Location and price
do not know
I liked the fact it was near downtown. Everyone there was very friendly
I didn't like the fact that it was in between a very busy street. The hotel room did not provide me with shampoo nor water. Walls looked like they needed a new coat of paint. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. Even though, I had paid for 2 person hotel room they only provided me with one car pass.
Price and location is good
They did have parking facilities. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
While they did have parking it was very difficult to find a space. Clean towels each day were non existent. Most of the staff was polite but not very friendly or helpful.
WIFI very slow and unreliable.
Great location, very reasonable
Unclean, shower head was broken, shower didn't drain well
I loved the location you are in walking distance of shopping, attractions, and the Metro Train station. The staff was helpful and informative, the free parking was part of the reason I choose City Center I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend City Center to others.
I would have liked a larger pool.
breakfast was cozy
It was near downtown
Bathroom and water heater
Microwave and Fridge in the room. Free parking. Kind front desk personnel.
Cockroaches in the walk-in closet. Only one single bar to keep your clothes in the closet. No shelves, no cupboards. Lack of separation of closet, toilet, and shower. Lack of space to keep your toiletries near the wash basin. No hairdryer unless requested for. Exposed and broken wall power sockets. Abysmal breakfast.
The bathroom needed more cleaning, the service, I didn't get my complementary breakfast
DIRT EVERYWHERE! Room and bathroom were dirty, dust, ac panel in the bathroom DIRTY, little pieces of the paper on the floor, under the bed. Pillows YELLOW. Regarding cleanliness the worse room I ever been. The pool dirty-it shouldnt have a name HOTEL, not even MOTEL-can not provide sleeping services on that level!
poor bad smell
Comfortable bed and very friendly staff
Poor breakfast. Tub didn't drain.
Close to Metro
$20 cash deposit for room key. Low height shower. Motel- outside door. Area a bit run down. Little food options unless you walk back to Metro (3 blocks over instate bridge).
The location could be a plus depending on the reason for your stay.
The pictures on Booking.com are deceiving. We paid $125 for a room that should be $70 tops! We've all heard the term, "spared no expense", City Center Hotel L.A. is the exact opposite! All expenses that would improve guest satisfaction have been spared here. If you want to charge that rate...put some money into your property!
The location is nice, close to LA down town, but that's it.
The room is dirty, many insects crawling around, breakfast is very poor, and everything is old and dirty.
Walked into the office the housekeeper was washing down the floor with bleach and she had a can of roach spray. A couple from Europe were checking in before me, they asked me if I had stayed here before, they said it wasn't what they were expecting. I felt bad for them obviously they were book for a longer stay than I had, which was one day. The rug was filthy mold in shower stall one florescent in room, I saw a roach in the bathroom, this place is a real dump. 14% hotel fees everything totaling $85 could have stayed at motel 6.
It was horrible old and falling to pieces never would stay or recommend to anyone.
Location is good, free parking is great, though a challenge to maneuver in the narrow parking lot. Needed a central location to crash overnight. Bathroom facilities were clean (enough), water was hot and pressure was sufficient. No frills, decent value
Check for infestation!!! I did not see anything in the bed but after leaving both my boyfriend and I were covered in itchy red bites for days! Had to call Orkin to test our home for bed bugs. Thankfully none were found, doctor said it was more likely flea or ant bites. I still spent a bunch of money on the inspection, doctor's appointments and replacing our bedding out of sheer paranoia. Not worth the trouble.
Clean sheets, 3 pillows, KING bed Mini-Fridge HUGE closet
Odd fluorescent lighting NO bathtub Bathroom was dusty/dirty "Complementary" breakfast consists of: Toast and Cereal (Not ideal for a gluten-allergy)
The room and the both room are so dirty. The room is old. The beds are soft. Highly not suggest to stay!!!
We only slept there, most of the time we were out, and the beds ARE comfortable. The location also felt safer than our last hotel. Other rooms on the hotel seemed nicer than others, so I would recommend it but try to stay away from Rm 124!
My family was prepared to live in really cheap motels in order to save money so we were already expecting not so great conditions however, the room (Rm 124) we had on this one was very sad. All the outlets were "loose", meaning you plug something in and it falls off; the shower door does not close so the water spills over the bathroom floor; aesthetic wise - eveything looked old, cracks everywhere that you'd feel like bugs would creep in somehow.
location parking staff
breakfast Air Conditioning bathroom Towels furnishings road noise
Location was ok, but by spending another $20.00 per day you will get great Hotel with service.
Bathroom's so dirty, very slow internet, you can't even google, no hair dryer, breakfast area so dirty, not enough towels if required. Swimming Pool seems not cleaned from years....
