The front desk manager did accommodate the poor service by comping breakfast. The pillows were great! The room was comfortable and the towels were plush!
The end room did not have wi-fi connection 98% of the time. I was able to connect on wi-fi once for 30 minutes. The end rooms need boosters.
Great location to the aquarium, Coca Cola World and CNN building. Enjoyed the close walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park and within walking distance to great restaurants!
The staff attitude was warm and welcoming. They made it worthwhile. I felt the hotel is a bit overpriced for the facilities they have to offer. However it was good all round.
Facility was clean, valet co is excellent, service was prompt
Desk staff a bit sterile & unfriendly. Was at a conference and the flexibility of late check out etc was lacking which I find a crucial amenity when traveling for business
Cleanliness Friendly staff Location Facility (fitness center, pool)
Staff was great and hotel itself was pretty good.
The staff was pleasant and helpful from the moment we pulled into the driveway. We had been at the Zoo all day and planned the Aquarium the next day which was located right across the street. There were several family friendly choices for dinner within blocks and the staff gave excellent recommendations.
The bed closest to the window was in excellent condition. However, the bed closest to the door was obviously used more frequently and had a significant dip / hole in the center and the night was not comfortable for me.
Big, clean room and polite staff. Quick resolution of problem with shower.
My room was on the Aquarium side of the building and very noisey - drilling from 6am during the week, late nightlife noise and early loud mic'd up singing Friday and Saturday. Recommend requesting poolside and/or high floor room to avoid disruption.
The hotel was beautiful and close to everything loved the room and the view over all excellent would recommend it...
The pillows and the comforter
Location is superior. Next door to fabulous Legal Seafoods. Breakfast in the hotel is worth the price.
Beds were ok but not fabulous.
not even a continental brkfst. for the price
Legal Seafoods an excellent neighbor; view over the aquarium and city was welcome.
room cleaning was sporadic, about every other day; self-service for luggage did not fit well with high prices
The hotel was beautiful. It had a small refrigerator that was great (request to have it turned on before arrival) It was very roomy, and the staff was great.
at no fault to the hotel, it is not really close to the DragonCon host hotels. Long walk up to them.
Comfortable dining area, available staff
Limited variety of meats (all days only bacon and sausags and eggs) were available.
We only had one night and we arrived late but our location was perfect! We walked next door to the Aquarium. If we had more time we could have walked to Coca Cola World, Centennial Park and more. The pool and fitness area were beautiful. I would return for several days and do more downtown attractions. Maybe a Braves game...
I didn't like paying for parking...$28 a day!
The staff was excellent and the hotel was very clean. Our room had two queen beds but it was not cramped. The bathroom was roomy and had all the expected items (hairdryer, shampoo etc). There are convenient places to eat near by that wont break your wallet. Its proximity to the Aquarium and centennial park makes it a good choice for people visiting the downtown Atlanta venues.
Parking is expensive. I rate the beds at average. I expected better - or should I say I was surprised that they were not as nice as I expected. Not that they were terrible, just that I expected better.
Very Clean and staff was Excellent!
Did not like having to wait an hour to check into our room but it was due to large crowd at hotel as a result of the sporting events, conventions etc. in the downtown area.
The young ladies that were at the front desk gave me the best experience that I've had at a hotel in a long time. Please and I mean Please keep up the good work, had a very great time and friends as well.
I didnt have anything wrong with my stay...
The hotel is close to places like Georgia aquarium, world of Coca-Cola,cetennial park and CNN center. simply put, thumbs up for it location.
the plumbing was kind of faculty as we had to call for the toilet to be fixed before it could be used again. If you are looking for a service apartment this is not for you and not a shopaholic haven.
City view. Next to Aquarium and Coca Cola. Many good restaurants nearby. Good Wifi signal. Not too noisy. Indoor and outdoor pools. Get your aquarium tickets at front desk to avoid the ticket lines.
Parking fees in downtown Atlanta are ridiculous! 22.00 per day for hotel guests and you park in a public garage out side the hotel. 28.00 per day for valet. Beds are soft memory foam. Very hot and you sink into a hole. Maid service is so-so. Coffee not replenished each day. Breakfast is 13.00 for over 12 years old. It's nothing special.
I liked the location and the restaurant hooked onto hotel. We were able to get good food when we arrived late that night.
We paid around $200 for 1 night with parking and fees and I'm very disappointed in the beds. Ours was so hard even though we tried to adjust it. It kept waking me up every few hours because it made my back hurt so bad. We stayed here 3 years ago and we loved it. I won't be ever staying here again. I feel like I wasted my money on our room.
The check out hotel attendant really apologized for the bad experience I encountered.
Room Service Food - Overcooked chicken with a bugs in the salad. Spoiled food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. One of the pillow had a blood stain on it.
It's very close to all the attractions in downtown. The view from the 12th floor room is wonderful.
