Resort fee. No wifi in room as not explained that it is part of resort fee by front desk staff. Fee was eventually waived.
Great location and excellent restaurant choices
The place is a dump as far as the rooms go. The rooms are old and outdated. In our opinion not a good value. Also we did the on line check in but never received an email telling us what to do next so we waited in a long line for over 30 minutes to check in.
This is a whole lot of beautiful hotel for a moderate price. The location is great and convenient to many attractions. The buffet and mall are very nice. We would definitely return.
Been to Vegas many times and normally stay at the MGM Hotel. This time we tried something new and we weren't disappointed. Clean and spacious rooms (Forum room) nice staff, good food, variety of things to do in the hotel and of course outside.
Unfriendly person at the check-in, tried to give us a smoker room/ kingsize bed room and said there arent other available, after talking to her for awhile and asking again, all of a sudden there were non-smoking/two queen-size bedrooms available. Weird.
Pet policies and cost
Lovely upgrade for free.
Major surprise: the wifi was problematic both days.
vegas is wonderful
not good...too much smoke
too smoke...very important....
The place is amazing and we saw something new every time we walked.
Wifi is not free! When greates and checked in we were not offered any promotions or special deals available, concierge was not very helpful just gave us a magazine and didn't help much
Room, bed, service desk.
everything . we have waited 40 years to stay here and it was wonderful
The restaurants, forum shops, casino and everything else but the hotel part were great.
Hotel room in the Roman Tower was below expectation. We had stayed in the Mirage before and in comparison, the room wasn't as good at all. The shower was barely working, so that was fixed ok, but no door on the bathroom wasn't great when two of you are sharing a room when someone needs the loo... Noise from other rooms was obvious to - early morning calls to EST locations at 5.30 not exactly welcoming and nocturnal activities not on the quiet side to say the least!!! Room was generally ok and spacious but aparent in need of new decor and better sound proofing.
locaition is great
Workers in the reception are so slow. I had waited almost 1 hour in order to make check-in.
The hotel was magnificent.
Gordon Ramsey restaurant was the worst dinner experience in Las Vegas. Very noisy hotel room doors. Smoking is allowed everywhere.
Comfort and location
Had a awesome time in vegas, the room was very nice and clean.
My Hang Over The Next Day.
Location in the center of the Strip Really comfortable beds
For a price of more than 250 USD per night (incl. taxes and resort fee), the room was only basic and had no fridge. WiFi was ridiculously overpriced, should be included if rooms cost that much. The room was not made up or cleaned during our two day stay and the pay-per-view movie didn't even fit the size of the TV in the room. Overall, for such a famous resort and that price room price, it was disapointing
Censors for mini bar
The hotel has a huge complex Facility with various possible activities. It is set in the eye of Las Vegas and its definitely cost effective.
Where is located. Center of the center!!
High internet fee.
I loved the spa, what a wonderful experience. Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Great restaurants and other amenities.
Long waiting lines for check in, concierge or other services. But nothing that would have really bothered me.
Very well located extremely happy staff ready to help, nice large bedroom (we payed for an upgrade and was worth it).
They charged for everything, even coffee when this is regularly provided for free in similar hotels. We were four friends and only had access to free wifi in two devices.
The view was incredible. Very peaceful in room.
We booked a room that was suppose to have jetted tub and robes but they were not supplied to us.
Good location and able to do everything from within the hotel. Wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want to
Beds were not all that comfortable and seemed a little overprice. Room was not as described...did not have double shower head
