The food! the convenience of not having to go find food elsewhere.Beds real comfy and nice views and real convenient off the freeway do not have to get caught in traffic.
the hot tubs outs ide are not kept up not clean and really rundown tile comeing off everywhere just not inviting at all someone needs to go work on that ants everywhere too
Casino and hotel smell great...not smokey....everything very clean
Pillows are too hard
Food Room Service
Starbucks In the elevator lobby of the Ipanema Tower. Hash a Go Go as well as a good selection of buffet and resturants. Walkable to the centre strip. Excellent views of strip or mountains.
Noise from connecting room.
I did like the area away from the busy strip. The rooms were very comfortable and kept very pleasant.
There is too much smoke and noise too close to our accomodations. The food area were also too close to the casino. We didn't find any of the food area appealing especially the Ho Go place, when that was the only place to serve breakfast except Starbucks next to it.
Everything is good just that we don't have enough time to enjoy the pool and the fitness center but we love to come back again.
They don't have microwave in the room specially we have a young kids so this is important .but we still love to come back again.
Big, big, big, just like Vegas! The slots/gambling area is about the size of a football pitch, the rooms are vast, the facilities and service exceptional, and there is just about every type of diner, bar, and restaurant you could want.
There is nothing much not to like provided you want to stay in this type of hotel. If you want a small boutique hotel, find somewhere else.
The hotel and casino was very clean
The hotel room'service bathroom was not the same condition as the room or hotel. The shower being my biggest concern, the shower head was limed over and the water pressure was awful. Also the curtains just made it feel even worse.
Location and facility
Again, it was easy to find and conveniently located. I enjoyed the machines as well - much better than other places.
The excess charges and taxes. I felt like they nickle-dimed you once you arrived.
gaming dealers were nice desk staff was nice
charge for extra room coffee restaurant staff rude security rude food at hash house poor tasting
The 4pm check in time it gets completely crowded hence a really long wait, its not nice to do this, people travel a long way just to be there and now wait with all your baggage approx 45 to s n hour just to get your room why cant it be more accomdating like 3 to 4 pm
The staff are friendly and fun. I had conversations with bartenders, drink servers, security, and numerous other employees. Everyone is eager to please and made my visit exciting and relaxing at the same time.
I was disappointed in the restaurants. The food and service was excellent at the Italian Restaurant but the Hash House, The Bar & Grill need some help in the customer service department.
Room little bit old
Large clean and quiet room.
Pillows need upgrading. They were too flat. TV picture too dark.
Easy access to parking.
We were told the hotel was full. (Not true) and got 2 smoking rooms with nauseating odor. Very slow service during check-in.
I really liked the room. Overall it was clean and very well done. Staff was also great and made check in and check out a snap.
The food is WAY over priced. In particular the much-hyped seafood buffet was a real disappointment.
Facilities, room, swimming pool
Expensive. Staff wasn´t really friendly. There is no free WIFI (probably the only hotel), there is a resort fee of 25 USD on top of the price which only includes WIFI for two devices and took ages to make work. Always having to take a taxi or a shuttle (every 30min) to go to The Strip, no free airport shuttle service.
New samba suites... Great huge room with amazing view.
All the expensive little extras Coffee sodas cookies etc etc
I've stayed in a few hotels in Vegas, and I would go back to the Rio Suites everytime from now on if I can. You can smoke in all of the casinos in Vegas which is fine for the smokers, but not so good for the non smokers. This is the least smoky I've ever been in :-) I had free wifi in my room as part of my package. Really good restaurants, Starbucks on site, fantastic sunbathing facilities-cold pools but that's Vegas. Shuttle bus service excellent. Something for everyone, oh, and the Chippendales! Fantastic conference facilities for those thinking of holding a convention there.
legas as always shows gambling
price are getting expensive and you are not getting a return or off set of some of joy vacations. they are a business with no regard for the traveler I will start going to casinos closer to my home where comps are plentityfull.
The eating places were great, good food. Rooms are big.
Sports bar needs to be updated.Need the games to stay up there not changing every minute or so, I had a hard time getting the right numbers for the games. Didn't like paying for the resort fee and then had to pay to use pc to print out boarding passes. And then the printer didn't work. I was in an older room could use an update.
The casino feels outdated and the buffet has lost its charm. We will probably stay elsewhere next time.
Location is great for being in the middle of town. Hash House restaurant is amazing!
Bed was sloped and crooked, shower head was terrible, water came out so hard that it hurt to be under it! One sink did not work, room was not especially clean and totally dated.
I've never stayed off the strip and thought I never would.... Besides the costant taxi rides to get to the strip this place is Koo.... The hotel room was clean, the club was OK and the pool was alright! But for the price you can't beat this place.....
