The location is great.. parking easy access great food. Fast room service.
Rooms are plain don't feel like a palace the name is false advertising unless you are very Welty and can afford a luxury suite .
Nice room and helpful staff. Easy to get to buffet.
Even though checked in online, there was a wait. No delays in checkout. Long trek to exit premises
Our room was in the older tower. Had no frig in room or coffee maker. Have stayed in lesser hotels were the amenities were standard . Very disappointed.
Food crumbles on the CARpet !!! broken shower broken Bathtab
beneath the opulent facade, there was nothing. room was clean but furnishing was very dated. we got a room at the end of the hall way although I specifically requested for 1 nearer the lifts during checkin. my husband had sprained his ankle and a 2-300m walk is too much! absolutely no strip view.. The room overlooks a roof of a lower block. not worth the money!
Really enjoyed staying at Caesars Palace. We had an enormous room & loved the fact that we were right in the middle of the strip. So easy to get to places, including the multitude of shows that we saw! If you like Italian food, give Carmine's a go for dinner one night! The meals were so big we took the leftovers (half the meal) and gave it to a homeless person! The Forum shops are great too! Highly recommend this hotel!
Every Hotel should have breakfast as a incorporated service. There is no reason for not having it, specially for high priced hotels
The position of the hotel
No coffee or tea facilities in the room without having to pay for it, not known of this in hotels in Las Vegas before
Check in procedure is poor. Food choices poor and a poor return on $$. Gaming choices not that great. Too many smoking aREAS
View from the upgraded room was fantastic overlooking the fountains at the Bellagio.
Shower leaked badly soaking the bathroom floor. Reported the issue and engineer was sent to fix it. He didn't and water soaked the floor for all 4 days?
Significantly over priced, even against the other hotels on the strip. Everything in the hotel has a cheep "gold foil" look to it. Everything about the ceasars is over priced and you should like elsewhere.
It took 10 min to my room to parking
Wife took out 4 beers from the fridge to put her water in there and even though we didn't drink the 4 beers we were charged for them.
The room and the smoke
They have filed bankruptcy so they are not keeping up the resort at all. According to the engineer that came to my room they sunk all their money in the new Nobu hotel within the hotel. The pipes in the wall have come undone...meaning you get loud noises all the time I first called security thinking it was the neighbors banging the drawers etc...when I called the front desk to request a new room they said sorry don't have any...then they went on to say call Booking.com...evidently Booking.com people get the not so nice rooms. The engineer had to call down and tell them this room should only be used for storage and they gave me a new room. Stay in one of the new hotels...Caesars is not what it used to be.
Great location on the strip, made getting to the other locations pretty easy. The resort is beautiful and all the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. The food in the resort are really tasty, although they are a little pricey, and there's really amazing places to eat right around the hotel. It was an amazing trip and would recommend this place for just about anyone.
The rooms are a little old. The shower/bath combo didn't exactly work, both the shower head and bath faucet would stay on when you turned the water on (impossible to take a bath). The room had only one wall plug, which was in the bathroom, making it difficult for me to hear my alarm in the morning. The only two things that upset me about my stay was there were no hot tubs to use, and when we checked in at the front desk they offered us a 'deal' of an upgraded room with there main selling points being a flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub and a room in a better location. We declined the offer and when we got to our room it had a flat screen TV, a jacuzzi tub and we had a view of the strip (somewhat obstructed by a building). Just don't let them trick you into that extra 100 dollars or so.
Shopping & restaurants.
Checking in and out.
The room and facilities were beautiful.
From the self parking area to our room was a ridiculous distance. No in room coffee unless you wanted to pay for room service. All this adds up to squeezing every last dollar out of your guests. Won't be visiting Vegas anytime soon if ever again.
Left a credit card and cash in room after leaving. Were found and are being sent back to me in Scotland.
It smell is ok the personal awesome
I lost in the hotel and I can find a personal can help me fast
location, room, Rod Stuart concert
huge, very impersonal, food very expensive
Caesars has everything you need, it's not really necessary to leave the resort. I loved the shopping!
The room is big and comfortable.
The old man at the reception desk is very rude. The way from forum tower to the reception is very far.
