Really enjoyed the shower !
There was no tub for hubby , no coffee pot in the room and no make up remover pads !
Constantly had solicitors trying to offer "deals" whenever walking through facility
The guy the guy that checked us in was so rude. If some of our friends aren't staying here we would just cancel our reservations and book a room in treasure island.
The ease of checking in
Woke up each morning with bites
The view from my room
There was nothing that I didn't like.Coming back to Las Vegas next month will be staying there.
Hard to find way around because of only one elevator you have to walk a long way to room then trying to find exit to front of building. Breakfast buffet was pricey and coupon was not usable
Actually a very nice hotel. Very clean and did not smell like smoke. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Had to pay a $22.40 resort fee for services we had no use for. Clerk stated they could not wave the fee. A rip-off for services not needed or wanted. Just another means of bilking the last dollar out of their guests.
Black Jack minimums are the lowest in Vegas.
The room was filthy. Not vacuumed, moldy bathroom, popcorn and nuts in one if the beds.
The rooms were so good
Scenery and bed
Shower drain was clogged and fan didn't work. We also booked a king bed but they said they ran out so we had to pay $35 extra a night for a king room
Leak in room/ poor housekeeping/ 2am manager at Luxor was rude on 2.22.2015.
Hotel room was clean, jacuzzi suite was great, front desk was very helpful. Let us check in an hour early. Casino was small, but not bad.
Elevators are very slow to get to you. Rooms are outdated as far as decor. Sales people on the floor basically harassed us daily in order to try to sell us shows which was annoying.
The "Bodies" exhibit
When we arrived, we noticed a bowl with a cigarette butt placed outside our room. It remained there for both days of our stay. This upset my wife, and with daily cleaning of rooms, you'd think a staff member would remove it.
Mandalay Bay, Luxor & Excalibur are all hooked together from the inside so you don't have to walk the strip at night.
impressive building, imaginative decorations, quality shower, quality furnishings. lamps have sockets (for phone chargers, etc)
badly worn furniture, no coffee pot, no wifi in room
Design is nice , Buffet is Perfect , Lax Club is nice ,
Its not in the middle of the Strip but u can walk from Luxor to all other locations
The room was nice.
There was way to much pressure about time shares every time you turned around there was someone bugging you!
I liked the space however there was a lot wrong
Rooms felt virtually soundproof. Blizz offered great alternative breakfast options. Quick connect to Excalibur was very convenient in broadening our options.
Pillow was too poofy - strained my neck. Also found a bag of cocaine next to the sink in the men's bathroom next to the moving walkway leading to Excalibur. That was awkward with my 5-year old.
Only the Location
The front office staff
I stayed there with my kids. They loved the fact that we were in the pyramid. The shower was really big, I just wish it was also a tub. The room was very clean and spacious.
No tub. Long check in line. Remote didn't work on TV. No fridge or coffee maker.
Nice hotel and helpful staff
Pool was closed and feel they should have not charged resort fee or gave a credit.
Gray beds, better shower!
Pool was closed
Probably the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. I can't even think of anything good except that it's located near HB.
Where should I begin... It's located by the Pacifc Coast Highway, which is a VERY busy road. Rooms have no isolation, so it's CRAZY how loud the noise from the road is. Forget sleeping until later than 5, which is when traffic starts. Staff/owners don't know what the concept of "service-minded" means. Most rude and unpolite people I met in all my years in the US. Rooms are extremely dirty, there are spots, like behind the TV, that never have been cleaned. The amount of dust was just unbelievable. I would only stay here if I absolutely would not have ANY other option avaible. Look around there are some decent option en the immediate surroundings.
