2 pools were close "for season"... Why ???
Excellent value for money, even though its one of the cheapest hotels on the strip the rooms are still great. Plenty of space, massive beds, massive bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
overall is good
no wifi in room
not Wi-Fi in the rooms
Kathleen on the booking desk went out of her way to get us good tickets at the best price she could not once but 3 times. She was fantastic
No wifi in room, no fridge in room and only one pool open full to the brim while other 2 remained closed. Access only through casino not good with kids
I liked the central location and The convienant food court. The beds were comfy too.
love this hotel been 6 times lots more places to eat
the room tax they add on when I don't use anything included
Great entertainment at Tournament of Kings.
Front desk staff on check in/out were very friendly and engaging and most helpful.
Internet access was an issue and had to call tech support. luckly im an engineer so was anle to locate the device in the room and got it working again.
We were on the 3rd floor and our room smelled like in a kitchen almost the whole time. I suppose there was a restaurant located under our room.
Location on the strip was great. Room was nice with all the basics. Fitness center and spa were great. Staff was very accommodating.
Room Needs to be updated.
Won a progressive jackpot Coffee bar and multiple places to eat on site.
Fire alarm went off 2 days in a row. 6:30 am and 2:30 am. First time it blared 20 times! Asked 3 security guards what was wrong, no one knew anything. No explanation or apology given to guests as to the issue. Thankfully, no fire. Deodarizer in casino is nauseating....need to use a better quality air freshener. Will not recommend nor stay here EVER AGAIN.
Room was spacious and well decorated
Smoke all throughout lobby, too much noise from busy road
I like how this hotel is affordable and on the strip.
I did not like how the emergency alarm kept on going off. It was very annoying.
The room was quite spacious. The location was quieter than hotels which are closer to the center of "the Strip".
The facilities were not what we expected: (a) wifi was only available in public areas, which were noisy (and dim) due to the presence of the poker machines, and seating was limited. Due to the way it was set-up, we could receive emails but not send them - not especially useful. (b) there was no coffe making facilities in the room, and the coffee bar near the lift closed about 6pm, which meant we had to pay $5 for a Starbucks coffee.
-Comfort of the beds. -Staff where nice. -Location is convinenet for that side of the strip.
-Rooms need a big updating. -Fire alarms went off 3 out of 4 nights, for the first night they refunded the resort fee. They then continued to just return the resort fee which after a third night of being woken up every night at 3 or 4am is a little weak in the customer service department.
Hotel at the strip so you don't drive too much to go out at las vegas strip
Room was Clean
I did not win in poker
not to much!
no parking close to registration. to far to walk with artificial knees. prices to high for everything!
The staff was friendly and helpful...
No coffee in rooms....but everything else was great
Price was excellent. Clean, quiet room. Seurity guard was funny!
Concierge's desk recommended Chris Angel cirque show at the Luxor. It was just a magic show, no acrobatics, no costumes. Very disappointing. This show should not be labeled as a cirque. My 21 year old daughter and I both thought the humor was raunchy and really not very funny.
Ease of access to shows & exhibits
Safe in room didn't work No WiFi in room
Good value for money
No kettle in room
Pools are excellent
