Price was better than staying closer to Atlanta. Only a few miles to Phillips arena. Restaurants near but old and n needing remodel. Friendly people at ruby Tuesday.
Going thru a rough looking neighborhood to get to hotel. Hotel was nice tho.

The front desk staff had ALOT to be desired. The clerk didnt want to give me the price I secured the room for! I had to call Booking.com to get it resolved. When checking out the clerk said she couldnt give me a receipt! She told me to get it from Booking.com! Would NOT stay there again.

I really enjoyed my say here. I wasn't expecting for the hotel to be this nice for the a reasonable price for 3 nights. The entrance was so beautiful. When I arrived to my room I was shock it was more then I expect. AWESOME!!!!!!!! The bed was very comfortable. When we went down for breakfast it was set up so nice not your typical hotel breakfast. The only thing I hate that it wasn't complimary, but I still enjoyed anyway. I will be staying in the Hilton garden again,again & again

I like the amenities, the pool, the room itself, the breakfast spread and the cost overall. Parking is free and it's in a good safe location off the beaten path.
It probably can't be duplicated or cloned ever.
They are very helpful and knew that I was concerned about my cousin being delayed and personally went the extra mile, the shuttle staff, to find her at the shuttle pick up and remembered my concerned. They are very caring. Dennise Sealy
Breakfast options were very good. Shuttle service was great and drivers were very helpful.
We were unable to enter doors around property that required a key. We had to park around back and had I been by myself would have been very uncomfortable with this. We had to go to the desk and have keys redone.
The employee s were very friendly and helpful.
The location was on the rough side of town. The beds were as hard as the floor I could not sleep comfortably. The fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning then again at 10am.

The staff were so very friendly especially our breakfast waitress Lilian. The hotel was clean and the rooms were great with a good nights sleep
My only criticism is that they didn't do baked beans with the breakfast!
They were pretty short of help trying to get breakfast in the morning downstairs in the dining area!

the staff was very curtious and friendly greated everyone with goodmorning, goodafternoon, goodevening, and the smiles went a long way had wonderful conversation with jasmine and lillian and forgot the young man who checked us in i apoligize but he was very, very courtious and went above and beyond to make my fiance and i stay delightful we are coming back in 2015 and suggested to our friends and family that will also will be traveling to book there rooms at your HILTON. thank you for having a wonderful staff at this site breakfast was wonderful........... chris & jamaine hundley
Room appeared to have been cleaned right after someone threw-up on the right side of the bed. All night I smelled throw-up. Also, the bed was too firm. I later discovered a sign at the front desk explaining how to change the firmness of the mattress. It would have been nice if the desk clerk would have pointed this out upon check-in.

Location next to the airport was good, access to Atlanta was easy enough. Free parking was a nice touch. Room was clean, staff attentive. Would definitely stay here again.
Not the hotel's fault, but there were a couple of busloads of people there for a family reunion. The hotel was filled with screaming kids, who also managed to break the swimming pools. Speaking of the pools, they could've used a clean. Both were a bit green, and the hot tub was nasty.
