cheapest hotel of quality in providence area. didn't really like much about the hotel. it's old. but bathrooms are totally renovated and nice.
carpet is old in the rooms.
Location, convenience to highway Nice view from window Quiet!
Peeling paint Shower stall with low flow water pressure Shower curtain too short for shower
Very honest hotel for what you paid for.
Old hotel structure
Comfortable beds clean room great shower quiet
The room was comfortable even with the strange configuration of the bathroom and it was clean. The breakfast was much better than most for this price.
The location was far from the interstate and did not afford quick and easy access to Providence.
desk clerk excellent very frendly
Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly.
I did not get good wifi on my cellphone, tablet, or laptop.
Bed was really comfortable. Got a great night sleep every night - except the last because of a party in the ballroom below us. Complimentary breakfast was hearty. Property was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Overall, a good experience.
Location isn't great. While it's minutes from 195, the immediate vicinity is a little tired looking and there aren't any notable stores or restaurants nearby.
Location, quietness, breakfast area and menu, nostalgic appearance of years gone by, front desk personnel and their excellent attitudes and willingness to promptly correct existing deficiencies
room not fully prepared for visitors. not enough towels for guests. creaky floors (especially in bedroom area) and creaky doors (bathroom and entry). not up to standards of executive suits in other competitive facilities.
Every item raised
Large bathroom, friendly staff, nice free breakfast
The staff was courteous, helpful and professional.
The room and bathroom were very nice. There was a good continental breakfast included in the price.
The tables at the continental breakfast were covered with cloth tablecloths and were dirty from earlier guests eating at the table. It would make more sense to have something that could be cleaned between diners.
Spacious room, good breakfast
A little out of the way if visiting the Boston area
Bathrooms were updated and clean.
Rooms decor was old and dated. No extra comforters for sofa bed. No extra cots. Breakfast was an unorganized mess. Dark and cramped breakfast hall.
We were in transit , the hotel is only 15 minutes drive from Providence, so for us was perfect. Very good hotel for the price.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well kept lobby, restrooms, and guest room. Spacious.
For those that have trouble carrying bags up a flight of stairs - I believe there was limited elevator access.
Very nice breakfast included -- including hot entree items.
Band playing on first floor until after midnight, which was very loud, even on the fourth floor above. Also, I went down to the front desk with a large needle that my daughter almost stepped on, which had been embedded in the carpet. The lady at the front desk told me the manager was arriving shortly and she would be sure to let him know -- and he would contact me. He never got in touch and the next morning, that same lady checked us out and mentioned nothing about it. Considering how severe an injury could have been caused, I was astonished that no one followed up...
Clean but slight smell throughout hotel
Value for money
It was clean and rooms were large. Staff were friendly.
Paid a bit more for suite but not sure what I got for it maybe more room space. It was only a couple of bucks so not a very big deal. It was what I expected for the one night we spent in the area. TV did not appear to have HD.
the staff was super in all aspects and every morning a "good morning" was said and they asked if we needed help in finding anything around town. I would highly recommend the Ramada Inn in Seekonk
I would have liked to try the dinning room but it was under construction and the work so far was beautiful
Lots of space for the money
Musty smell in lobby and halls
-Clean -Recently renovated -Breakfast buffet (more than continental) -Chardonnay's restaurant down the road -Game room
-Building was spread out -Building was weird -Weird location -Loud AC -Small Shower -They ran out of cots -Small bed
