complementary breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff, great TV, low price, good location next to University Mall.
the shower took a while to warm up
It was so close to Burlington and all the breweries/food we wanted to visit, we were never driving more than 15 minutes at a time. The king bed was amazing, comfortable and made us wish we had one! A great complimentary breakfast with everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again
They charged my credit card when I had hoped to pay cash, but nothing a trip to the bank cant fix.
Room size, bed comfort, amenities in room (coffee cups better quality than those at breakfast?) chair & ottoman, wi fi access, jacuzzi tub. Great room.
Found the breakfast area lighting very dull and not bright enough to wake up to! Also tv on, but volume so low more of a bother with the murmuring in the background.
Room was exceptionally clean, beds were comfy and there is not the traditional disgusting bedspreads which gross me out!! Staff was wonderful and the continental breakfast was great, something for everyone especially an egg allergic child!
Hotel was difficult to find due to the construction in front and when I asked the woman at the desk, she said the city won't allow them to put a sign out front. Once the construction is done, this is a perfect place to stay in B-town!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn and Suites South Burlington. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. The facilities were excellent and we both enjoyed the breakfasts each day.
The location was perfect for a late night event in Burlington.
There is construction going on at this site and it was difficult finding where to turn to reach the hotel.
The staff was very friendly. The location of the hotel was good except for the onsite construction.
The parking lot was a construction sight making it difficult to find the hotel and to park.
The bed was comfy, and the shower/bath were great. We appreciated how easy it was to get downtown/to the waterfront/UVM by car or public transportation.
We could hear pretty much everything that was going on next door. Hopefully, that room was inhabited by two young ladies who basically just chatted (until very late), and were doing nothing wrong. Bought ear plugs for the second night.
How quickly they helped us for everything. Even the manager (?) came out and helped us push the luggage cart as there was a great deal of construction for their hotel and a new one next to them and we could not get into handicapped parking (weather was also rainy). He rushed out to our car and took care of everything himself. When checking out (they had graciously given us a later check out for our later flight) and gave me a card to call them for shuttle if the rental car agency didn't have a shuttle right away for us. They all went above and beyond as far as we were concerned!
All they construction but they couldn't help that. It was difficult getting into the hotel lot and parking because of it.
Clean and comfortable room.
Only soft drinks in the vending machines. I prefer water.
The Manager adjusted my room rate to reflect the impossible noise from the construction equipment, which was directly outside my window. The intense noise started at 6AM.
The traveler should be informed, before booking, that there might be a possibility of heavy construction noise during your stay.
Large room, comfortable bed, very clean. Excellent location - close to shopping centres and restaurants. Good breakfast. Would gladly return.
Huge room Gorgeous and enormous bed Sofa, fridge microwave and large TV Bubble bath
Construction work next door
Room was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great for moving around the Greater Burlington area. The included breakfast was great for saving time and getting out on the road to see various attractions. There were nearby stores and restaurants.
Due to construction project, the parking lot was diminished in capacity. The exit from the parking lot was blocked by the project. The pool was also not opened due to the project. The back entrance door had a missing window which was a security concern.
I liked the room
The pool was closed due to the construction of a hotel next door, No one told us until we got there. The location is awkward at best.
It was conveniently located for us. It was a lovely clean facility. The staff was very friendly. Didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast so no comment. there were complimentary hot drinks available in the lobby. Room and bathroom was clean and neat. I would stay there again.
The parking lot was not easily accessible due to construction next to the hotel. However I believe this would be temporary.
I always like the beds, comfortable
Didn't know the pools were closed
The room presented well and was comfortable, neat ,clean and in overall good condition with good service in the breakfast room with adequate food.
Air conditioning in the room was not working, a call was made to the front desk and a service person was there quickly. He told us that the unit was working properly and left. Eventually the temperature went up to 80 degrees with the thermostat set as low as it would go. We were able to open the window and until time to leave.
Overall clean, bright rooms
Construction was a definite deterrent. Couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot easily. Pool was closed.
spacious room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast variety
construction around hotel, pool closed, power outage at hotel during the night
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The pool was closed and it was a beautiful day to sit outside. Also the noise from the construction site next door.
The room was large and nicely laid out, and the front desk staff was very helpful.
Location and Breakfast.
Room was very clean and comfortable
There was construction next door and the only way to the the hotel was to drive by this area. My daughter's car picked up a staple which resulted in a flat tire which could not be repaired.
The room was large and included a king size bed and a couch.
