I just loved it
Nothing at all
The staff was very attentive
The room , the TV could have been more up to date
The beds are too soft and the springs are almost expossed!, this was in Román tower. Also lighting in the room is poor.
Location, food, service, displace.
Location of the hotel in the middle of the events.
Furniture is old. Staff Treatment wasn't good. No coffee machin in the room. The iron and iron table were old and slightly broken
Hotel and room were beautiful. Excellent facilities. Helpful staff. Perfect location.
Mini bar was very expensive so avoid. Some wild parties going on in rooms and felt a little vulnerable walking the long corridors and passed some dubious party goers from bedrooms in the evening.
staff facilities restaurants
Walking up the "Vegas Strip" was dirty and disgusting. Not the Vegas experience I remembered from many years ago. That was disappointing.
Just awesome... A must do and see the concierge to go in put partys or to shows!!!
Big room close to everything
Getting into room through Casino patrons
Very large room in the Augustus tower with living room area Large bathroom with jacussi
Music by the swimming pool was way too loud. Impossible to just relax by the water.
Location and concierge .
Front desk staff were very bad .
the room was great and the staff was very helpful.
the long walks.
Great location, nice pool,
Frontdesk changed reservation from Roman Tower to oldest tower which was unknown untill we reached room.Furnitures where old and scratched like old motel
It's Caesars palace in Vegas, it's an iconic hotel.
Rooms were reasonably priced but meals were very expensive. Try and eat outside the hotel!
room was nice and good location on the strip
told we had an upgrade to queen beds which we did not and paid extra for. Was not reimbursed! check was extremely long. In Car valet was told in wrong line, circled and told to go in different line, waited over 15 mins for someone to take our car.
Nice rooms, nice location
Concierge wasn't that good!
Having said we had stayed in such a prestigious hotel.
It is such a large hotel that long queues meant a long wait, confusion as to where we were going and felt rather impersonal.
Everything can't wait to go again
Pool is amazing
Once we had been allocated our room it was clean and spacious.
We arrived early for check- in which we acknowledged and were told that check- in was between 3 and 6 which we felt was quite late- normally check- in is after 4pm. We had to keep returning to check if our room was ready because we only had a phone for international calls. We wanted to freshen up before a show and were worried that if the room wasn't ready until 6pm it would be too late. Eventually the room was ready just after 5pm.For a large hotel we felt that this was not acceptable -we had been travelling a long time and just wanted a rest before the evening.
Hotel location is fab, really enjoyed the casinos and shops and restaurants. Room was huge and very nice indeed.
Perhaps could have done with some more basic shops like those for water and late night bits.
Large room with great view. Loved the swimming pools and restaurants. The gym is also well equipped.
Everything was good
