BATHROOM SIZE NOT ACCEPTABLE. WOULD NOT RETURN BECAUSE OF THIS.
LOCATION TO FOX AND GOOD RESTAURANTS
Nothing. Could have been better, other than price of parking but that goes without saying in downtown.
The excellent staff, the location is close to venues, (The Fox), and the overall experience of the hotel.
Reservation with tax was too much, even without a breakfast ,the amount before tax was deceitful.I ended up paying more beyond my budget for the room.
International call facility.
The gentleman that checked us in was so helpful. Everything was clean. Very good place to stay in Atlanta!
Small bathroom. But manageable
Courteous staff. The comfortable bed. The shower head (I have body aches). Modern hotel even though the building was buildt in the 1920's
convenience of location ease of parking
The best thing about this hotel is the location across the street from the Fox. You can park upon check-in, eat a delicious pre-show dinner at the bar, cross the street for your show (not having to find parking at the Fox is a big bonus!), and return to the bar for an after-show cocktail. Rooms are small and dated, but clean and comfy. Drinks at the bar are delicious and not watered down and our bartender (I think his name was Alion?) was great! The desk staff was also wonderful.
The vending and ice machine was only available on one floor, which was slightly inconvenient but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was small, but, again, not a deal breaker.
The room was nice, as was the bed. The room was on the smaller side but not uncomfortable. The building is a historic one, which added character to the overall decor. All in all, I was pleased with our stay.
Bath room to small
The hotel was so clean and close to our event at the Fox Theatre! We had great people taking care of us!
We loved the location and the cleanliness / modern feel of the hotel! The only down sides were the TINY bathrooms and the fact that we were placed by a room that was being renovated. The staff was pleasant and helpful and because of the location, we never had to drive our car until we checked out.
The rest room. It was too small.
Loved the location. Nice motel and wonderful service.
A bit noisy with show going on next door and the crowds. I just wasn't aware what was right next door. Walls very thin and I could hear hallway commotion as well as next room. The shower run over water situation isn't pleasant. The cost was way too high for the reasons mentioned.
The bed was comfy. The room coffee was good.
Not a bad experience, but parking was a bit of a trek, especially for older guests. The $25.00 fee was a bit high because of this. I think a lower fee would make a difference in someone deciding between this hotel and another downtown hotel.
Location and comfort.
nothing major, but the front was off the AC unit, making it unsafe. I didn't report it; we weren't in the room long enough for it to be a problem.
I loved the whole FOX Theater vibe. My daughter and I saw WICKED, and it was our first FOX event. She was so excited about the wall murals of stage, lights, and performers. Great location, right across from the FOX.. wonderful overall.
Small room was no problem. Only negative, they were working on the floor above our room around 10:00 am.
Great weekend. Walked to the Fox for a show and walked back to the room. No hassle. Great room service.
The ice machine was directly across from our room, which I guess was a good thing since we had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and there was no fridge. However, the machine was broken so we had to truck down to the nearest one on the 8th floor to keep our meds in the ice bucket cold. Despite it's broken state we still had the pleasure of listening to the ice machine make loud, dinosaur like noises every 5-10 minutes throughout the night, which led to a restless sleep. And the bathroom was tiny. We will not stay here again.
The heater kept turn off and the ac unit kept turning off and you CANNOT just turn off the unit. We ended up getting sick. The bathroom was an actual closet. The towels had washed in blood stains. The maintenance man who came to see about the heater unit said "they do this. you have to just turn it up really high so when the ac kicks in it's not too cold"
They added $50 charge that didn't go away
The room is very small. We had a king size bed that took almost all of the floor space. The bathroom sink and toilet are only about 2 feet away from each other. My 6'4" husband had difficulty with that. No tub just a shower that soaked the floor when using.
We loved the location of the hotel. The lobby and attendants were great. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds that we have slept in our travels (and there have been many).
Rooms were really small and not as many nice touches as the Hotel Indigo in Asheville, NC.
Nice decor and good location
NO OVERHANG TO COVER THE PATIO TABLES IF RAINING. WALKING FROM THE PARKING GARAGE TO HOTEL UNPLEASANT WHEN RAINING AND TRYING TO JUGGLE UMBRELLA AND LUGGAGE. WILL VALET PARK NEXT TIME BATHROOM IS TINY.BUT CLEAN VENDING MACHINE HARD TO FIND.
THE LOBBY BAR,,INVITING FUNKY DECOR, LOVED SITTING ON PATIO IN FRONT...GREAT PLACE TO RELAX WITH A DRINK AND PEOPLE WATCH! WONDERFUL VIEW OF THE FOX THEATRE. VERY COURTEOUS STAFF, LIKED WOOD FLOORS IN ROOMS.. COZY ATMOSPHERE IN ROOM. THIS WAS 2ND STAY AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.
