Old and run down. Wouldn't stay there again
Size of the room
They upgraded us to the palace tower - which was very nice. Beautiful large and spacious room! The concierge staff was very pleasant and helpful!
We arrived in the evening to the hotel and parked the car in their massive garage. When we entered it took us at least half an hour to even find the main registration desk. There was no one to ask and no clear signage. We had booked 2 nights with check out on Saturday. As I am Sabbath observant, I asked if I could check out on Saturday evening at 5:30 pm and pay half a day stay. They said that staying until 5:30 pm will incur a full night charge. I find that utterly ridiculous and I have never had to pay a full night at any other hotel for late check out. They did waive their exorbitant resort fee for that night, however. Saturday afternoon our toilet overflowed. The plumber came right away and took care of it, however, the cleaning staff took over an hour, after multiple reminders from us. We couldn't go into the bathroom throughout this ordeal since it was flooded and they took their time to take care of it. It's not a big deal really, though it was not pleasant. Basically, it is an impressive hotel with a lot of potential, though their customer service is lacking.
Wonderful suite; The hotel is an amusement park; Kitsch but funny
Self parking entrance is miles far from the reception.
The location is excellent and buffets were tasty.
From our room at Roman Tower room 874 had loud noises all night long.
The hotel / casino and room was beautiful. The location is awesome. Right in the middle of everything.
The bed was too soft. I was surprised that the bed was not comfortable given that everything else was spot on.
To pay for Wi Fi
Location Room size Bathroom View from the room
No bathrobes and shoes overprized water, mini bar, etc
I liked everything, all the food from food court to the restaurants. Very lavish, great shopping, we asked for no smoking and got upgraded to a luxury room. Great place to stay at.
We did not like that people were smoking everywhere. For a 24 hour city, restaurants are Not, at Ceasars Palace. One Cafe may be open 24 hrs, thats it!
The manager of the hotel upgrade our room just because we mention that we were there in our Honeymoon. That was so nice of him.
That everything inaide the room is charge separately from the room fee.
Big room, comfortable bathroom with TV inside the mirror:-)) was possible to make a late check out
no breakfast, were walking across the street
Great location , best buffy , i love it
after having waited for like an hour in the check-in line, we were given a free upgrade. Momma. What a room. Frank Sinatra would happily stay there. With Elvis, for place is large enough to accommodate 20 normal human beings). You really don't want to leave...
Check-in and check-out lines. Navigation system wrongly directing you when you try to go to Caesars. Tom Tom takes you to Bellagio.
-Beautiful lobby/check-in area -Comfortable room and bed, nice bathroom -Fairly good dining options on the property -Central location on the Strip -Extremely beautiful pool area
-Late check-in (unless you pay extra for earlier check-in) -No prior warning of pool closures (only one of the many pools was open) -Dark casino area could be better lit -Confusing layout of the property (can be difficult to navigate from Point A to B) -Expensive dining -Limited/poor selection of TV channels in the rooms
The location was great!
One of the staff members told us we could not have access to the room yet because the room was not clean yet. He offered us to 'upgrade' us for the inconvenience but wanted us to pay the difference. Wifi should be free anywhere!!!! This is not a luxury anymore but a necessity!
Most comfortable bed and best sleep i have had on a trip away from home like sleeping in a pile of marshmallows . Location is. In mid of strip so everything is in walking distance
Everything seems to be a bit over priced in Caesar
Everything except for the smoke smell
The smokey atmosphere in the lobby/casino. Other hotels we visited seemed to have a better air filtration system where you couldn't smell or see the smoke. They all smelled very clean compared to Caesars.
The people here were very kind and accomidating
Too much smoke in the lobby area..it turned us away from gambling..our clothes stunk..we were also appalled you allowed absinthe..the show..on your property..we went to see it..they advertise..as I noticed later..erotic and naughty..its disgusting and very foul
Large comfortable room in Octavia tower. Room was beautifully decorated and bed super comfy. Plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a perfect location to enjoy Las Vegas.
Queue for checkout was long.. Could have checked out online but a minibar charge had been added by mistake. This was rectified easily by front desk staff.
Centrally located. Beds comfy.
No opening windows. Rooms old and tired Wouldn't stay again with Children. No lights only lamps.
The beds are the best!
Distance to the tramway. Being partial handicapped it was a bit of a walk.
Location facilities and buffet.
