The front desk girl didn't enter the rollover bed.
I love the pyramid. ...
The lady on the front desk... Was rude....
The staff are very nice .
There is no arcade. My daughter wanted to play the arcade while we are playing but there is no arcade for her to play
Luxor hotel is fantastic. A theme hotel with a good price and full of entertainment.
More food court pls like excalibur
Great non smoking room. Didn't smell any smoke
There was a hair on bed. Bathroom not very clean and shower didn't drain
Their rooms are very clean. I had a pretty nice view from my room. The hotel is gorgeous. I would go back there. I give 5 stars to this hotel. except that my tv didn't work correctly but I can live with that.
love everything else except my tv didn't work correctly. I thought it was the remote but someone came and checked it and it was my tv but other than that it was excellent. loved it and would go back there.
Location was great and allowed parking while I was on my trip that was not extra. It was included in nightly rate. Easy to catch a cab to the airport.
From check in to check out, the experience was enjoyable. It was confortable and very cool design
Entretainment within the hotel isn't quite extense, there are better onces to party and see shows, though it was still beautiful and cool
Every thing customer service the bead ext
The Tacos and tequila restaurant was the best Mexican food I have ever had. Very good!!!
The bathroom was a mess the toilet had hair in it. The shower grout was dirty maybe mold. Hole in wall. The celing paint was flaking off and the back of the bathroom door was falling apart from water damage. No wifi in room just a eithernet cable. Bewear of the employees all over the place trying to sell time share of some other property. It's like being at a car dealership every 10 feet they are bugging you.
most staff very attentive we had tower rooms/suites that were well appointed
some facitilites, though clean, were worn, scarred, marred
The Luxor is on the South end of the strip so a little quieter, but easy walking distance to everything. It's showing its age slightly but still a great place to stay and good value.
Bed was very comfortable. Pillows extra comfy. Maid could not understand English. Check in staff were wonderful. Concierge was wonderful. Casino was wonderful. Food court was convenient.
Bathroom soap was below par. Small soap bars that broke when dropped. One bath towel per guest was sad. Dirty area across from our doorway. How does trash get in there? No refrigerator in room. Horrible view from window. No TV channel listing available in room.
beautiful bilding fro out side
I was there 10 years ago it was clean and new facility with lots of sevices, they had big changed. i took picture from the moled black spot from refrogerator i will posted on the line. out dated furniture dirty carpet moled refrigerator old bathroom heater wasn't worked for frost time (broken heater) bed linen changed only one tome during 4 nights stay
Nothing at all
Staff worst... location is at the end of vegas strip... finding your room will be a task everyday... a mile walk even to reach the outside taxi stand... long wait times for check-in even if we have reached after 3pm.
Long walk from elevator
Accessibility to other casinos it was near the tram..Clean rooms. Cocktail waitress coming around often while gambling...
There was a tram outside.
The room was a non smoking room and our pillows linens all smelled like smoke, No refrigerator, heater didn't work, iron didn't work, our towels were really worn and rough.
Reasonable cost, clean, comfortable. Nice to have had a small coffe pot for morning and a mini frige
Room service food was cold and my meal had a service charge on the already expensive meal that I was not aware of... Very expensive cold spaghetti
I loved the hotel itself, the lobby and the restaurants are magnificent. Location is fantastic and the Casino staff was wonderful.
Staff at the front desk was a bit rude. I had originally booked a Pyramid King Room and the hotel only had Double Queen Room at the time of check in. They explained they did not guarantee rooms when reserving thus I was given the Double Queen Room at the same price of a King room, which was more expensive.
Quite rooms. Clean facility. Great atmosphere
The room was very good. Clean and well organized. View was fantastic.
- The stale air in the hotel once I stepped out of the room. Stifling - The expensive in-room service that did not live up to its reputation. A $50 steak that was leathery and dry is definitely not worth it. I really wanted to get my money back. - Also the excessive charge for internet and parking. We had one car between two rooms. But we were charged for two cars. Also, that charge was not disclosed when I booked the hotel.
There was no wifi available in the rooms neither did the ethernet cable work
