I loved the indoor pool. Especially the generous hours -- I had to work late and was able to swim at 9 pm.
My Daughter And I Really Enjoyed Our Stay. The Staff Was very Friendly And Helpful.
Did not like being charged to park. Everything is extremely overpriced. $3.00 for a bagel. Really???
Location Location Location! Staff was friendly, worked with our early arrival and made us feel welcome.
Can't think of anything I would want to be different. Even the cleaning staff made us feel welcome.
Staff were very helpful Bed was amazing
It's a great location with easy access to touristic and business locations
Room facilities are basic. Hotel needs a good renovation.
could hear everything in the room next door
Location Metro Access
Location, location, location
Location to mall
Love the location, it's just opposite to the metro. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it is very convenient to go everywhere. 5-7 minutes walking to the White House. The staffs were very nice and friendly also. I came by on Christmas day and they let me check-in earlier, I was so happy about that.
Nothing to complain about.
Very friendly staff
Seemed unorganized at check out. We received wrong receipt at check out
The bed was very comfortable and the room was big.
Our room had a terrible view of other buildings super close and got absolutely no sunlight. Cleaning staff woke us up at 8am on a holiday wanting to clean the room. She knocked and opened the door and walked in immediately, despite us asking her to come back later. 30 mins later someone was knocking on the door again.
clean, comfortable, great snacks and service.
the pool was small and no hot tub.
Clean. Comfortable. Location. Good wifi. Good staff specially restaurant staff. Poor of breakfast.
Location is excellent, facility is good
This is not a luxury hotel.
The most wonderful staff ever. We were there for a dance clinic and had a 5 year old and 7 year old. The hotel staff, form the bell boys to the restaurant staff was awesome. They were very attentive, helpful, friendly, etc. we had a fantastic visit.
Walking in the cold weather!
Quiet, comfortable and roomy with great room appointments including refrigerator and microwave.
Without going into specific details, we had a bad experience on our last day but the hotel staff swooped in and immediately took charge and care of the situation.
close to white house. and parks including coffee shop and restaurant
not about the hotel itself but about visiting DC in christmas was a great mistake . ot is a dry city nothing is open . difficult to find an open reataurant . even McDonald was also closed
Friendly staff, very helpful.
The hotel had a bad odor, not unlike a nursing home. Rooms were a bit shabby. Too much noise from the street.
Entire Staff was fantastic. Breakfast was surprisingly good.
Street noise, I'm a pretty sound sleeper so when I was awakened at 3 a.m. by the sirens and yelling drunken people walking past the hotel,,.. this continued for a steady 45 minutes . Quite annoying , especially since I had requested a room on an upper floor
