Fresh coat of paint. Flooring was current. Bed was ok. Parked right by the door. Shower was great. Had fridge and microwave both worked great. Had bedside nightstands both sides. USB ports were everywhere on newer style lamps. Good upgrades throughout.

The rooms were big and pretty clean. It was decently priced, and close to event we were attending. The do offer a "breakfast" but its cereal, toast, and a few tiny muffins. Close to town, restaurants, shopping.

The pictures on the internet and the reviews I read lead me to believe this would be a satisfactory hotel for two women and a child but when we arrived it appeared very unkempt and unclean and in an unsafe part of town. We tried to cancel on booking. Com and with the hotel because of these reasons and because the pictures online were misleading but both parties were very rude and uncooperative.

It is located close to the interstate, so can be a bit noisy (during this stay, we were on the back side of the motel, so that helped).
