The agent at the front desk that checked us in was very helpful
while waiting to be checked in the next available agent walked off and started talking to other staff members and stayed away talking until I was assisted by another agent, but it worked out because the agent that checked me in was very helpful in a way I'm glad the first agent didn't check us in just by his interaction with the guest he had just waited on.
Had a comfortable feel about it
Horrible, horrible, horrible internet and phone access. Cell phone calls dropped, internet disconnects. Confusing directions to any location.
Pricing was great not only for the room but also hotel amenities.
Hotel is a bit dated but clean.
Room was a bit dirty.
Great room, great location.
The public areas were vast and interesting. Room was adequate but not huge, service from the business office was exceptional. Very fast check in, all staff were courteous.
Huge distance from public parking to rooms. We were in the East Tower. One of the worst dining experiences of 40 years dining out in the USA at the Public House - a disaster.
Spend a relaxing family stay.
I like everything
The luxor is a cool place, but the rooms need to be updated.
The view of outdated Disney wanna be Excalibur. Update it with more of a Game of Thrones Lord of the Rings adult look.
I stayed in an older pyramid room and the bed and furnishings were surprisingly clean and comfortable. Air within the rooms and casino not as smokey as other casinos. Great value for money. As winter didn't use pool.
Fan in bathroom was noisy otherwise nothing else bothered me. Would stay again.
Great location, friendly servers and dealers and valets
Check in clerk was rude, no smoking rooms,
Location, cleanliness, facilities
bed was very soft and comfortable
the people next door made too much noise and had children there were more than six people in the room
They gave me a free upgrade to a suite and 20 for food and beverage. The facilities were great too.
Its at the very south end of the strip so you got some walking if you don't take a cab or the monorail.
The 24 hours a
The light beam - the ablity to walk from hotel to hotel without going outside.
- charging to use the internet and public computers especially when the mouse ball was practically useless. - the darkness/gloominess of the hotel's atrium. - the general appearance of things falling apart - cracks in the walls, etc. Maybe by having the hotel dark it keeps the general decay from showing so much.
The parking was absolutely horrible. I came back to the hotel after a really long day of playing softball in a tournament and it took me 45 minutes to find a parking spot.
Love the connection between the Excaliber and Mandalay Bay.
The bathroom exhaust fan was connected with the light switch so you couldn't turn it off and it was really loud.
No WiFi at rooms, to expensive for what it offers
The staff was very helpful and always had a smile.
The customer service was great. If I needed help with anything there was someone glad to help me in any way possible.
I didn't like the fact that I booked two rooms in the pyrimid and upon arriving to the hotel they switched me from the pyramid to the tower rooms.
The casino and public areas were not smoke-filled or dirty.
The bathroom in our room was a little dated, but served its purpose well.
Liked thw shows and food court
Food price a bit high
Very good no complain
Have stayed at Luxor many times when attending the PPAI show at the Mandalay. Love the Luxor. Its so different.
