Everything. I can't imagine anyone complaining about this facility. They do it right here, and I stay here every year and am never disappointed.
A bit expensive, but it's worth it.
They overcharged me.
Room i booked not there on check in. Tried to charge extra for breakfast although this was included in my booking. Stale architecture and decor. More like a hospital than hotel. Had to pay for parking. If you try to browse the internet on the TV you can get nothing unless you sign up to pay a hi speed service. Not a welcoming hotel. Takes away from my experience with Hyatt hotels in other countries. Would not revcommend
The same breakfast every day.
Pool area. Staff attending to us at breakfast were lovely.
Cold shower. Reported to front desk but the promised maintenance person never arrived. Front desk staff were the least friendly, haughtiest we encountered in our entire holiday.
location was great, friendly staff from valet all the way to housekeeping
it a surprise to me that a hotel chain such as Hyatt would allow a fake starbucks. We walked up to the counter of what it presented itself as starbucks, with cups & menu saying starbucks. As we stood in line i wondered what was taking so long to ring up a bottle of water for the man infront of me. So it was my turn & i looked at the gentleman behind the counter who i was a bit sketch about making my drink when he couldn't even ring up a bottle of water. So i asked if he can make drinks, his reply was with a condescending tone "that what i'm here for", ok calm down & just order your drink, i told myself. So i proceeded to order a hot grande caramel machete breve with soy, and he just stared at me dumb founded, no words. So i waited about 20sec but i couldn't take it anymore so i broke the silence and ask him, if he heard me. Thats when he said we're not really starbucks. All i could do was shake my head. I asked so you have starbucks cup, starbucks menu, & starbucks prices but you don't serve starbucks?j!?!? ... I couldn't believe it so i just asked for a hot tea, remind you that's just hot water & a tea bag, AND he still charged me $3.00 for it ....... APPALLED!!!
Location, facilities, rooms harbor view.
Had to pay extra to park a car. Had to pay extra to use in-room WiFi.
The view of the room to the Queen Mary

Clean, safe, excellent staff
Temp of room
I requested a room with a harbor view to write in my book. I received my request and loved it. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the Ipod Dock was appreciated and the staff was amazing. Shay at the front desk was extremely professional and pleasant and Room Service was quick and tasty. I will definitely go there again to write and relax!
John at the lobby bar gave the place its only good personality. I dont know if your staff was sleep walking due to the low occupancy and holiday but....wow wake up people.
Unenthusiastic staff throughout. Fire alarm waking all patrons up on Saturday night that supposed to have been set on several floors so resetting took forever.Where is security? Never got back to sleep and was so annoying. Something should be said about the $25 a day parking fee total surprise.
Location Free Internet Lobby quiet
Expensive Parking Fees
Bed very comfortable and staff very accommodating
I stayed on the regency club floor and didn't feel like it was anything special. Capet in halls very worn. The club lounge was not clean Food on floor furniture worn Not what I am used to at a Hyatt Regency
I absoluetly loved everything, we had the best view, our room was amazing, this was the best first year anniversary ever.
i have no complaints at all.
Reservations people were rude
Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room with a great view. Well maintained facility.
club room not worth the extra you have to pay
Room was spacious and had a beautiful view. Internet access was great. Clean room and quick response to any problem.
Bed was hard and bathroom sink splashed out of the sink when you turned the water on.
position was great rooms were excellent enabled us to have a fantastic time
construction works taking place closure of pool on 1 day we could use it
The location is perfect for activities, shopping and dining. Very convenient bridge to Shoreline Village and Rainbow Harbor. Just a short walk to popular retail stores. I love the room and our view #1514 is the best! Beautiful room and comfortable beds, best I have had at a hotel. Great value for the price. We stayed at another place, paid twice as much and 1/2 the satisfaction. We love you Hyatt!
Absolutely nothing, everything was awesome!!
Location, room, comfort.
No refrigerator in room, and there was a 50$ fee if you wanted one. I would like to have kept my sodas and snacks chilled. Ice cubes were available but a long walk down hallway so not exactly convienient.
The location was close to shops and restaraunts.
Under construction and the rooms could've been cleaner.
Water pressre was poor No tea n room Very expensive parking No bath ropes but hv to order Alot of noise from hotel due to annotations
this is a great hotel, the staff across all departments were excellent, friendly and professional. It was my first time at this hotel but certainly not the last
