The staff are exceptional! Got to check in earlier, get an upgrade (thank you!), pay for part of the stay with cash so that my card bill was not as bad; they helped me stay dry by telling me that I was in hotel district and that their hotel, Marriott and Hilton are connected via a Skybridge so was able to catch up with friends there. 10min walk to Philips Arena.
Paying for the internet - but the plus side is that it will be free from Feb 14, 2015! Be vigilant when going to Five Points especially if alone.
Environment hospitability was excellent
Convenient location to visit attractions, good value
Very small bedrooms and unsuitable bed size for two.
Pool was not open.
The hotel was walking distance to the MARTA which was about a 20min ride from the airport but only a 2min walk to the hotel. I was in walking distance from a 24hr CVS, Hard Rock Cafe, Hooters, Rays, Anatolia Hookah lounge & soo much more! The staff was very helpful & kind & for this being my 2nd time in ATL (but my 1st time staying in a hotel )it would only be right that I come back for 3rd time...as they say 3 times the charm!
I initially was staying at the hotel for 1 night & had reserved a king room but was given a double. When I requested to be switched there were no rooms available. I ended up staying for a 2nd night & was then accommodated & placed in my correct room
great location, staff very friendly and helpful, lovely and comfortable room
The location was great, easy access to lots of great sites in downtown Atlanta. Front desk staff (Brian) was very helpful and polite. Room was quiet and clean.
Design and comfort
That there was a charge for every single thing like water and wifi
Breakfast was nice
Internet not Free Parking cost 32 per night
Location is awesome! In walking distance to everything! The view of the city is great! Very comfortable bed, very clean, very friendly staff.
Good location in centre of town. Easy walk to the Aquarium, Coke Cola World, CNN and Olympic park. King size room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff helpful and we felt it was a good choice of hotel.
WiFi could have be free but worked well for the money.
Firness center, the lobby restaurant had excellent food, service and staff.
The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival- the lamp and dresser had a layer of dust on them.
The staff at this hotel were always smiling and there for you.
The layers of comforter-too hot or too cool.
I enjoyed my stay highly recommended
bed wasn't comfortable
Parked behind the main entrance of the hotel but a manager for the Hyatt Regency helped me through the back way and from then on our stay was one of a kind. Will definitely be back to stay there again.
Nothing there to dislike!
We couldn't park at the Hotel
Location, bed, secure, clean, nice bar area, market downstairs had great variety of food, staff was friendly. valet parking was secure and the staff was very nice (although the price was a bit much), liked that you could text the staff with questions (got immediate response), room service pizza was AMAZING, location was perfect for the event I was attending,
Very small room for the price, ironing board was in poor condition, full-length mirror was on the inside of the armoire and that door wouldn't stay open so I couldn't use it, wifi too expensive and wasn't even working properly, valet is $32 a DAY!
The area is typical downtown city. More rough than midtown or buckhead. Definitely a beautiful hotel lobby and restaurant area. The room was just decent in my opinion. You pay for the surroundings.
I was greeted at hotel Front desk by Gentleman who managed my check in a very professional manner. I loved the location with subway connection, in house restaurants, Gift Shop, ATM machine, and near by the Mall facilities. Hotel staff we very professional, and polite.I noted te check in the box below, and request that Only my first name, and City is to be used with this review please. Thank you.
I noticed that the entrance walk through from, and to subway was closed in the evenings. I got of subway a few evenings and had to walk around to hotel entrance. I'm understand it was for security reasons. Nothing else Thank you.
This place was amazing! So beautiful and the staff were aces! Highly recommend!
employees were great
breakfast was overpriced
It was elegant for the amount of money! I was very impressed!
No free wi-fi! You had to pay for it! I did not, so I used my own data.
The location was within walking distance of restaurants & events. Comfortable beds & very nice facility.
I had requested a city view months ahead of time but I did not get that! The rooms were small and no free wifi in the room.
A tad pricey
