The hotel price is good. The place is clean. The bed is very comfortable. I slept very well. This place is a bit far from the 10th street where all the restaurants and bars are located. Next time I will stay at the Hyatt if I ever go there again.
The hotel is near an abandon building. Walking back to the hotel from 10th street was a bit scary. I was being follow and I ran. Thank God that I was not tipsy.
The staff was very attentive. Amenities were very good. Breakfast was expensive but served with a smile.
It was either mold or dirt streaks on the ceiling above the air unit. The loudest ice machine on earth was in the middle of the hall.
I liked the upscale look of this hotel and it smelled very good. The staff was very friendly & helpful.
The bathrooms were ultra small. I hit my head on the large basin while on the toilet! One elevator was out of service the whole time we were there (2 nights).
the location was excellent for our visit to the Fox and short stay (I do visit Fox often), check in was a breeze and staff pleasant although our house keeping didn't appear to speak English.
room and bathroom a little small overall cleanliness was good (beds, bath etc) however the dirt and dust in corners and baseboards should be cleaned. the Wi-Fi worked on phones but not computers, check out was not as good b/c of elevator being out of order and everyone trying to get down with their luggage
We loved everything about Hotel Indigo. The decor was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the location ideal for enjoying Atlanta.
Charming lobby, friendly staff. Rooms charming. Beds very comfortable. Next door parking available. Reasonable pet deposit.
Rooms and bathrooms are extremely small. Very few amenities. No bellhop assistance provided.
Friendly service, very comfortable bed.
Small room, especially the bathroom. A standard room is a king, not a double.
Location and the restaurant across the road.
The room size was acceptable but size of the bathroom is a joke , you couldn't even get a cat in at the same time let alone swing it around (old English saying!). This was by far the most expensive and worst hotel during our trip.
I like the atmoshere!EE
Everything was great!
the location was perfect to catch the train or walk to certain venues; the restaurant/bar staff - Megan and Alicia were great! The front desk staff were very nice also - allowed me to use a small conf room one morning for a conference call.
the bathroom was very small; the coffeepot in the room had dust on it; we only received the lotion, shampoo, conditioner on Day 1 - it was never replenished; the key was kept in the case away from other credit cards but got demagnetized twice during a three day stay.
Located downtown. The guy from Tuscaloosa was extremely friendly though I can't remember his name. Liked that they offered Aveda products.
Most of the staff simply cannot be bothered. A guest must call at least 3 times to reach the front desk from the room. Rooms are large enough to turn around in, bathrooms are not.
Great location, super price for downtown. Good details: Aveda products (including conditioner!), comfy bed, very friendly and welcoming staff. I usually stay at the GA Terrace, but not anymore!
That I didn't start staying here sooner :)
Location price quaint
No complimantary coffee in am
Cute decorations and theme, helpful staff
Bathrooms were really small
Staff was very friendly and helpful
Bathroom is far too small. Room service trays stayed in the hallway the whole time I was there. Shower leaked. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work at all.
This is a very nice hotel right in mid-town, an up and coming area of the city, very convenient for getting around. Piedmont Park, which is beautiful, is just a few blocks away, and there are a fair number of restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The staff are super nice and very responsive. Wi-Fi is free and worked very well. All in all, an excellent base for visiting the city.
Every weekend in June seems to have wedding parties, which can go late and be pretty loud.
The location is very accessible.
The rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are even worse. The sink in the bathroom is right on top of you while using the toilet. You have to maneuver when sitting down to use the restroom so you don't hit your head on the sink. The shower is also right on top of you and is only big enough to stand upright in. The biggest issue is that the building has very old and small individual Air conditioning units in each room at the base of the windows that do not work. The average temperature in our room with the AC fan on high with the coldest setting was still a balmy 75!!! I would never recommend for anyone to stay here, we had a horrible experience!
The location is great. It is a neat atmosphere. They do have a nice front patio to sit and sip drinks on.
The hotel just looks aged. It has not worn well. The room was a little scuffed and beat up. The shower head was disgusting--very moldy.
Location is excellent, you can access interesting sites and places from here.
There is no micro wave oven and refrigerator in the rooms.
Location to the city
Noises from other rooms
amazing personal service from staff, both days. Very impressed and will definitely return often!
Location, great bed, even great coffee at each room!
Can't find anything to complain about :)
Location is superb, can connect gwcc with ease, had a wonderful experience while here.
No micro wave and refrigerator in room.
Small bathroom. Crowded....
Lobby, restaurant/bar nicely decorated –modern-, trendy and very well served All staff, could not be more courteous and helpful Location in midtown Atlanta is also great
The building is old and even if the rooms are remodel to conceal the old with a rather modern still, cant del with the thin walls and the noise coming from the other rooms. For the price, I was expecting a better place and I cannot recommend this for business travel. Internet WiFi free but so slow you can feel the need to go somewhere else to work. In my opinion, is more as a touristic well located Hotel
