Price seemed a bit high with hidden taxes and fees.
Shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and roof leaked while raining.
The set up of the hotel was great. And the staffing was wonderful.
Good price for room size Central location
Rooms outdated and dirty Walls peeling Broken fridge
The price was right. It was easily accessible by bus to all locations. The room was large and clean.
The linens were old. There was no refrigerator in the room to keep beverages.
cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, everything in one location, helpful ,friendly staff.
I didn't like having to walk through the casino to go to the elevators to my room, because of the smokey atmosphere.
Location for conference
Beds too soft and overwhelming smell of bleach in sheets and towels. Poor choice of food in common areas.
Mexican restaurant was very good.
Being on the south end of the strip, there was quite a lot of walking, but the weather was co-operating. Good for seeing everything. Considerably busier on the Sat. night.
Im back real y Like Nice hotel
Internet service terrible
Very good restaurants, shopping and exhibitions!
Decent option on budget
Loved everything about the Luxor except issue listed below.
Hated being harassed about time share presentations.
Somewhat good location for my conference at Mandalay Bay. Shower was fabulous. Room was very clean. Elevators were fast.
No desk in the room, so I had to work at a table that you would set drinks on and a lounge chair. It was uncomfortable. View was boring from my room.
It as a fantastic pool
Quiet location top of the strip near the airport, quick transfer on the shuttle or by taxi, good location for outlet South shopping mall and bus to strip from Mandalay hotel
Noisy hotel guests drunk kicking hotel doors in, shouting in the corridors all times of the night, tried every number on the telephone and no one answered to help or assist us. Complained at reception next day she wasn't interested, tried to find out if bottled water was included in the resort fee no one knew, staff not knowledgeable about vegas or the hotel!
The staff were very friendly and down to earth. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming and we loved the pool. The hotel was quiet overall and smelled really good!
The pyramid rooms could use a bit of an update and the outside of the pyramid needs to be cleaned.
The book of deals.
Bed too noisy/squiks. Promotional staff offer me a "deal" that I paid $50. For 2 tickets for Fantasy and a tour in vegas. Fraud we didn't get the tickets neither the tour. Don't let these people work in your hotel you might loose clients.
It was really cheap On the Strip Nice casino
Theres smoking inside casino, you can smell this everywhere No breakfast included Expensive 'Resort Fee'
No bath mats. Floors needed to be mopped. Not enough cover. Order in hotel
The locations of elevators,I understand its a pyramid, but the walk to our room was long.
Comfort , good meals, secure travel, good location,
No bad experience at all.
Restaurants were not enough choices. The other 2 hotels (access by escalator) were too far to walk to eat. We caught cabs and ate elsewhere on sttip.
I booked a room which can live three people for 2 nights. The order showed that total price is 197.12, which include tax and resort fee. However, when I check out, they still charge the third person fee. I told them I have already paid all fee and showed them the order information but they just said they cannot read Chinese and insisted I have to pay the third person fee. I have booked hotels many times on booking.com but I haven't encountered this problem until this time. I'm very disappointed. That is a terrible experience.
Some staff members were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Comped 2 nights and a meal.
The window in the pyramid leaked all over my belongings. They made us move rooms at 3:00am. They moved us around to 4 different rooms. The first one we walked into was an all ready occupied room. The other 2 were torn apart for repairs and finally found an available room 3 hours later. The price was Significantly more than what was quoted.
