Outstanding welcome service and an outstanding room. Two balconies and bright windows. Terrific one night stay
Excellent location by Epcot, free Wifi, the buffet breakfast was excellent!
Rooms dated, bathroom not cleaned very well. After waiting over an hour we had to settle for 2 double beds despite the fact we paid for a room with a King size bed -not acceptable!
It wasn't crowded with kids/families. Was close to the Boardwalk and walking distance to Epcot.
The bathrooms were very tiny, old and kinda dirty. We couldn't use the dresser drawers because they smelled to musty to put our clothes in. The pools were very cold. And it would be nice if they had more Disney perks like the refill cups and magic bands.
Room needed an upgrade and restaurant prices high.
Our second room was nice, good view. Pool was fun.
Overpriced self parking, dinners, breakfast, and rooms for that matter. First room had view of roof ac units and satellite dishes. Moved to better room
Pools are awesome and the location is good
The transport buses were always slow. It says 20 minutes between but it was always at least 30 minutes +. The rooms were not very clean. Linens were not clean and housekeeping doesn't vaccuum when they service the room
Rooms not that clean...
It was unbelieveably cold, and staff was not responsive when concerns were brought to them. If unable to heat the room when Florida is cold, at least it would be nice if the outside wind could be blocked from blowing inside through the loading dock doors. I believe those of us who were in this area ought to be offered a refund.
There are no friendly faces anymore. Its just a money machine cha ching cha ching. Dolpin is getting old ,I've been staying here for 25 years and its getting run down. Disney in general has lost its friendly fun face and its cleanliness .the parks are filthy now. It use to be immaculate .
Needs some upgrades , the rooms are outdated for the amount of expenses.
The staff gave me an early check in at 8:30 and upgraded me for just 20 USD!
We found a roach in the room and had to move rooms which was inconvinent for me and my family
Besides getting stuck paying 1,400 for a room I didn't need, the gift shop was out of band-aides (#1 selling item at Disney hotel shops) and the fact that they turned off the power from 2-6 am in the day of our departure. Departed at 6am!
You don't have to Go anywhere else. It's all there!
Needs a renovation, for the amount of money . Bathroom showers look very outdated and dirty.
Location, location, location!!!
Location , fast responded from stuff
Old furniture, not well clean
Room had 2 balconies with great views! Very close to Epcot and Hollywood. Beautiful grounds, Bluezoo was great food. Great price to be able to walk to parks and boardwalk.
huge hotel, so walk to room was far. Noise from ferry a bit loud, cheerleading competition meant people were EVERYWHERE hanging out in lobby and common areas. Check for large conventions prior to booking
We like how easy was to go to everywhere....
Our room was not ready !
The surrounding grounds and water.
Ease of transportation
Not being able to use fast-pass. Booked months in advance
Extremely high resort fees extremely high parking fees staff were not friendly at all did not care about the trashcan that was full of empty booze bottles that was in our suite
Loved the close proximity to the parks...bus shuttle was excellent and fast.. Loved the gift shops and layout of the lobby, etc...
Very disappointed with restaurant experience... Bluezoo quality of food was not good and prices were outrageous. Our room was just not what we expected for a Walt Disney property.. We will not stay there again for the price. If everything was top notch we would not mind the cost... but that wasn't the case unfortunately:( We expect more from Disney..
Hotel seems dated. Was expecting nicer. Staff was friendly.
Needs a renovation.
The heavenly bed was the only saving grace.
Paid for king with resort view. Arrived an hour later that they didn't have a king with a view. Choices were double with view or King no view. Took the view and got room 10037. The view was of a gross mildewed flat roof from part of the hotel leading to a small building holding the enormous vase statue blocking full straight on view. Room smelled musty and ceiling had large water spots painted over but not matching rest of ceiling. Hotel seems to be under a lot of needed renovations. Self parking was a hike. Would have called to change rooms but it was late and so I sucked it up and reminded myself to stay at a Disney owned hotel next time to meet my expectations. Even their value rooms are a better quality stay and half the cost. I love bookings.com and will use it for other destinations as I have stayed great places previously. This hotel doesn't currently deserve a high rating and may mislead or disappoint other guests.
Location. More adult oriented. Quietness.
Since it is on Disney property we expected more Disney perks such as Magic Bands and discount on future stays if booked before checkout. Resort fee and parking fee. Could have stayed at another Disney property for same price had we known about these fees.
