Everything was more than Ok.
Service, breakfast. Location fantastic if one wants to see the entire Manhattan. Very central. Staff friendly , rooms cleaned daily. Very happy with stay and would highly recommend.
the memory foam mattresses were delightful after a long day of Walling around and sight seeing. The roof top bar has got stunning views of the empire state building. Although it was too cold to sit outside there are heat lamps. The breakfast buffet is a good start for the day. Nice selection of bagels, bread, fruit, cereal and drinks. The hotel is clean the rooms get cleaned every day. We was in a room on the 7th floor and had no problems with any noise or disturbances. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Concierge helped us book a shuttle back to JFK for a good price. The basement has got a free coffee station which is great.
Nothing!!! They have thieves cleaning the rooms!!!
Very careful if you stay in this hotel, because they have robbed me of my suitcase 1250 euros in bills of 50 euros, had a total of 5000 euro notes and when the clean lady enter to clean the room, she robbed, I leave the open suitcase with money inside a book and she robbed from there 1250 euro, when I enter in the room me realize that the suitcase had been moved from site and I go count the money and I saw that it was stolen, I report the hotel and nothing has done !!! They have said that the people working there are trust pepole !!! Do not stay here, bad service and employees thieves !!! It is the worst!!!
Korean neighbourhood just 2 blocks from ESBuilding. Loads of restaurants and coffee shops around. Hotel was great, massive king size bed, nice rooftop bar with view to ESB. Nice breakfast! Very closed to Madison square gardens, Macy's, 5th Avenue, times square and subway station nearby. Free room for luggage upon check out. You won't regret this hotel !
Hotel charged 25$ per night as deposit. Nothing on booking about it!
Loved the central location and the hotel was lovely. Staff were excellent and very helpful :)
free wonderful Wifi Location Staff are very polite and helpfull Price Breakfast is ok
Elevator always full The bathroom frozen twice times
The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The offered breakfast was nothing more than toast, bagels and coffee, a little bit different than what I had envisioned. The room was small.... really small.
No frills, but clean and comfortable. Comfortable room. Great temperature and water pressure in the shower. Location in K-town was perfect for us. A nice cafe right downstairs and easy access to late night pork buns.
The concierge was very rude, bordering on nasty, scolding us like naughty children for standing in the lobby.
Location and cleanliness.
Hotel was very clean and modern. Great location and had a good choice of continental breakfast. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Room cleaned daily!! :)
Breakfast room could be bigger during the busy times hard to get a seat. The lifts! Only one of the two working and during breakfast time it was a nightmare to get on one. The 9th floor was a long steep walk if you didn't wanna wait for 10/15mims to get the lift. The wifi in the rooms was very slow couldn't even send an IMessage. Lobby wifi better.
Breakfast was good, exercise room good, nice bedding.
Lots of street noise in the night, heard on the 5th floor front room, when we were there in January. Otherwise, no problem.
This hotel was recommended to us and did not disappoint. Excellent price for the location. Location was excellent - easy to walk or take subway. Friendly staff. Good continental style breakfast included.
Concierges not impressive for New York. Were there for a week and had different one every day. First two days were young girls who knew nothing about the area and had to look up everything online. We just stopped using the concierge services. Did our own research on iPad in our room and asked locals. Concierge should be consistent and especially familiar with area at least but couldn't even recommend a close restaurant the first night we got there without googling it. Would expect better concierge services considering in middle of Manhattan.
We liked it all- the location was excellent, right near Penn Station and MTA. The rooms were spacious/well-appointed/tasteful and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. And the staff could not have been more helpful.
The location is near everything and the hotel is easy to get to. Breakfast is good and habe good facilities
The street is not good, the wifi is poore and the rooms are not like the photos
staff are great
just one elevator working... causing delay all the time
The location was great and it was also close to major subway station with access to anywhere in the city. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The rooftop bar/lounge was great and offered great views. I will definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect - close to Penn station (airport transport) and to the metro. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom vent and the air conditioning were unreasonably noisy.
It was an amazing stay. The stuff were on top of everything and were very fast and helpful. The room was great even tho i really wanted a 1 bed and had to take a two bed room because everything else was booked, spent a little bit more but it was worth it for the location. It was a walking distance of all the store on 34th street, good restaurants and great bars and the best part of all was free breakfast.
The free breakfast was over at 10, didn't make it down. (but that was my fault)
Location - just round the corner from subway, great breakfast, lots of places to eat in the area.
Extremely slow lift (and only one for 14 floors), staff efficient but not very welcoming.
The location of the parking lot was perfect, it was a 20 second walk from the hotel. The block, Korean way, had a ton of food choices depending on which type of Asian cuisine you were looking for. There is a subway entrance on the same block as well, making it easy to go from place to place without a vehicle.
The area the hotel was in, was a little sketchy. It was in between a very beautiful Manhattan area to its left but not a very nice are to it's right. It was on Korean way, so the area was extremely crowded and aggressive at times.
The beds are very good. Rooms nice size and not the small cupboards that are common in other NYC hotels. Location very good just one block away from Empire State Building, easy to go anywhere from there. Few rooms on each floor means less noise. Breakfast included and OK with yoghurt, bagels, toasts, juice, coffee, tea and pancakes. Free Wifi.
Only one elevator was working during the whole stay, lead to unnecessary waiting times and always full elevators. The roof bar is rather expensive for a poor drink in a plastic cup.
Valet parking is convenient . Hotel looks very nice inside
Short staffed. Don't expect any special treatment. Staff was obviously use to complaints so they just take it.
The breakfast was simply horrible. Heater in the room noisy. Only 1 functional elevator!
