The view from our king room with whirlpool spa was great! The breakfast at city view room was excellent!
I was able to walk to my seminar location right down the street and there were restaurants nearby so I didn't have to drive during my stay. The breakfast made to order and buffet was the best part of my stay. The best french toast I've ever eaten!! And the buffet was clean with a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The breakfast seating area was perfect with an amazing view to watch the sun rise.
My mattress smelled as if someone pored a bottle of air freshener on it. The room smelled fresh as soon as we walked in, but during the night it became so overpowering that I couldn't sleep. My eyes were watering and blood shot red when I woke. It wasn't until the 2nd night that I realized it was the mattress. As if someone in cleaning g was trying to cover up another smell? I don't know. The sheets had a few stains and the pillows were so flat I had to stack all 3 to amount to one for comfort, not to mention they were soiled and stained as if they were very old and worn out. I ended up sleeping on top of my sheets, covered by my sweater and covering my pillow with a towel!!!
lovely room, helpful staff
nothing to complain about
breakfast pleasant room, comfortable bed and armchair
old wardrobe - drawers not ok curtain in the shower ????? terrible, not acceptable in a HILTON hotel
We checked in around 3:30, put our stuff in the room we were given and headed to the gwcc (had a cheer competition at this location). When we returned to the hotel around 11:30, we went up to our room and my daughter tried to unlock the door with our key...thankfully we had taken the parking garage key and it didn't work, because we would have walked right in on strangers sleeping!!! We heard voices inside the room and then someone came and opened the door. We told her that this was our room and she said that we needed to check with the front desk because that was their room and they had told her that they had given it to someone else and had to go in and clean it before they could go in. Our stuff was where??? We went to the front desk and asked them and they said that was a good question!! They then tried to tell us that there had been a leak in the room and so our things were moved out in order to prevent damaged. No one had called me or left a message or anything..they just went in and move our things without informing us of anything!! We asked who reported the leak and why were there other people in that room if there was water damage to the room. No one had any idea as to what was going on because the manager on duty during all of this had left for the day. We did finally figure out where our things were and what room we were moved to and they did compensate us for the night. So in the end it did work out fine....but what a mess!! How does this happen?? Never had an experience like this at a hotel!! Luckily we had the wrong key and did not walk into the room and find the strangers sleeping in our room!!
cleanliness downtown location
rooms need updating, beds were very uncomfortable and had a switch (that didn't work) that was supposed to adjust to your comfort level, staff was aloof, people were smoking on one of the floors, breakfast buffet was pricey and didn't look that good.
We enjoyed the spa in the room.
The king size bed was horrible. It was not comfortable at all.
The parking garage was the worst experience ever!!!
Very Close to World of Coca-Cola; Convenient Parking Building;
Air-Conditioner not working well; Staff working slowly and unfriendly; Wi-Fi signal was weak;
Great location. Really nice staff and valet parking was a bonus.
I booked this hotel based on the fact booking.com said it had amenities that it did not..arrived at 8pm and still had to wait for room to be ready. Never again
The beds weren't comfortable
Great central location. Family friendly. game x located at hotel great for kids inside pool overall great weekend
No complaints other than an ugly Falcons loss
Everything was awesome. Staff was very helpful and kind. Next to Aquarium, Coca-Cola World and Olympic Park.
Gym. Pool. Location.
Mattress. Pillows. Service.
Large room, good bed. Nice view (floor 8) Excellent location. Good breakfast Reception personnel friendly and efficient
- AC indoor unit very noisy, even in LO mode - Forced ventilation inlet is located near the wall. The fresh air draft (cold) flows by the wall and hits you in the head while you sleeping. It would be so easy to direct the flow in some other direction... - Some black spots between the shower tiles. - The shower faucet close position is such that whenever you try open it you receive a cold shower on top of your head. - An engineering staff entered in my room without knocking at the door, by mistake
Friendliness of staff, location, breakfast,
I had a great time during my stay, the location was perfect, very clean and great food.
Frig didn't cool Noise
Staff was great
Bed was terrible ( mattress had no support). Room to noisey
It was within walking distance to the conference I was attending. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well stocked.
My colleague and I ate at the breakfast buffet offered there in the hotel each morning and while the food was good I would say it was over priced. $14 for some eggs, potatoes, fruit and coffee seemed a little high to me. Also when we asked about getting a shuttle back to the hotel we were told there was not one however, on line it did show there were shuttles you could take to the airport. I don't know if they have a contract with one of the taxi company's but you should give all options to your travelers.
location, hotel facilities, large shower
Housekeeper was absent. Upon check-in to our new room the bathroom sink stopper was closed and full of water with a dirty hand towel nearby and the carpet was not vacuumed. During our 4 night stay the room was never vacuumed and on the 3rd day when we were supposed to get clean sheets the room was not serviced at all. Called down and informed the desk of this and asked for soap but never got an apology or attempt to fix the situation.
