    I forget her name but she has dark hair. She was amazing with information on places to go, eat , see. She also gave us her honest opinion about what she thought, instead of just saying yeah its good. She was great

    The bathroom plumbing pipes are not sound proof so hearing the man upstairs puking at 5am was not pleasant!!

    We picked this hotel because we were in town for the Beyonce concert. It was near the Superdome and rooms were really nice. My favorite parts of the room included the decor and huge walk in shower. We also had a nice view.

    Parking attendants were more pleasant than the front desk associates. The bartender, Erica was rather friendly but the shots of Patron were a bit watered down for $10.

    The location of this hotel is really nice. It's located in the garden district of New Orleans . However there are a ton of hidden fees that you don't find out about until you arrive. I booked a room thru booking.com and when we arrived I was told that the amount that was quoted through the sight was wrong and I was charged a much higher rate, I was also told that this happens ALL of the time by the young lady at front desk when I checked in. I was also told that I would have needed to call the hotel reservation line to make sure the rates were correct! THEN why book through booking.com if the rates are incorrect! I did speak to the "day manager" the next morning and although she did alter the rate a bit it still was NOT the rate that I was given through bookin.com! We are retired and travel a great deal, however WE will never recommend this hotel change to any of our friends nor will we EVER stay here again!

    The staff that did the valet parking were excellent and very attentive to the guests.

    Everything about Indigo is excellent. It's not in the French Quartees but the tram just outside the front door will take you to Canal Street for $1.25. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. It has a business centre onsite bar and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't fault the place. Nothing but praise here.

    Staff was great,Hotel was VERY clean. Although they were working on street car in ft of Hotel, you only had to walk a couple of blocks to ride .A great central location for all that New Orleans has to offer. Will stay there again on our fall visit.

    The location is excellent; it locates at Garden Dist. with beautiful historic neighborhood. It is also closes to the low Garden Dist where has a lot of neat & high-end restaurants and artistic shopping. I stayed at French Quarter before and are tired of the noise. Thus, I like the area very much. The trolley stop is in front of the hotel, it is easy to travel to different areas in NOLA. I also like to interior design of my room; it is clean and quite. Staff is cheerful and helpful; the hotel has good foods, too (only breakfast and dinner).

    The front desk made a mistake of my account information, thus I got a bill with wrong information. After several phone calls and long discussion, they still could not fix the bill completely. I was very happy during the whole staying period, but the discussion of the wrong bill information was a nightmare.

    The staff was great. Alicia at the front desk was unfailingly friendly and helpful. The concierge staff, who's names I did not get, were always courteous and helpful. One valet helped me repack my car! I also appreciated that the restaurant staff remembered me and brought me decaf without me having to ask... The little things that mean so much. :-)

    The decor was beautiful! The stone floor walk in shower was big enough for both of us! Bed was beyond comfortable!

    Pillows were nice. In room coffee pot didn't reach the outlet, but the PJ's coffee was good.

    Upgraded to executive king based on picture of soaking tub and promise of bathrobes in description, which was not reality. Sheets were scratchy. Coffee at restaurant was so weak.

    Overall the stay couldn't have been better. Clean and quite room. I was working but would have enjoying being in the room even more!

    The hallway on our floor smelled, i think it was because the carpets needed to be cleaned. That was my only complaint. Great stay!

    When asking for extra wash clothes they were put immediately in our room. The bus to catch the streetcar to the Quarter was right outside the door. The room was clean and comfortable.
