Free breakfast and coffee nice fridge in room close to times square, subway, port authority, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby
elevators slow ( 39 floors!) lobby a little crowded, in NYC you are not hanging out at the hotel!
Beds comfy. Good staff. Good location.
Wait time for elevators. Water pressure weak. Breakfast was below average and low quality. Construction noise at 7am.
Simply amazing!! clean, affordable, great free wifi, huge room with kitchen. loved it!
Location to mid-town and subway, large room, parking garage across street
Breakfast area was too small for the number of people and out of most food items most of time
comfortable bed, clean and w kitchenette, staff helped make stay pleasant--parking close by too
only minus was crowd at breakfast-room is too small
Easy to get to from Penn Station, short walk to Times Square. Clean hotel, decent breakfast, great staff
I like the fact that there was a full frig and functioning kitchen.
Happy hour. .proximity to times square. .large modern bathroom.
Rude staff. I was initially given a room between 2 elevator shafts on the 6th floor overlooking a construction dump site. I paid $500 per night for the room. I addressed issue with manager who told me hotel was sold out and that's the room I booked. I showed him my reservation which requested a room on an upper floor and that my expectations for the price I was paying and for a westin facility was not met. When I mentioned that I am an attorney a room on an upper floor not between the elevator showed up. Very disappointed with hotel response. I frequent NYC and will not be returning to this hotel.
Room design, free coffee in a lobby, high speed good quality wifi allowing Skype connection, perfect location, walking distance to Penn station, friendly and helpful desk service, hassle free check in and check out regardless large amount of guests. Good quality and clean hotel for short and longer stay
definitely could improve breakfast, typically no parking space around hotel has to use pay parking opposite that cost USD 40 for overnight.
The staff is very gentle, the breakfast and Happy Hour are amazing. Love the bed and the kitchen facilities
The elevators are tooo slow and sometimes we had the whole hotel guests waiting. Internet was not very fast and sometimes were down. I had an issue with my room shower 2 times. It wasn't heating. They fixed and offered a change of room, which I think was nice, but no hot water in january in NY is very serious!!
How it's so close to time square
The staff is out of this world: nice, efficient and customer oriented.
Everything was perfect!
The room was too small, and the lift did not work properly so it happened to wait for a long time
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are nice, and comfortably sized for NYC. And they come with a kitchen including a full size fridge -- this is a huge convenience and virtually unheard of in NYC hotels.
The only "negative" I read in other reviews was that the elevators were slow. And honestly, they were a little slow, but nothing that diminished the quality of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone.
good value for NYC breakfast made it easy to eat and run
I think the physical structure is somewhat tired. We both need a facelift.
clean kitchen, excellent views, clean beds and linen breakfast bonus
Round the clock availability of beverages in lobby, generous breakfast, excellent facilities. Will definitely return at the next opportunity!
Undependable elevator availability
studio with full kitchen, included breakfast and the size of the room.
elevator not effective
The location and style of kitchen and bathroom.
The linens on bed where dingy. The entrance door was very flimsy and ugly. The towel were almost a grey is color. The furniture was cheap throughout the hotel and shabby. The lobby furniture was dirty and worn. Need pics on walls.
The staff was very nice in allowing us to change to another hotel.
The elevators are totally inadequate for the number of guests. Plan on having to use the stairs. Currently, the building behind this property is under construction. Jackhammer in begins promptly at 8am EST.
-proximity to the Port Authority and Times Square -comfortable bed -facilities
-due to proximity to the Port Authority, it tends to get bit noisy especially in the morning
Very freandly and helpful staff. Good location - as the hotel is located in midtown it has good proximity to every point of interest on Manhattan
Great location, super comfy bed, with pleasant and helpful staff.I want 2 stay here again
The staff doesn't make daily cleaning. When I moved in, I found women's hairpin on the floor in the bathroom. So it lay there for 8 days
