1) Pre-paid for my room three months in advance and requested a room on a high floor and away from the elevators. They put me on Floor 3 (out of 35) and BETWEEN two elevators!! 2) The water never drained from the shower. 3) No WiFi (the hotel explained that there were too many people trying to use it!).
The location was OK, but a little dicey with small children.
The staff were wonderful, just all around pleasant stay.
Very poor elevator service -- needs major computer reprogramming to balance service to all 40 floors.
Location, breakfast, prompt service, superb room amenities packed into a small space -- a perfect size for NYC.
The location was excellent within walking distant to everything. Loved the opinion of the kitchenette, with a full size fridge.
Breakfast was over 40 min late and elevators take some patience
Room spacious and bed comfortable. Clean and also quiet on upper floors
No bad experience.
I liked the staff worm and friendly attitude, the clean environment and the view. Spent two days and will love to come back.
An alternative breakfast item for those with gluten allergies would be nice. A lot to ask but something sompke could be done.
Super clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and the window provided great light but also darkness with the double shade. Great location. The staff were all great; helpful and friendly.
The staff was so caring they would always help without making excuses. Loved the breakfast don't change it because I expect going again in the same season and I will come with more people and clearly I will recommend it.
TV did not work well and often the signal was completely lost - particularly when I was trying to watch the last few holes of the Masters and the channel it was on cut out. The free WiFi was useless in normal waking hours. So slow!!!I
Comfortable bed. View of Empire State Building from our room. Close to Times Square, Broadway Shows and the Metro. Good free breakfast
The breakfast area.
Everithing good except the breakfast. Good quality, but poor, not clean the breakfast area and too crowded.
Only 3 elevators..it took us 10 min to wait for the elevator..I was staying in the 28th floor and the elevator wont stop but will stop only on 27 or 29 so I have to take the stairs..but that was only for 1 day
The location was perfect. .all attractions were walking distance ..don't miss the roof view
the front desk is not helping enough. there is no way to leave the suitcases over night ,[if I am traveling other city for night or tow]
the location, breakfast free internet. kitchenette. size of the room.
The elevator is a little slow in the mornings but only issue we had
We switched to this hotel half way through our trip from a hotel in Yonkers. Wish we would have just booked here from the start. Great location and staff, and beautiful hotel
3 nights with no cleaning my room - My room was next to the elevators so OMG just imagine the noises - location is good but at night is scary - No sound proof between the rooms and the hall
Staff are really good - rooms in high floors are the best to choose- check in and check out process is fantastic
I didnt like the fact that i had to end my stay!! I booked for one night!!
The service and staff were on point!!
On the second day, we had to let the hot water run a few minutes to get it hot.
The modern decor. The cleanliness. The wonderful and generous breakfast bar. Loved the floors in the room. Staff was pleasant.
The wifi was a joke!
I liked the location and the staff
I didn't like breakfast. There is no health choise.
The bed, kitchen and proximate of the hotel to Time Square.
The hotel has only three elevators and has 40 floors. In the morning, due to the hightest circulation of guests (check out hour), the elevators weren't enough and we had to go down many times using the stairs.
Awesome location, really near to Port Authority, subway station and Times Square. Nice breakfast (although very crowded) and the room is very comfortable with kitchen facilities. The hotel offers free coffee/tea all day long on the lobby.
I have stayed here four times. Each time the elevator system has been horrid. 15-20 minute waits. Hotel has always said it's a glitch and they are dealing with it. I will give them no more chances. The staff seemed bored with the complaint and uninterested in the problem.
Breakfast too crowded.
New, good design
The staff were very nice, the rooms were clean and beautiful
TV package just average
Kitchenette, wifi, bed & bath
Need more elevators.
Everything.... complimentary breakfast with lots of choices, free happy hour- beer, wine, hors d'oeuvres, centrally located, great views from rooftop terrace, room was comfortable & clean, staff was friendly & helpful.
