location food court options value
It is needed to use wifi in the room.
This was our first time in las Vegas !!! My wife and I had a blast and would recommend the Excalibur to any of our friends and family !! And plan on staying there in the future
Having a fiid court at te hotel was very convenient, you can choose from many different places to eat and food prices, As well the beds where very conmfy...that was the only thing I liked from the room.
Even if they told me it was a none smoking room...in the bathroom sink you could see old smoke burn as well in the carpet....the carpet was durty I never walked bare feet in there. Bathrooms needs a serious update in them, shower pressure was terrible. Beside the window wall paper was peeling off and you could see big chunks of drywall and the curtains you could see big yellow stains.
Location was perfect.
As soon as you walk in, the lobby smells like perfume/cologne, as if masking all other odors. There were a lot of sales people stopping you for pressured sales on time share. Annoying at times.
The prices.and the bed was comfortable
They need to replace the carpet and give it ambit more of uo to date look.
No WiFi. Old and looks cheap.
Location,food court, gym,
Todo except the check in is too late:(
Check in is too late :(
The king bed was a welcome site to a couple tired travelers
I had a good experience being in this hotel. The first impression was the ladie at the front disk named hiedi. She gave us an excellent service and uppgraded our room without fee.
Didn't like all the staff members who rudely jump out in front of you as your walking through the casino asking if you were staying & wanted to get tickets to a show. Its aggressive and overkill. Irritating experience.
We liked the pool area and the comfortable beds. There was plenty of good, clean towels each day.
We didn't like the faded room decor, the lack of a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Trying to get a cup if hot water each day was a mission in itself. There was no wifi in the bedrooms which was a real pain. We didn't like the smell of cigarettes in the corridors and the general noise and faded quality of the hotel. We were not asked if we'd like to be near the pool area so were in the Tower 1 which was a long walk through a noisy busy casino and public areas. We ( myself and 18 year old son) would not recommend this hotel at all.
That we had to wait for a really long time for the waitress to attend us while we we're playing in the machines
Tournaments of Kings
Smoke everywhere, stinking like smoke asthmatic Resort fee - misleading - didn't use "resort"
The friendliness of the staff & prompt responses to needed information.
There was nothing ti my dislike.
Room smelled and hair on the floor. Didn't feel clean.
I liked the view from our room window. It was nice. My kids enjoyed it very much.
There was stained sheets and u didn't see it until the next morning. The bed my kids slept in has blood stains on the side end of the bed. That made me question everything afterwards.
Location and staff very good. Nice place from outside, lobby and casino. Rooms are a disappointment. Old worn furniture. Hair dryer didn't work. Turned on shower and couldn't shut off the water. Walls could definately use a paint job. However the staff was excellent and very nice.
A great hotel for the price!
The staff were friendly and the location is central.
There was nothing in the room. No mini/bar fridge, no coffee machine, no microwave yet the charge for the room is consistant with hotels who do provide such amenities. And the TV had big scratches in it from top to bottom like someone had vandalized with a knife or diamond ring.
Spacious rooms and bed It's got the basics Great food court in the hotel with 24h McDonalds It's on the strip.
The hotel is a little old. No WiFi in the rooms.
Friendly, helpful people. Location is best to visit other Casinos around the area. Did I say great helpful staff...
no wifi in room
Housekeeping was prompt and thorough with the cleaning
No Wifi in the rooms
no coffee/Tea facilities in room. steakhouse servers very sullen and poor service. Italian restaurant were very good
