Score from 3564 reviews Very good
Bed was very comfortable. Pillows extra comfy. Maid could not understand English. Check in staff were wonderful. Concierge was wonderful. Casino was wonderful. Food court was convenient.
Bathroom soap was below par. Small soap bars that broke when dropped. One bath towel per guest was sad. Dirty area across from our doorway. How does trash get in there? No refrigerator in room. Horrible view from window. No TV channel listing available in room.
Nothing at all
Staff worst... location is at the end of vegas strip... finding your room will be a task everyday... a mile walk even to reach the outside taxi stand... long wait times for check-in even if we have reached after 3pm.
Long walk from elevator
Accessibility to other casinos it was near the tram..Clean rooms. Cocktail waitress coming around often while gambling...
There was a tram outside.
The room was a non smoking room and our pillows linens all smelled like smoke, No refrigerator, heater didn't work, iron didn't work, our towels were really worn and rough.
Reasonable cost, clean, comfortable. Nice to have had a small coffe pot for morning and a mini frige
Room service food was cold and my meal had a service charge on the already expensive meal that I was not aware of... Very expensive cold spaghetti
I loved the hotel itself, the lobby and the restaurants are magnificent. Location is fantastic and the Casino staff was wonderful.
Staff at the front desk was a bit rude. I had originally booked a Pyramid King Room and the hotel only had Double Queen Room at the time of check in. They explained they did not guarantee rooms when reserving thus I was given the Double Queen Room at the same price of a King room, which was more expensive.
Quite rooms. Clean facility. Great atmosphere
The room was very good. Clean and well organized. View was fantastic.
- The stale air in the hotel once I stepped out of the room. Stifling - The expensive in-room service that did not live up to its reputation. A $50 steak that was leathery and dry is definitely not worth it. I really wanted to get my money back. - Also the excessive charge for internet and parking. We had one car between two rooms. But we were charged for two cars. Also, that charge was not disclosed when I booked the hotel.
There was no wifi available in the rooms neither did the ethernet cable work
The location was great, staff were very friendly and everything was clean. The shows available, we went to see KA , fantastic family show, as good if not better than some London Westend shows.
Being conned into a time share visit which we were told would be 90 min (acceptable) but taking 3 hrs and would have been 4 had we not complaned. The hotel swimming pool being closed.
We really like the location. This hotel is on prime real estate, with easy access to our favorite parts of the strip. We also like the theme of the Egyptian history mixed.
Maintenance of the building seems to be an issue. Decor, linen and furniture have not changed at all since our first visit in 2006. All seemed worn and stale. Would definitely like to see a little maintenance (new paint, new tile, new carpet, new furniture) shampoo and soap gave us a little skin irritation but nothing major.
Comfortable room. Great staff. Convinient location. Recommend to buy the bus 3 day pass.
Show tickets took the major part of my money.
A large family group after a wedding gathered in lounge and there was only bartenders, no wait person. Finally took are own orders and delivered them ourselves as bartenders filled our list.
The decor was beautiful both inside and out. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They provided everything you needed.
A long walk from elevator to our room. Also the restraunts were very expensive.
Shower was blocked
The room was clean and cozy
Take your own pillow. The ones in the room are quite uncomfortable.
I liked the entire Hotel and Casino, the Bodies exhibition it's a must to visit !
The building, the room, the shows, shopping are all very beautifull
The staff doesn't speak italian language
Loved my stay there! Pretty convinient to everything!
Not much I didn't like.
The location, the design of the facilities, the shows, buffet.
The shower head was horrible bed was okay, no wifi in room, long check in lines.
Price Beds size of room
Could not get a timely response to the air conditioning not working, spend our evening on the phone trying to get assistance and then finally changing rooms. Had no time for sight seeing or shopping or gambling. Bummer
