1. Location - perfect 2. Room facilities - excellent 3. Manager in duty - Sensitive to the needs and responsive to specific requests
I paid upfront the entire room rent as I requested to not put a hold for incidentals on my travel card - the reason being travel card takes lot of time to unblock the amount and my office expects us to settle the bills asap. I was assured there will be no incidentals blocked since I have paid the entire room rent. Still in the morning I got to know the system has blocked 30 dollars. I am in the same position now so, I would expect Marriott to handle these situations much better.
Not much except the price.
Attitude was boat very welcoming. Not very clean. The bed was broken and I was sliding down hill sideways all night. Just not a good experience.
Free shuttle to airport and train comfortable bed and pillow Decent breakfast Coffee barista in the lobby
driving in NJ and GPS confused with all the roads... (not the hotel's issue)
location is good 3mns drive to Newark Liberty Airport
its very hard to find because the location is not updated in the GPS
Quality of the hotel sleep comfort
Location like at the middle of no where Braekfast not provided however it seems so in the booking reference
Exactly what I needed for a one night airport stop over with the kids. Very clean and spacious, helpful staff, tremendous value.
That the cafe closed and we couldn't even buy drinks and a muffin right inside the case. Left hungry. :(
We loved the outdoor spaces, courtyard, pool and fitness facility The room was clean. Staff was responsive.
A bed would have been better than a fold-out couch which needed sheets. Noisier than expected.
All the construction, it was hard to get into
Everything was nice and clean. The hotel was very comfortable.
that we had to pay for parking.
-Shuttle - fast, efficient, on time -comfy for a one night stay on a layover in Newark
-all was good
Wonderfully comfortable bed in spacious quiet room, just what we needed after a long flight. It was great to have access to laundry facilities too and the free 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport was excellent.
Surly and unhelpful attitude of one staff member at reception and one cafe staff member. No lunch available at cafe and no apology for this. It is a pity that an otherwise excellent hotel was let down by these factors.
Convenience to the airport.
Having to pay for parking.
Very unfriendly staff !!!
Hotel was excellent.he m
I wouldn't book through this source again because you can't cancel or change the reservation.
Close to airport
Bad sound insulation. Even normal conversation can be heard from next door. Smell of mould
Comfortable clean and spacious room. Nice sliding door in room to go outside & relax.
Such a high rate for breakfast , at most hotels i have been at breakfast was free . Also the walls were very thin meaning everyone could hear everything.
Staff very helpful in dealing with luggage lockup so I could go sight seeing.
rudimentary dining facilities in-house, and none others in neighborhood
Close to the airport and a nice relaxed environment. The food was very good and it is a great place for the night before you have to catch an early flight
The walls are very very thin - we could hear every noise from the room next door. We booked for 3 people and on our arrival, the bed for my son was not made - I rang and got the bedding and had to make it myself (which is fine) but don't think that I really should have had to.
Clean and confortable room, free and fast wifi, free tranpostation to newark airport every half hour.
I would not recomend this hotel if your main objetive is NYC, because train from the airport to NY penn station is expensive. I suggest you to stay in a hotel at Newark penn station (where there is a cheaper train to NYC) or try a hotel in Manhattan itself.
Nothing made me feel special about this place
I booked here because they have rooms with balconys so I smoke and I smoke on the balcony to keep from running down stairs. I check out I was charged a extra $250 and not the they charge $10 bucks a day to park your car It's not work my money I was charged almost $800 buck for 3 days and I was not impressed with the facility
Good coffee and breakfast Friendly staff Comfortable room Good Pool
It liked the cleanliness. I liked the fact that it was comfortable.
Way to expensive inside the hotel. Outrageous prices. A bag of chips for $3.00+. $10.00 for a BLT.
