Score from 4091 reviews Wonderful
full of extravagance and typical 'Las Vegas' grandeur
no free wifi in the rooms and when you do connect, the internet is very slow
We had stayed in an Executive Suite a couple of months ago and decided to reserve the same type of room again. We enjoy the extra space it provides with the feeling that you are more in a "home" enviromemt. We have stayed at other hotels while visiting Las Vegas but none have met the total criteria that encompasses Ceasar's Palace. We stay there, shop there, eat there, and do not need to leave the complex until time to head home. We will definitely stay at Ceasar's Palace again!
Room could have better lighting.
Room decor needs updating
Large rooms, large bath rooms and a perfect view over the pooll area Also ideal for shopping, basically all can be done inside the hotel complex
The location is good. The buffet restaurant Bacchanel might be the best in Vegas.
The first day we checked in, the elevator never came with the down button pressed. We have to going up to the top floor first, then down again. And on the way down, the elevator opened at every floor, because everyone encountered the same problem and the down button at every floor was pressed. Anyway they fixed this bug when we came back. The second day, the WiFi was never logged in. I booked for "breakfast included" (what the internet said), but actually it's only $20 voucher per day per room.
Casino was good. That's about it.
Overprice, outdated room in the Roman tower. The pool was super cold (it was suppose to be heated). Staff was unfriendly upon arrival. They charged for early checkin and resort fee (which Wynn doesn't do it). Stay at Bellagio. Way better at the same price.
The fact I had to have so many showers as every day I stunk of smoke from walking through the Casino or try to have dinner I had sore eyes every day and felt as I was a smoker for the whole week that I was there.
After reviewing and researching Vegas hotels until my eyes bled, I decided hubby and I will stay here for our 10th anniversary. My key criteria was location, price, and if there was a coffee machine in the room. :). It was the PERFECT location. There are many diverse and delicious eateries in the hotel or nearby to choose from. And the was a Keurig in my room. I was very content. Room service was delicious and a real treat!
My only disappointment was that although there was my beloved Keurig machine, we had to pay $12 for 4 k-cups in the room. But, we went to Walgreens and got a box of 12 for $8.99 and it lasted us the whole trip.
The rooms are really outdated
Excellent service! Perfect location.
Too bad Céline Dion was not in Town!
Loved it. Amazing room, great view, jacuzzi bath! Buzzing casino and bars. Starbucks that opened early (great when we had a trip at 6am) I don't know why this hotel is only classed as a four star, it certainly deserves 5.
The resort fee cost, which is basically the wifi cost as I never intended using the gym whilst I was there. They do 2 speeds the so called free one is fast enough, I would bother paying extra for the faster one. This fee unfortunately can not be wavered, I tried.
Amazing hotel, great services and staff.
Wifi in room was pretty slow
the buffet at the hotel is great. I recommend going around 10:30am, you get to sample the breakfast menu as well as the lunch menu! By 11:30am the queue becomes much much longer!
the room we stayed at in the 'Roman Tower' was older - so i felt cheated for the price i paid for the room. could have stayed elsewhere with a better room. Our front-desk clerk was ill-mannered - wasn't friendly or helpful at all. gave us no info about the wifi/internet, and we end up calling the helpline to get access as the system wasn't working that great- wasted 30mins!
Room, bathroom and bed were huge! Very clean. WiFi (Included in resort fee) was very fast. Loads of self park car-parking.
No complimentary tea/coffee facilities or tea making facilities in the room. A coffee machine was provided, but wasn't free to use. Check-in is a bit of a free-for-all! No queueing system.
I asked for non smoking room they give me smoking room I asked for king size be they give me two single beds
So much to do there, casino, shops, restaurants
The shops, restaurants and bars are all very expensive.
did not dislike anything
Loads to see and do just on the hotel.
Having to pay for wifi
The room. The pool The food
Having to pay for wi-fi The queues a reception. The queues for the buffet.
Fab hotel and casino Choice of restaurants and shops Location on the strip - central Our bed - so comfortable
Resort charge - why not build it into the hotel price
it was my birthday the day before, they gave me the suite package, bigger room, great view, Jacuzzi, huge bathroom, the stay was great.
Paid wifi????really?? Even Motel 6 has free wifi!!
Location - centre strip Availability of services - WiFi
Roman tower room - basic. No refrigerator or any other amenities. A bed and TV. That's it. Cost of stay for a room like this - $$$
They upgraded me to a suit and that saved my day. Staff is really supportive.
Overpriced wifi, $ 15 slice of lemon wedge delivered to room.
Great staff, perfect location, Great food, nice swimmingpool.
Internet little bit to Slow.
The Room/the Pools/all the facilities in hotel and good food options and the theatre for a show.
The daily resort fee.
