Everything. Was brilliant. Will definitely use this chain again.
Not a thing. My stay was too short, that was it.
Breakfast had many healthy options.
The location is excellent
May be need more facity at the suport area
Room was comfortable and clean. Location was excellent for our tourist forays.
Long wait for breakfast & variety could have been better.
close to all the places that we wanted to see.would stay here again.
minor problem was that the refrigerator was making an annoying noise.
Hospitality and cleanliness
We enjoyed a good night in an excellent room with a comfortable bed.
We had some difficulty to find the hotel. The taxi driver brought us to another Hilton hotel. Fortunately it wasn't too far away.
This apartment was very well equipped with all one needed to spend a self catered holiday in Philly. Very centrally located with a short walk to the historic district. Highly recommended.
Clean and so convenient!
Price to allow a dog to stay was outrageous!
Loved the suite for 5 adults The kitchen was well equpied, nice having a larger fridge. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Rooms clean
Pillows were very uncomfortable, should have brought my own. Breakfast was chaotic; no food left over at 9:00am, waiting to refill, not happening. Had to find someone for a tea bag. No yogurt or fruit. I have seen other hotel chains deal with the breakfast on weekends much better.
Perfect position to discover Philadelphia. This aparthotel is exactly what you need if you want to feel like home. The hotel is pretty new, there is a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment and the spaces are well organized. Everything is clean. The staff is very helpful. A special thanks to Everett.
Breakfast during the week start at 06.00 am and finish at 09.00 a.m. This is not suitable for turist. All people run late and the hall is complete full cause the room is rather small. More staff is necessary to give a reasonable service.
fantastic locationspacious rooms, kichenette included. good facilities, gym, pool (small), decent breakfast included in the rate, free wifi
the staff at the front could be more helpful, rest of the staff were very nice
We arrived at the hotel early, staff was friendly and got one our rooms ready earlier than expected. Rooms were clean.the location was great , right across from the market and within walking distance to other attractions.Parking in the parking garage was plentiful and conveniently located. Our trip to Philly was great my kids are going back on their own and will use Home2Suites.
not so rich breakfast
The location is great as this hotel is opposite the Reading market. Some staff especially the bell boys and the security are fab and will help out with anything at all. Rooms are very big and the beds are comfy. Wifi connection is strong
Room was dirty and I went to reception to ask for it cleaning they said someone would come up no one arrived so rang up told someone would come, still didn't clear our room. Next day I asked for more towels and extra tea and coffee never received them. Housekeeping was useless
Location across from Reading Market!
No tea kettle. Bed too soft.
Great location, right next to Reading Market, walking distanceto all things downtown. Great staff, comfy room
Breakfast needs work in terms of flow.....milk and yogurt in fridge below counter of oatmeal/fixins, everyone bottle necked behind waffle waitee's.
The room, location, and breakfast was a plus and being across the street from reading station was great.Hard Rock Cafe down the block was convenient.
Upon arriving I used company card to book reservation abd because my name was not 9n the card I had to call, my boss and have him fill out affidavit and send copy of his drivers license.I had to wait til he got home which wss two hours later. Some new hotel policy.
This was a fantastic location for my family as we visited Philadelphia. the staff was very friendly, the rooms were superb, the location was perfect for visiting the many historical sites.
We were not able to rent in room movies, that would have been a nice plus
I stayed in this hotel for six nights Perfect location near everything with excellent facilities and specious room
Limited options in the breakfast
Breakfast is excellent Hotel is within walking distance of historic district and major sites - about 1 mile Across the street from Reading Terminal Market, so the kitchen is very useful Clean, comfortable Perfect for family Well staffed, especially on week days that were unusually busy due to events - and staff was very helpful and pleasant
Reservation was for two rooms with two queen beds but we were put in two rooms with one queen and one pull-out sofa bed. Didn't complain because it was after 11 pm and we were able to make it work. No parking at the property. Public lot next to the property is ridiculously expensive - more than I paid for in-town lots in Baltimore, New Haven, or DC.
Hotel location, room size
Breakfast was too crowded, ran out of everything including spoons and juice. Breakfast ended at 9am so we we got up to be there at 8:30 and everything was pretty much gone and it was a Friday am. I would rat here have a cheaper rate of stay and get breakfast across the street at reading terminal. Parking is convenient but so expensive
Close to all historical attractions and museums. Breakfast was good even when competing with the reading market terminal food.
Pool is rather small.
The staff was always busy, and was dificult to reach them.
I like everything
