Needs a bit updating..but still good for price n location
Clean room and bathroom.
Wifi and breakfast service was poor.
Friendly Staff, Very Helpful and Honest
Property is older hotel. Everything was clean. Couple of generations of tile in the bathroom.
Just the location
The bathroom shower didnt have A curtain or door. after shower all the floor was wEt. Also the towels have were very old and with holes. obviously the dont give maintenance to this place. I think for the price that i paid i could get something decent.
Nothing was good from this place.
Place was dirty, AC was broken, loud noises and old; needs to be replaced many years ago. Carpet was very dirty and dusty. Seemed like never been cleaned. Found bugs flying in the room and 1 small cockroach on the table after we came back from watching Lakers' game. Asked for a new room but none available. The staff was rude. He said to show him the cockroach, but it fled away already. He said we can leave but no refund will be given. Tried to complain but no manager was available the next day. Refregirator was very old. Didn't keep our baby's food cold enough. Restroom was very dirty also with small bugs on the floor. Towels had holes. Very disappointed with this place. To pay $110 for one night and to get this was a big mistake. This place doesn't deserve to get 2 stars. Need major improvements in order to be called a hotel.
Location and breakfast
Not clean, No hot water in the shower, not enough towels,no microwave or hairdryer in the room. Room and bathroom are in a poor condition. Too much expensive for what is offered. I do not recommend.
The mold in the shower and rat hole in the tub and ripped carpeting wasn't fun.I felt like I was in the movie "event horizon". Run run run! Unless you have a love for 6 legged creatures.
no hot water called for towels and was told we had to wait till after 8am...
the hotel was close to the convetion center what we exacly need...
me and my husband stay 3 nights. The hotel is old, the room smell bad, hot water didn't work, also no internet and no tv channels. Nothing works...They know what they selling to you so they have policy that after check in if you don't like something that you can leave form the hotel but they don't give you your money back! From know we will check the rooms first before we will pay...
Good location, free parking, and fridge in room.
The room was clean, but just felt dirty. The carpet was gross, the shower had graffiti all over it. My parking pass fell from my dash and the manager tried having my car towed, though they had paper work for my car stating it would be parked there until Sunday. Luckily my girlfriend had just happened to be going to the car at the time the tow truck driver was trying to connect the car. Then the manager made rude comments to my girlfriend that really upset her and made her want to check out early. Not a good way to run a business.
It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do during our weekend getaway.
We asked for more than the 2 towels they placed in the room (no hand towels or wash rags) but were told they couldn't give us more, nor could they give us any more pillows (we were only given 2 small pillows for a king sized bed). The windows were slat style which meant we heard absolutely everything! Every car door slam, (we were on the 2nd floor) every room door shut, and every landing helicopter!!!! There were loud helicopters landing on neighboring hotel roofs in the middle of the night! Also, our t.v. wasn't working and when it did get fixed, the satellite was constantly going out. Other than this horrendous hotel stay, our trip was amazing. Wish I hadn't talked my hubby into getting this cheap room. You get what you pay for!
there was nothing to like about this hotel and i mean nothing.
when i first enter the room it had a musty old smell. the room look like a cheap motel. The furniture was dusty with holes in it. the carpet was old and dirty with stains and holes very much in need of replacement. The bathroom was disgusting, the shower look like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in years their was mold growing in the corners and at the top mildew in the corner edges of the pipes. The bathroom ventilation was covered in dust. their were holes in the electrical socket. I saw roaches crawling on the wall. The wi-fi did not work, and there were very limited T.V channels to watch. The bed was uncomfortable because the linen made my skin itch. I could not wait to leave that place my worst hotel experience aver.
Location was great, just 7min walk from the metro.
Floor was not vaccuumed when we arrived but they organised for this to be done when asked. Its an old hotel and you pay for the location.
Room not clean, bad carpet
Front desk staff was very good,co operative, location was close to 7th Street metro.
Location was little shady and looked unsafe though personally no bad experience. Convenient for Metro but not convenient for Hop On Off.
The staff was attentive,
The room was dated, and almost clean, I was surprised at the price I expected a little more than what was delivered from this location.
I didn't like anything.
Faults advertising! Pictures on booking.com are not what the hotel rooms look like at all. The rooms and doors needed paint and the door was badly chipped. the bathroom tiles have a lot of cracks. Shower was badly molded and didn't closed. The ceiling of one of the rooms looked like it was badly splattered with blood I can't believe they would charge so much for a room in these conditions. The breakfast was cheap cornflakes like form the dollar store and one day the milk was spoiled. I advise not to stay there. I would never stay there again and I'm no so picking! :-( I rate this hotel as a BIG FAT 0.
- Great location close to the subway - Helpful staff
- Small double bed. For two people really bad!
Cacarah in the bathroom
Noisy - you can hear the neighbours. Old and tired, very typical motel style, cheap lodgings. Breakfast basic (toast, juice, coffee), but at least it's something!
bed was comfortable
The place has a really good location , the staff is kind and genteel but the hotel is too old and in very poor conditions , it could be better if somebody invests restyling the place , it has a really good location , it can have a better appearance

basic breakfast location
some bugs not too clean
Location was close to down town L.A. we could walk to central down town. and the staff was nice.
the shower pressure was really really low. It took 30min to heat up and no water pressure. the microwave was outside of the motel. They offer free wifi but when we tried to use it, the wifi would not connect.
Breakfast, courtesy of front desk, location, parking
Breakfast area a bit too small
