As shown above, we were very happy with all aspects of our stay at Hotel Indigo. Thanks a lot.
There was nothing we did not like.
The professionalism , cleanliness , security scanned functions, n the layout of rooms.
Their wasn't anything . I plan to come back. Also, I def will refer to all my friends n family.
Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We would stay here again.
Best about Hotel Indigo NOLA is that front of house staff see to love their job and are so friendly. Erika is lovely. She is a keeper. Woukd the hotel be the sane without her? I doubt it. Kevin. And bar and reception staff all. Franklin's cooking so good. A friendly place for a lobe traveller and being right on streetcar like makes the location excellent. So convenient. Rooms great. Bed excellent.
Night to early morning reception staff just not as on the ball as day staff. Need to be just as good.
Rooms were nice, valet service was good but parking should be free.
Restaurant/bar poor service. Hard to get cab also. Never could get on the Internet.
Room was big and quite, great location good food
Cafe wait staff poor, carpets not clean, in rooms or halls
Super clean and efficiently comfortable. Nice hardwood floors, sound proofing, pretty artwork, comfy bed, large spa bathroom. If in NOLA on business, its like coming home to your modern condo bedroom.
Cookie cutter interior design. But for the great and friendly staff, the property lacks the charm and flavor of NOLA that would complete a vacation visit to The Big Easy.
Very clean and decorated nicely. Very good beds. Quiet. Breakfast was delicious but slow service. Cable car right outside the door. Takes about 20 min. tops to get to Boubon st. Location felt safe and walking in the Garden Dist was amazing and now I know why they film movies and TV there. Would use Hotel Indigo anytime. Loved the house of Blues gospel Brunch on Sunday.
Hated the card entry in the doors and every time you use the elevator. Could not get the AC to readjust so it was always cold! No tubs. Sliding door to the bathroom was almost impossible to slide.Asked for a frig. on reservation and 3 times while there. It never came.
Loved this hotel. Very conveniently located off of St. Charles. You're only 5 min. Away from all the entertainment New Orleans has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, lovely shower and other amenities.
There wasnt the option of ordering movies in the room.
location modern decor great bathrooms good cafe
No refrigerator no complimentary water bottles ice machines every other floor Filthy carpeting
The room that I stayed in was located right next to the elevators. With the walls not being sound proof, I could hear people talking constantly throughout the day/night coming off and on the elevators.
Room was very nice and alot of room. Location is great.
You pay this much for a nice place but you cant park your car! You must pay them $20+ tax+tax(yes-2 different taxes) to park your car. Did not like that. Also if you want to unload your car you must park on street or either give them your keys to your car while you unload your car! Didnt like that at all!
Great style and very clean.
Staff treatment to african Americans unwarranted.
Amenities, modern furnishings.
Far from French Quarter, no shuttle service, neighborhood is questionable.
Nice decor Secure Nice rooms Excellent food
Location & hotel The staff was so polite & the rooms were fabulous & had a great view of the city
Awesome location, staff, food. Would definitely stay there again.
We loved staying in the Garden District. It's a great area and on oasis from from the craziness and super-touristy downtown. The hotel was conveniently located right on St Charles and the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Great bathroom and comfortable bed.
Hotel parking is $20/day with valet service only (guess that is pretty standard), but we used the car a lot, so that was a bit of a hassle. We would have loved a pool, but I'm asking a lot here :)
Excellent staff and interesting decor. Clean and great location. Good size room and bathroom.
I forget her name but she has dark hair. She was amazing with information on places to go, eat , see. She also gave us her honest opinion about what she thought, instead of just saying yeah its good. She was great
The bathroom plumbing pipes are not sound proof so hearing the man upstairs puking at 5am was not pleasant!!
We picked this hotel because we were in town for the Beyonce concert. It was near the Superdome and rooms were really nice. My favorite parts of the room included the decor and huge walk in shower. We also had a nice view.
Parking attendants were more pleasant than the front desk associates. The bartender, Erica was rather friendly but the shots of Patron were a bit watered down for $10.
The location of this hotel is really nice. It's located in the garden district of New Orleans . However there are a ton of hidden fees that you don't find out about until you arrive. I booked a room thru booking.com and when we arrived I was told that the amount that was quoted through the sight was wrong and I was charged a much higher rate, I was also told that this happens ALL of the time by the young lady at front desk when I checked in. I was also told that I would have needed to call the hotel reservation line to make sure the rates were correct! THEN why book through booking.com if the rates are incorrect! I did speak to the "day manager" the next morning and although she did alter the rate a bit it still was NOT the rate that I was given through bookin.com! We are retired and travel a great deal, however WE will never recommend this hotel change to any of our friends nor will we EVER stay here again!
