I loved how friendly and welcoming the environment was. The room was impeccable, and well kept.
The staff were helpful. The room was nice
The few times we had interactions with the staff were very pleasant.
Where was the hair dryer? Didn't notice its absence until I stepped out of the shower.
Good position to Providence. Lovely bed. Wifi was quick Breakfast was terrific and plenty of it. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Had a 2nd floor room and no elevator close so had to drag bags up stairs. Thin walls, could hear people talking next door.
A lot of things . Such as stuff , house keeping ,front disk
Clean and tidy
We enjoyed the comfort and quality however the gentleman in the adjoining room was sick and coughing all nite. The insulation is so thin I felt like he was in bed with us. Your next upgrade should be blowing extra insulation between rooms.
It was clean and comfortable. Modern and not outdated furnishings.
The interior of the hotel was very nice! The executive suite was great!
The temperature of the room was too hot and the cool setting did not work
Price was great, room was comfortable and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.
I couldn't find the vending machines which had snacks in them. No central elevator, so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs.
Friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, closeness to interstate.
Musty odor in hallways.
Continental breakfast is an misstatement. They served a great full buffet for breakfast. Best part of the hotel stay.
Could not regulate heat/cold. Staff was very friendly about it but said building is old(er) so either the system is set to heating or cooling. Room was very warm.
Lisa at the desk was fantastic. So nice and sweet. She is very good at her job Breakfast sunday morning was good. Room was spacious but a little warm.
Breakfast Monday was not very good. The mattress is to soft and the TV needs more channels
Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable.
The facilities were well maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental but was regularly replenished as required. It was certainly good value for the money.
Best value for the money in Seekonk.
Air conditioner did not work in either room. The hotel scheduled and conducted a fire alarm test beginning about 8 am without notifying the guests. Very disturbing to be awakened by a fire alarm. The front desk clerk did give us a 15% discount
It was between our two college visits and made our trip the next morning convenient.
The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect it to be - ie hair on the floor behind the door. The tub did not drain, bathroom seemed tired. My daughter wanted to watch a movie after a long day and the selection of TV channels were extremely limited to say the least. We requested two double beds or a king and got a queen. Nothing was bad enough to complain at the front desk, but for the location and the price it was not what I had hoped for
they did not have a shuttle
No closet or wardrobe No clock No desk or work area Poor lighting Terrible mattress Poor climate control
Needs new carpet and shower curtains.
I loved the breakfast - great selection, quality food and pleasant staff.
I took exception to the note inviting me to leave a "gratuity". I am in the habit of offering a gratuity unsolicited, and on the basis of the recipient's service and interaction with me. I gain no tax relief from donations, unlike the employers/owners of Ramada. I suggest employees be paid a living wage by them, which would make this unpleasant practice obsolete.
We liked Kenny and Paari. They both were so friendly and empathetic, my teenage daughter and I felt very confident about our stay in Seekonk. In fact all the front desk staff were very helpful, and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The room was very clean indeed!
When the breakfast includes hot dog and scrambled eggs for the non-vegetarians, the vegetarians had nothing instead of those items.
The staff really went out of their way to make our stay great. I've stayed lots of places and they were some of the most helpful and thoughtful staff anywhere. They gave us an upgrade just cause they saw we had small children. Also made several trips to our room for us, got milk for the baby bottles after hours and would not even accept a tip for any of it.
