We liked luxor atmosphere, friendliness of the staff, easy registration, good rooms, comfortable beds, easy access to the strip and attractions outside LV, Spacious rooms... excellent buffet.
Housekeeping neglected to arrange the room on one day (i guess a mistake). Didn't like the fact that they do not have Wi-Fi, although got along with the internet connection. and 2 last suggestions: Do not change the games in the casino... and since we come to LV once a year on our vacation (as so many other families do) do not delete our MLife points (keep those for 3 years...),
Front desk system management
no wifi inside each room
Location on the strip. Spacious complex. Pool.
Room was not ready on our arrival but a alternative room was provided.
Everything was great from the start!!!! Awesome experience. Friendly staff!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Furniture needs some up keep (varnish and paint)
Clean comfortable rooms. Hotel is themesd, but not tacky. Hotel is on the strip and close to the airport. Wifi was fast and easy to connect to.
No wifi in rooms, didn't like having to go downstairs just to be able to check emails and update friends and family on my holiday. A concierge/tour desk in the lobby would have made things a lot easier to find activities to do.
The chance to sleep in a top floor pyramid room was great, the room was of a good size and the shower was excellent!
Not as good value for money as some other comparable hotels.
ambiance, people, security
the fact that members had to pay to get into the club after 12am. It should be free for all members regardless of the time.
Workout room, price.
Bathroom door squeaked, rug had tear, very long lines for coffee.
Dirty, old, run down. Reminded me more of a cambodian 12 dollar hotel than a 100$ vegas experience. Fourth time in vegas and im never going back to luxor. Dont fall for the 50% off deals, its pretty bad.
Good location Good price Issue with room was resolved quickly.
Whole place smells like stale old smoke. Tired looking rooms - in need of a revamp. Uncomfortable bed.
The swimming pool and connecting tram
We tried the buffet at More and we're disappointed with the main courses and vegetables which were cold
We stayed in the pyramid and it was great. Very clean and everyone was nice and helpful.
Excellent value. Clean and comfortable. Full range of amenities. 40℅ off cirque due soloeil show.
Had booked in two Atrium rooms but was upgraded to two Tower rooms as they only had one Atrium room left. So was really happy with the upgrade.
You have to go thru gambling floor to go anywhere.
price was fair,i didn't like the pyramid room and for an extra 20they swapped for a tower room that i loved friendly staff and great drinks at the casino, the buffet wasn't amassing but it was good, its international food but the choice of foods per country are not the best our enough choices.
different people have pillow preference, some like thick hig pillows and some like low small pillows there was 4pillows per bed all were thick hig and i needed low,my neck is still sore and i didn't sleep well
the hotel was very open and spacious
distance from main strip attractions
There are several elevators and they can be confusing and a long walk to find. The walk to the elevators feels like you are in the back rooms of the employees and work areas. Signage when you get off the elevators is also confusing for some room numbers. Easy and free self parking and good price for the room. Staff very professional and helpful. Housekeeping was prompt for extra towels and blankets.
The beds were very good and the staff was helpful and friendly
There is no wifi available in the rooms, only in the lobby! there is wired internet in the rooms, but seriously... join the 21st century people...
The room was clean.
The restaurants have limited late night food which is mediocre. Only 1 and a "deli" was open past 11pm on a Saturday. So much for 24 hour-Vegas. The Criss Angel Show playing there sucked BAD! The staff was rude and unfriendly. It appears like it's right off the runways from the airport, but still a $20 cab ride. On the "Strip" but not really. For the price stay at a place that's really nice not a wanna be competitor.
The pool was nice and fun
Place was very dark at all times. Rooms were super dark and the carpets were wet in the room. Food plates from the people who were there before us were left out for two days all along the hall way. Hotel staffed just watched as a woman skipped and fell on water in the check in area and never did anything or responded. Check in took forever!!!!
The Luxor is a clean hotel with the most comfotable bed I have ever slept in. The king size room was fantastic with a great view of the strip from the window and great views of the atrium just outside the bedroom door. The shape and size of this hotel is amazing the choice and quality of food was great too. The hotel is situated at the end of the strip but there is a free shuttle service that runs from right outside.
There isn't anything we didn't like about this hotel. Check in staff might have come across as not so friendly, They were very efficient and it was a very busy time when we checked in.
I totally liked the look of the hotel. Sleeping in a pyramid! Unique interior Staff super friendly, offered an early check in
