My friend and I went for a short vacation and we couldn't be more impressed with the staff. They were so accommodating from the time we checked in, which we arrived earlier than check in and they had our room ready. They gave us great directions to the places we wanted to see and great dining choices. We would definitely stay there again
Location (walking distance to Hyannis harbor and ferries to Martha's/Nunt) and value for money
Breakfast, bed comfort
Decent clean place with friendly staff. Not deluxe but good value.
Pools were clean and well kept. Staff friendly. Location great.
Shower didn't have enough pressure. Beds were okay.
The staff was amazing
The rooms need to be upgraded. There is still old fashion TV's
Great location/value in Hyannis, clean rooms, great service, friendly staff....just what we were expecting on our road trip....would stay there again.
It was very close to the main area. It was not fancy but it was clean and the staff was wonderful.
I didn't like the quilt bedspreads - they are old and give a bad look to a decent place.
Location, staff, breakfast, parking
Mattresses..please purchase new mattresses
Close proximity to seaport and Main Street Helpful staff Swimming pool and gym Good size room Very good breakfast choice
We enjoyed how Cliff was so customer oriented. He made sure every one was greeted, helped, and taken care of in the most courteous manner. He suggested ideas for visiting and offered us half off coupons for excursions. We were thrilled with his suggestions and offers. Best Time Ever and best customer service ever. !!!
Clean, comfortable rooms Literally, around the corner from major attractions & Shopping Friendly, courteous staff Quick check-in Excellent, included, breakfast On-site, free parking
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, great brunch, easy access to everything. We would defiantly stay here again.
We were there on our honeymoon and were warmly welcomed with sparkling wine, breakfast was good though from plastic cutlery.
Humidity in the rooms, older furniture
Staff was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel was located near the center. Walking distance to everything !
Rooms were very old, smelly and dirty. Not recommended for parents with young children. Also, there is no elevator and you need to use stairs in all floors.
Location..pleasant and helpful staff..ease of check in..easy acess to facility..pleasant complimentary breakfast..relaxed atmosphere by staff for check-outs..
Pillows too hard..trouble falling asleep in bed..? My fault ? Will still rebook next year when plans are set for Nantucket vacation..
The location is perfect. literally a 2 minute walking distant to main st. The staff was friendly. Price was reasonable
The beds were not comfortable at all as well as the pillows. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and so did the room. The breakfast did not have many hot options. Frozen waffles and pastries. No eggs, no fruit. I would not recommend this hotel.
Always will come at Hyannis Travel Inn They are always so nice.
The facility was not overpriced. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Facility was not very modern. The breakfast was not the best.
Great staff. Very friendly. Clean and comfortable.Everything you would want, they have.
More sunning chairs at the outside pool.
Perfect location. A short walk to the ferry or downtown. Friendly staff. Great value for the money.
We were on the ground level and the rooms smelled a bit musty, like a basement. We did not have an opportunity to try the breakfast because it did not start until 7:30 which seems a little late to me when someone needs to get up and be on the road or catch the morning ferry in Falmouth.
We would have liked the pool open a little later
Very convenient to downtown, good breakfasts, friendly staff
Nothing to report we were quite satisfied
Extremely friendly and lovely staff and free breakfast was a great bonus. Great location close to the harbor and downtown Hyannis
Older facilities with not the most comfortable beds available.
Location, Price, Staff Friendliness
Beds were creaky when you laid on them, but didn't creak when you moved.
Restaurants and shops within minutes of walk. Helpful staff. Good facilities.
Beds were way too soft.
