Include parking. Ridiculous that it's not
Location is awesome to downtown
A bit pricey for not being luxurious. Parking cost too much after paying the hefty room rate.
Room was vey clean and comfy. The staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle driver very nice as well. Breakfast buffet was easy, fast and plentiful.
While we appreciate the hotel was very busy the noise was unacceptable to the point police were called to a domestic disturbance. The wi-fi was useless; unable to connect once during our stay.
Front desk staff were accommodating
i didn"t like that i didn't get a king size bed that what i have at home so bed wasn't comforable no room,we went to see basketball sec and prices were a little to hight
it was clean right location food was good
Room was clean, maids did an excellent job, hotel staff was always pleasant
Great location with free downtown shuttle service!
Lack of parking
Close to everything
We were having some problems with our loud neighbors but unfortunately they did not have an opening for the same room we had. They later called and upgraded us because of the inconvenience of our neighbors. We were very grateful for their excellent hospitality.
Very handy shuttle on request by text message
I never like to pay for parking. But, I know everyone does. I'd change that everywhere.
Perfect location. Great place.
did not like being billed 4 times for state tax,and the parking should have been free with the stay
Everything was very enjoyable
Great location and value! Will be back.
LOCATION AN ROOMS WERE EXCELLENT
Expensive parking Expensive room rates (New Years Eve) Room key cards quit working multiple times!!
Convenience & cleanliness
having to pay for parking
Proximity to venues on Broadway. Within walking distance of LP Field. Close to the interstate.
We checked out at 11am, but at 9:45 am when I took a shower there was no hot water. I took a cold shower
The price should include parking. There was a twenty three dollar charge to park your car. This should be included.........
The place was clean and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The tv would pause a lot. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you stood and held the handle down for about a minute.
Did like the location and that a shuttle was available to go do anything within a few miles of the hotel.
Price was far to expensive for just the location. The hotel was clean but you could tell it was dated. I would have expected to pay $300.00 to $400.00 less than what my 3 night stay cost me.
Location was good for downtown only. There are many neighborhoods in Nashville which require a taxi. So location was good for downtown only.
