The bed is very comfortable. The room is nice. Elevator requires room card to operate so it's more secure.
The breakfast ends too early (at 9am in the morning). We were not informed of this and missed it.
Staff : location : price : will recommend to all friends and family Thank you Home2
I have given feedback to the front desk: purely for improvement. Washroom/ towel cleanliness could be improved on.
Great location. Coffee and tea at the reception area, a nice place to relax. Friendly staff. Well-equipped kitchen and clean room.
Breakfast Location Size of room
The place was exquisite
Great bargain for a Saturday night. Clean, comfortable room.
Room size is good. Very convenient to have a kitchenette. Good location (right next to Reading Terminal Market and close to Greyhound Bus terminal). Easy walking distance to the history old town
Suite is spacious, much more pleasant than small room. Breakfast is OK, and very convenient to be able to have breakfast and coffee in 5min flat rather than faff with diner.
Expensive, but not bad value for what you get. Wifi not the fastest, but fine for email.
Feels like home! Great hotel!
GREAT location just across from Reading Terminal Market - a must for any foodie!
We did arrive at the end of the breakfast time slot and by then there were very few bowls/plates left. The milk in the fridge froze over night and couldn't be used.
room is clean and cleaned daily in a timely fashion. facilities are nice. location is the best.
This is our second year using this hotel and AGAIN the breakfast in the morning is under staffed and never complete. Everything is always empty and NO coffee half the time. Staff is terrible in breakfast area. There was a fight between staff while we were there.
kids loved the pool and gym. It was awesome to be able to fit our family of five in one room comfortably for about $200 per night.
I liked the location.
The service was bad. I asked for dish detergent and it never came.
The bfast was great. The rooms had everything you need to live there and make your own meals. They always have hot coffee going for you. The location in center city Philly couldn't been any better
I was told by the front desk that my parking would cost me $35 well it ended up being $64.
24 hour coffee Bfast buffet Location Kitchenette Shower Keurig Wifi
Paid parking in a garage. So expensive. No tub Curdled creamers Small pillows. No late check out. Messy coffee station in lobby
Efficient and friendly staff at the front desk Large rooms Desk to work Location
For breakfast: disorganized personnels were so slow in making clean ustensils and clean glasses available. Food quality below standards. Free wi-fi is too slow.
the location was great, the breakfast was good, I think it's a good value and parking was very convenient but an added cost.
it would help to upgrade blankets (they felt like using a towel), the room and breakfast area could have been much cleaner.
A perfect location, with all of the facilities I need for a visit to such a city... Great spot!
Personally, I'd like a few more coffees and teabags in the room. I realise that there are facilities in the lobby at all times, but the convenience of some extra in the room would be good.
1. The price! 2. The kitchen set up in the room.We were able to get a few things we wanted for the weekend and put in the fridge. 3.The room was comfy and relaxing. 4. The location! We enjoyed being close to everything, especially Reading Terminal!
The Bed. The bed could have been a little more comfortable but wasn't so bad that I couldn't fall asleep.
The staff was polite. The hotel lobby and room felt new, modern, clean, and comfortable.
Overall, I thought the stay was great! My only recommendation is better quality pillows, either down feather pillows or temperpudic pillows. The bed could also be a bit more comfortable. It wasn't as soft as I would like, but not a deal breaker.
Location is perfect, within walking distance to everything. Terminal market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
the free wifi, location, room facilities
the check out policy
Location, modern, spacious
Staff couldnt care less about you. Most of them they do not even look at you when they are explaining something. This is the reason why i would choose different hotel next time.
- high standard - large room - location
- breakfast time during the week ends at 9a.m.
large room, directly across from reading market, 1 block to hop-on-hop-off buss
room 339 is directly over a ramp to parking garage, cars thumping over metal grate all day
