Service in the restaurant was not nearly as professional as elsewhere in this hotel, a Lamb entree was served extra well done, hard as a rock. After we'd sent that back, the second attempt arrived medium, yet the meat was still so tough it was almost inedible. Their "sauteed" side vegetables were raw and unseasoned, a Rigatoni with Peas, Fava and Feta was overcooked to limpness, the legumes completely overwhelmed by a much too heavy dose of lemon---completely out of balance.
Restaurant team needs help!
This hotel is lovely, excelling in top quality service, comfort and design. The large contemporary art collection which adorns every possible space is interesting and the bar attracts a hip, youngish crowd. That said we suffered no disturbance to either our sleep or our more solitary romantic hours.
We will definitely return to the Grand Bohemian the next time we visit this area.
