushed together. I called ahead and asked which specific room I had reserved and was told I has a queen bed. When I arrived I found that, in fact, I had two twins pushed together. ALSO Staff wasn't terribly friendly or helpful when we arrived. Although they work there every day they should remember I do not and may not know all the 'common knowledge' things about the city. Lastly, Its been nearly a month since I stayed at Club Quarters and I still have a pending charge on my card. Not the charge for the room but the additional "uh oh" charge they put on your card.
In terms of being able to stay in the city for about $100.00 this place is great. That may be as far as it goes.

Nothing worth mentioning. Old Lifts but still works so no real complaints
Meets purpose of clean room to sleep/refresh. The convenience of getting chilled drinking water&replenishment(on the same level, Laundry by self makes is simple/easy. Front desk staff friendly ,Nicole worth naming. Downtown location fprice is or the price is great.

Room was way too small especially for wheelchair. Constantly could barely turn around. Coffee cups had dust in them. phone for hotel over on desk instead of next to bed. The phone next to bed I was afraid to use with their high charges. When I booked this room on Booking.com, they had said 139 to stay. That inc Tax. When I checked in, nothing was ever said about total and I didn't get a receipt which she didn't hand me. She also denied me AARP rate. After Shower, I checked on my phone and I was charged 180 and went to desk. They charged 40.76 hold over charge. But if I didn't use it all, the rest back in 4 days. They are not a gas station. I was not happy. Also, the ice bucket I had to get in the basement which was where snack & ice machines were. The only Ice bucket left was on top shelf of the cabinet. The room was like a walk in closet and I faced out the window the; seeing the brick building and parking lots. Not at all the pleasant experience for a Veteran in a Wheelchair. I do not recommend......If I hadn't stayed and left at check-in, they would have charged me 119 without the stay. Don't stay here if the money and extra charges are not good to you. I hate hidden costs. No one even opened door for me at entrance to hotel and in a wheelchair that would have been a plus......
The Bed was great. The soaps for a shower and the shower(only) was ok. Staff was pleasant. Room Service was ok.10 dollars for a grilled cheese and French fries but they were good......

We were in town to see the soccer game and we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park, it was less than a mile away.

Housekeeping needs improvement.
Great location. The two room suite was perfect for three adults. Sofa bed was comfortable; very quiet surroundings for a good night sleep; clean and soft sheets plus free bottled water. Highly recommended! *****

Smelly foyers and room, both cigarettes and faecal smells.
When we worked its good location (with no help from the staff) that was good. The bed was comfortable and the purchaseased breakfast good.

staff attitude was so-so
clean room and nice shower
April 25, 2015
The two female staff at front desk were not cordial or welcoming when we arrived. We were given a hard time about simply requesting for a couple more towels also.
The male staff were very cordial and professional and accommodating when we arrived and while they were on duty during our stay. The hotel was nice, we felt safe and it was smoke free.
April 25, 2015
The rooms could have been a little bigger but it wasn't horrible. And breakfast wasn't included in our rate.
The location was great for the concert at bayou music center. We were able to walk. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well.

would have LOVED a bathtub!
free bottled water, comfy beds, walk to downtown.. super friendly people. great stay.
April 23, 2015
Construction noise made it impossible to sleep in a $300 per night room. Ended up closing door to the bedroom and attempting to nap on a couch 2 feet too short. Still too loud. Zero sleep. Plus silly things...2 Or 3 burnt out light bulbs in the room, no toilet paper, dingy towels. I also have allergies and bedding/detergent caused significant issues. I was glad to check out and leave.
April 22, 2015
Toilet paper was down to just a few squares. There wasn't a backup readily available. When one was requested, in person, at the desk, I was told it would be brought up. Good thing the situation wasn't urgent. :p
Perfect central location for all of my downtown destinations. Water filling station was a plus-gotta stay hydrated. The rooms are small and super-clean. Small is not an issue, just need a place to sleep and shower.

I liked the beautiful old-style ambience of a grand hotel yet rooms were modern. Great location for ball game at Minute Maid. Bottled water was abundant and at no charge as well as coffee & espresso in the lobby. Staff was very helpful.
April 21, 2015
For one night in town can't really beat the comfort and convenience of this location, well within walking distance of stadiums and other down town spots. Will probably stay here again if I go back to Houston.
April 20, 2015
Bathroom floor was dirty. Had to ask for towels three times. Elevator noise all night. Don't stay in room 1101.
April 19, 2015
Quiet and comfortable! Great value in a good location!
April 14, 2015
Cosy and comfortable rooms with good wi-fi and good light system for work in the rooms, good business-center
