Staffs are very nice!
I like everything about the Luxor hotel had duck an amazing time can't wait to go back
To much Oxygen in Casino and Hotel,it made it difficult to sleep when required. Signage could be made clearer
Likes would be: Location,Staffing, Rooms comfortable and Eateries very well priced comparing with others. Was never shortage of help .
Loved everything about the property!
The whole experience was out of this world.
Feeling of being in a factory when you Check in Réception staff not professional at all. Motel réception ( 0 stars) is better. Didn't want to Check the booking through booking.com (she said that my booking doesn't exist). Second day afternoon while returning back to our Room the hôtel BLOCKED the access pretending that out crédit card was not working. They sent the Security to escort us to the réception!! (They threated us as theafs) then They admitted that they had an issue in their system...whithout any excuse. The staff was probably working in a jail before. I don't recommend this hotel.
Luxor hôtel is impressive from outside with real impression of Being in the ancient egypt. The location in the strip is perfect and close to the other trendy hôtels with sometimes connections.
The room was too simple compare to the rest of the hotel and the room wasn't equipped with the stuff that guests need (shampoo/con/soap)
the staff at front desk and location
The weekend prices are crazy, and when you use to get nice rooms you would get extra benifits, like buffet vouchers and free tickets to movie, not the case now, just higher prices.
The hotel is one of the cleaner one. Fairly good price. Needs a few up dates to parts of the rooms.
Room was bad and hot , no one came and fixed it .
Some of the staff was friendly
There was nothing I didn't like
All the staff was nice, and I love the new cool thing is different since the last time I was here two years ago.and I had a very nice room as well.
Good location. Fun elevator in the pyramid. Very clean comfortable room for a great price. Would stay again!
I was told to wait 30 min or use the other bed
The hotel and rooms are starting to look dated, and the generel feeling in the hotel is that the number of guests is not matched by the staff resources.
It is one of the hotels on the strip with an iconic building. Easy access to the Las Vegas convention center is a big plus.
LAX club too small to be giving away free entrance and was placed on guest list to have to wait in general admissions line anyway.
tram, location, accessability
The rooms for the money were very nice!
Checken takes 15 Minutes
A lot of traffic and a lot of People
really dirty broken down rooms...the whole building itself is filthy
Air conditioner wasn't very strong. Would have liked it a little cooler.
Very cool pyramid. Stunning views inside and out.
Well I don't know if it was Booking.com's fault or if it was the hotel. I asked for a suite with 2 queens. They gave me a suite with a king, so when I complained they gave me two rollaways and free buffets. At least they tried to help but I was still disappointed.
The Luxor is a cool hotel. Not too exciting or fancy, but it's got everything you need from a casino resort and in a decent location on the strip. I'd go back here because the prices are great compared to hotels up the strip.
too far for walking my bad knee gave me trouble
Back stage Deli
beds are old woke up with sore back
Good location and amenities
