    PLEASE DONT BOOK HILTON INN DOWNTOWN JACKSON. UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT DESK STAFF ON FIRST SHIFT. NO WASH CLOTHES SMELL OF MARIJUANA, POOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED FOR 3 OVER NIGHT VALET WHEN ONLY STAYING TWO NIGHTS ICE NOT WORKING ON 3RD FLOOR ALSO WHEN SHOWING MORE WATER ON THE FLOOR THAN GOING DOWN THE DRAIN THAT I SLIP AND FELL. WHEN I TOLD THE FEMALE AT THE DESK SHE SAID I SHOULD’VE BEEN CAREFUL . TOTALLY DISGRACE OF HILTON HOTEL NAME AND SERVICE.

    I enjoy Jackson I lived here once before the hotel was close to downtown family is near shops are open and convenient and very nice people always enjoyed it stay was very pleasant the people that were nice all of the staff were just great as always

    There is nothing absolutely nothing in Jackson Mississippi...

    There is nothing absolutely nothing in Jackson Mississippi to see except for a lot of abandon homes and the side streets are like a disaster zone.. however, the people are friendly but you definitely can expect tension in; people on both sides being racist.

    They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my...

    They did not have a reservation for us, but charged my credit card for $44.01. The manager was talking to some people who were renting a room on a full time basis. I tried to give him the confirmation number and he informed me again that he did not have a reservation for us and to leave. If I had read the reviews on this nasty place, I certainly would not have given it a second look. I believe I deserve a refund since he would not even talk to me or try to look up the confirmation number. Please reply.

    The people are extremely friendly, West Jackson was a little rough looking and the roads are in need of repair. Not somewhere I'd stay if visiting again. Maybe in the center of town or downtown area would be more ecstatically appeasing. overall, it is worth a visit or second visit.

    Located about a 20 minute walk to downtown Jackson. Bright, spacious and air rooms. Free breakfast while limited was very pleasant, no a huge selection but acceptable. Staff were friendly and professional. Parking available. Plenty of ammenties around the area.
