Convenience to medical center
Not enough parking, especially after arriving late and telling them that my daughter is blind. It was hard to get to our room. Rough parking lot.
please avoid staying here for your safety and health.
AirConditioner is very noisy。
There is really nothing good to say about this place other than the location. The staff is sloppy and unfriendly. The only reason we didn't walk out immediately is because by the time we got there on the first day we were exhausted and on the second day, we had spent much of the day in the Emergency Room with my husband and it was too late to check out and change hotels. So we stayed here 2 nights. BAD CHOICE... When we asked for extra towels because there were 4 of us in the room, we were informed that there were only 3 towels allowed for each room and that they didn't have anymore. They advertise the kitchenettes, however, there are no utinsils, pans or anything else furnished. The rooms are musky smelling, lamp shades were broken with sharp points exposed, the light in the bathroom was a flourescent light, which did not have a cover, and we had to adjust it everytime we tried to turn it on because it wouldn't come on. Last but not least, the worst part was that while my husband, who is undergoing chemo therapy, was brushing his teeth, the sink fell off the wall... thankfully it didn't hurt him. When we reported it, the staff was extremely nonchalant about the situation and said that they would come in and caulk it back to the wall.. when we checked it, the sink wasn't even bolted to the wall! The pipes were holding it up. What ever you do... DON'T STAY here!!! We moved to another hotel, and the only thing they offered was a refund of the night we didn't stay there... We Have contacted corporate about this place... It should be closed down Immediately!!! It's full of safety hazards,
Bath towers. They did not enough hot water.
The location was good. Close to MD Anderson Cancer Center for my fathers visits that week.
The room had sticky counter tops. No soap in bathroom. We had to move out of original room after just 15 minutes due to plugged toilet. Second room had no working hairdryer. No soap/shampoo/or lotion. Not that we needed it but we didn't bring a hair dryer on trip. We didn't bring bath soap on trip. The fold out sofa had trash when opened up. The regular beds had make up stains on one bed. The ac compressor sounded like it was going to die. We went to the front room for more towels and there was none to give us. Funny, because the used towels had been removed from our room and not replaced with fresh towels. The place looks nice from the oitside, but looks can be deceiving. We stayed only 3 of the 4 nights because we finished with cancer testing early. We asked the front desk for a receit and he could not produce one for us. We did use booking.com to reserve. We hope that we can get money returned for that last night we didn't stay.
mosquitos in room because of no insulation around door. big spaces for bug accesd to include crickets.
We were blessed to have the option to take the shuttle to the hospital downtown. We didn't have to worry with where to go or parking. The cleaning lady, who was also the shuttle driver to the hospital downtown was very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. I hope her supervisor knows she is an asset to the business and is compensated for it.
The meldew smell in the room was horrible. We had to buy Febreeze and continously spray throughout the day to get it tolerable. By the 2nd day it was not so bad. Very roomy, comfortable beds/pillows. The microwave took 3x's as long to cook a TV dinner than what I am used to. All was tolerable, we may stay again because of the location.
I did like the location it was perfect. The price wasn't all that bad.
The water pressure was low, it took the water forever to get hot,it had a big hole in the wall, refridgerator would not get cold, knobs fall of the shower, linen was not clean.Maids just come in at any time they did it several times,My lady friend was half naked one time the guy just busted in the room with the do not disturb sign on the door knob. This happened everyday.Staff not Friendly or Professional at all.
Plus side is thAt I've said here several times and I couldn't check in till like 12? Because of where I was coming from and they where always there?
I didn't like the fact that one night I had too wake up early for an emergency... and no one would, come and check me out?
price was reasonable for my intendations
it was dark not enough lighting so going out to the parking lot didn't feel safe.
It was a very nice motel, and very close to where we needed to be
Only thing is I wish the lights near the bed you could of turned off without having to get out of bed
the room was big and comfortable for the family
when we got to the room, the door was standing wide open, the phone did not work, the staff was 'unconcerned' and let me know he didn't care and could not be bothered with me. i had also requested a bottom floor for my mother in law who has trouble climbing stairs and was told they had none available when i checked in and no elevators either.
I was very disappointed in this establishment; the facilities were not up to the standard advertised. Fortunately the receptionist understood my misgivings and refunded my deposit. I had the inconvenience of finding alternate accommodation, at short notice.
Everything about the place; being a solo traveller I felt uncomfortable staying there and requested a refund of my deposit.
Good location and nice big rooms
The breakfast was very poor : no more bread, no more fruits, no more coffee...
very quiet place to be
driveway was steep.
Location. The manager offered a discount for our next stay......which will never happen!!!
Lobby and front desk trashy Poor customer service. One wash cloth per room and none available at front desk. No liners for ice bucket. 6 inch deep rain water ponds trying to get to car in parking area. Poor parking. Small snake at the bathroom door when we woke up..YES...SNAKE! Room had missing window ledge and other wise under maintained. This place was a disgrace. &Quot;Indians" seem to have a different mindset about running a hotel. This was rated a 3 star!!!!! Not even a 1 star.....I Would remove from the site completely!!! My hotel in Hayti was better than this!!
the room was big, clean beds comfortable basic hotel room fine for our purpose.. will say that Norma the very nice person that works there was great..she drove us to the hospital via the shuttle..(even the 2 days that they did not normally have shuttle service)
was told shuttle would be available to hospital not told that did not include weekends..my reservations were for Friday - Sunday..second day we had to move to another room because the electricity (lights,tv) went out in that room
Staff not really friendly
Roomy, kitchenet was nice.
Location, entering/exiting property.
Bed was OK. Great location for Medical Center/Museum District/Reliant Park.
Room was gross. If I had been with my wife, we would have had to go somewhere else. Sofa stained, walls cracked, plaster falling from ceiling. Floors uneven. Cabinets were sticky to touch. TV picture was definitely not HD. Was told by night clerk I could check out at noon. I had late appointments at MD Anderson. At 11 am multiple knocks at the door. At check out I got a lecture. I explained that the night clerk agreed to the extra hour. The day clerk said that couldn't be the case because there were no notes. I wasn't charged, but treated poorly. I booked the room because of it's proximity to the medical center and price. Would not recommend this place.
Not far city center. Clean and silent.
Convince and price
Could have been cleaner
