Location. Close to where I needed to go.
Old and run down. Carpets worn out years ago. Guest in room above was moving around all night making thumping sounds on the floor. No ice machine.
STAFF , Location,
Poor break-fast and bathtube is to old. .the curtain suport could be convex given more inside space
No bed bugs, no roaches. That's a win.
The air conditioner was a little worse for the wear, but was alright.
The location, we had a concert at the Staple center and the room was very close to it.
No cable. No water pressure in the shower. Bed sizes are not whats in the booking. They advertise queens but we got full size. Over all the stay was bad.
Location. Simple and budget minded
Noisy neighbours Pool to cold to swim in
The beds were very comfortable. The clerk who checked me in was very nice
We lost an earring and looked under the beds and not sure the last time it was cleaned under there.
A/c worked & new tv wth cable!
Holes in walls. No wash clothes. Asked for extra towels, didn't get them. Window didn't close, nor did not have a lock!
Location and price
do not know
I liked the fact it was near downtown. Everyone there was very friendly
I didn't like the fact that it was in between a very busy street. The hotel room did not provide me with shampoo nor water. Walls looked like they needed a new coat of paint. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Even though, I had paid for 2 person hotel room they only provided me with one car pass.
Price and location is good
They did have parking facilities. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
While they did have parking it was very difficult to find a space. Clean towels each day were non existent. Most of the staff was polite but not very friendly or helpful.
Near bus stop and 7th street metro station :).
*Smelly and damp carpet - Room 156. *A few cockroaches on on floor. *On our second night bead sheets had not been changed so we had to ask them to do so *No Wi-Fi in rooms....available ONLY at the tiny reception. *Breakfast served till 9am...however its not worth waking up early :( *USD 20 for the door key.!! *NOT a good place especially for families...it was disaster getting hot water to prepare kids milk.
I liked that there was AC and basic cable TV.
This is probably the most ghetto feeling room and place I've ever stayed in and it's worse than a place I've stayed in Compton. Mainly it was the bathroom and shower that seemed very disgusting. Nowhere to hang a towel and the shower had mold and a rusty drainage. There were old drywall holes where the sink mirror was previously mounted on. The parking courtyard is very limited and you may not find parking which means you'd have to park In a very insecure and unlighted adjacent lot outside the confines of the motel. It was a ridiculous amount of personal information that they demand in order to park the car inside their courtyard including the make/model/year of your car, your driver's license, your license plate, how many passengers you have and their full names. Btw, its a dangerous driveway that will only allow for one car going in or one going out. I was dumbfounded.
WIFI very slow and unreliable.
Great location, very reasonable
Unclean, shower head was broken, shower didn't drain well
I loved the location you are in walking distance of shopping, attractions, and the Metro Train station. The staff was helpful and informative, the free parking was part of the reason I choose City Center I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend City Center to others.
I would have liked a larger pool.
Good location, within walking dustance to metro
room is not clean enough
breakfast was cozy
5 minutes of walk away from subway and downtown free onsite parking (though number of spots is limited - saw 1 or 2 vehicles could not park in four days) clean we requested extra sheets and pillow, and staff was pleased to comply
It was near downtown
Bathroom and water heater
Microwave and Fridge in the room. Free parking. Kind front desk personnel.
Cockroaches in the walk-in closet. Only one single bar to keep your clothes in the closet. No shelves, no cupboards. Lack of separation of closet, toilet, and shower. Lack of space to keep your toiletries near the wash basin. No hairdryer unless requested for. Exposed and broken wall power sockets. Abysmal breakfast.
The bathroom needed more cleaning, the service, I didn't get my complementary breakfast
DIRT EVERYWHERE! Room and bathroom were dirty, dust, ac panel in the bathroom DIRTY, little pieces of the paper on the floor, under the bed. Pillows YELLOW. Regarding cleanliness the worse room I ever been. The pool dirty-it shouldnt have a name HOTEL, not even MOTEL-can not provide sleeping services on that level!
poor bad smell
Comfortable bed and very friendly staff
Poor breakfast. Tub didn't drain.
