That all the staff was very helpful with me.
I like everything about my stay.
Everything - location, great hotel.
Nice pool. Good view of the strip. Friendly and helpful staff.
The beds are a little too high to climb onto.
Location was good
Room was terrible really old and dated. Really expensive in there.
enjoyed the upgrade
suite needed a good clean
* Spacious room * Location * Great pool
* no free wifi * room was not made on a daily basis
Stayed in an Augustus Room, was spacious and lovely! Atmosphere in Casino was lively and fun!
One barman was particularly rude to us, but other than that everybody else was lovely.
The room was nice. No view. Dirty bathroom though.
Dirty bathroom and the buffet staff was the worst in the world. Didn't even brig us drinks. Had to get up and get them myself.
almost everything in the hotel is double price on par with other big Casinos on Las Vegas Blvd
Very nice & big rooms, great view of pool area form our window.
Pool area had a few napkins & cans rolling around, was a little breezy that day thou.
No Free wi-fi!!!!
Rooms are excellent quality, and at a very affordable price. Great location for everything the strip has to offer.
A lot of noise outside until early hours of the morning (presume some kind of party / club), is sort of expected, just the sound proofing clearly isn't sufficient. Very expensive food options.
Very spacious and comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful & friendly.
Our room was an adjoining room and definitely wasn't sound proof! We could here everything the couple next door were doing. No bath robes were provided.
There were many amenities.
There seemed to be a problem with the plumbing. The water had an unappealing smell, and the toilet became stopped up during our stay. Also, we had to request that our toilet be fixed more than once.
No free Wifi :(
I just loved it
Nothing at all
The staff was very attentive
The room , the TV could have been more up to date
The beds are too soft and the springs are almost expossed!, this was in Román tower. Also lighting in the room is poor.
Location, food, service, displace.
Location of the hotel in the middle of the events.
Furniture is old. Staff Treatment wasn't good. No coffee machin in the room. The iron and iron table were old and slightly broken
the pool is not open after 7:00 pm, what a drag.
Giant casino and hotel on the strip. Big newly decorated room (take the Augustus tower, possibily around 32/36th floor). As discovered later, a dinner credit to be spent in many restaurants of 4 different hotels.
Vegas all the way: you have to pay for anything that is not strictly included, like internet connection (!), cookies on display (for a mere 12$ each 100 grams package), etc etc. In general, lack of complete information on "what is included/excluded" (see the "dinner credit" on the plus side)
U need a map to move around the hotel or to reach yr room. No info or guide to move around or get acquainted with the hotel facility was offered by the reception or other employees.
Location, Staff , Casino, Food and other facilities - All fantastic! I lost some $2000 dollars but didnt mind the place...was fun and will definitely come back
i felt the room was not upto the mark, felt really old and didnt like the room quality!
