No fridge, breakfast not included, thin bed linen (you need to heat the room in the night).
Location close to the Strip. Big room, large & comfortable beds. Desk. Not bad value for money.
This place is a Las Vegas classic but it has kept up with the times. The rooms are very cozy and modern, the buffet is very modern with a crepe station for breakfast! Buccaneers Di Beppo is fabulous! The slot machines have the most modern themes, and the place is near everything. It's easy to get in and out of of.
The cigarrate smale was auwfall.. And i smoke...
Didn't find the food court until a few days in so we ate in a burger place on the first night which was located on the ground floor and it was not very good or good value for money.
I liked how clean it was and staff were accommodating.
Very bad attitude un reception. Room was noisy.
Excellent people attending in the chapel.
The food choices
The bar tender at the drink station in front of the hotel.
We spent two nights at the Excalibur and had a great time. I liked the fact that it was at one end of The Strip so you weren't walking up and down past your hotel to get to the others, yet it still felt very central. We used the pool and liked the water slide. The room and bathroom were very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again!
Casino very smokey
No refrigerator or coffee making facilities and no breakfast included which made it quite expensive.
Really large spacious room with safe. Very clean and comfortable.
dirty and torn carpet in hallways, very noisy Air Conditioner, no security at entrance to elevators for the rooms, anyone could go into the guest rooms area.
Room wasn't anything spectacular. Furniture needs updating. Didn't have mini refrigerator or coffee post like most hotels.
Parking lot seemed pretty full most of the time, but maybe I wasn't aware of additional parking.
The location. Ease of checkin/checkout.
I didn't like that the toilet wouldn't flush properly. Housekeeping didn't take our trash out after I called them up to get it. When they finally decided to come, we were gone then notice my friends pink towel was taken from our room, seriously?! I asked for a non smoking room but it still smelled.
I liked that they had a large parking area with while food court and gift shop avail. The beds were comfy
Some of the employees downstairs was A little confused about where to lead guest
All the stuff to do not enough time to finish the tour
the food court could be better
Some confusion by counter staff over the room rates. Wanted to charge a higher rate than what had been indicated when booking the room through booking.com
Convenient location close to good dining spots.
Location and good value for money
The location and the price
As a non-smoker with allergies, walking thru the smoky casino to access the food court is painful. The stench is nauseating and ruins the appetite.
The location on the strip is fantastic; anything you need is either located inside the hotel or within walking distance. The hotel staff, especially housekeeping, were extremely helpful and kind. The pool area is beautiful!
They gave the worst room in the hotel noisy
Room service hours
We had a room that really needed renovation. The beds were soft, the furniture was old and well used.
The location of the casino/hotel is good if you want to be on the strip.
We had a problem at check in. The rate quoted by booking.com was a lot less than the rate when we got to the hotel. By the amount that went on my credit card I thought all but the resort fee was already paid, but I was wrong. When I checked in I was told I had paid just over 1/3 of the cost only. When I produced documentation they reduced it by some, but it was still, more than we expected. Not sure if issue with resort or booking.com
