Firness center, the lobby restaurant had excellent food, service and staff.
The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned prior to my arrival- the lamp and dresser had a layer of dust on them.
The staff at this hotel were always smiling and there for you.
The layers of comforter-too hot or too cool.
I enjoyed my stay highly recommended
bed wasn't comfortable
Parked behind the main entrance of the hotel but a manager for the Hyatt Regency helped me through the back way and from then on our stay was one of a kind. Will definitely be back to stay there again.
Nothing there to dislike!
We couldn't park at the Hotel
Location, bed, secure, clean, nice bar area, market downstairs had great variety of food, staff was friendly. valet parking was secure and the staff was very nice (although the price was a bit much), liked that you could text the staff with questions (got immediate response), room service pizza was AMAZING, location was perfect for the event I was attending,
Very small room for the price, ironing board was in poor condition, full-length mirror was on the inside of the armoire and that door wouldn't stay open so I couldn't use it, wifi too expensive and wasn't even working properly, valet is $32 a DAY!
The area is typical downtown city. More rough than midtown or buckhead. Definitely a beautiful hotel lobby and restaurant area. The room was just decent in my opinion. You pay for the surroundings.
I was greeted at hotel Front desk by Gentleman who managed my check in a very professional manner. I loved the location with subway connection, in house restaurants, Gift Shop, ATM machine, and near by the Mall facilities. Hotel staff we very professional, and polite.I noted te check in the box below, and request that Only my first name, and City is to be used with this review please. Thank you.
I noticed that the entrance walk through from, and to subway was closed in the evenings. I got of subway a few evenings and had to walk around to hotel entrance. I'm understand it was for security reasons. Nothing else Thank you.
This place was amazing! So beautiful and the staff were aces! Highly recommend!
employees were great
breakfast was overpriced
It was elegant for the amount of money! I was very impressed!
No free wi-fi! You had to pay for it! I did not, so I used my own data.
The location was within walking distance of restaurants & events. Comfortable beds & very nice facility.
I had requested a city view months ahead of time but I did not get that! The rooms were small and no free wifi in the room.
A tad pricey
location & price
bed size for double rooms
I liked being so close to anything I needed.
Valet parking was $$$ and we had to wait 17 mins just to put some bags in our car.
Was within steps of the marta system which was so handy to get around town. Several excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet through the day and night. Excellent staff.
Was stated I would have a city view and room overlooked a side street.
I booked a room with city view. I had a huge building view (hotel rooms). No city view at all.
The Staff was extremely attentive and accommodating for every need from obtaining menu items from their various venues, to immediately replacing faulty equipment (in-room refrigerator). The professionalism they displayed was excellent.
I could only stay two nights :-( Not a failure of theirs, but the meeting I was attending was over.
My wife and I had a great time overall and would stay again. The rooms were very nice and quite and very modern.
The only thing I had trouble with was the rude waitress in the lobby bar area. She wouldn't take our order and ignored us. Plus she took our credit card wrong and we were billed twice for a couple of drinks. I showed the manager and he made it right for us. I'll probably avoid that area next time.
We came to Atlanta for the weekend for the Braves game. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told their parking deck was full, which was not hard to believe because Atlanta was very busy that weekend. We were directed to another parking deck which was a short walk to the hotel. The check-in experience went very smooth. Our room was on the 22nd, although it was kind of tight, it was perfect for the two of us. My only complaint was that the shower was a bit dirty and grossed us out. Overall, we had a great experience.
Room and bathroom were a bit small for the price!
Check in and check out was super smooth and easy.
Valet took awhile. It appeared very disorganized.
