The elevators are an intolerable nightmare at certain times of the day.
The hotel is pretty good, nothing that 'wows' but a good place to rest.
Breakfast foods could improve in quality.
Everything was great just when the elevator don't work and your room is on the 19th floor. Good thing I was change to the 5th floor after the fact I was stuck in the elevator.
I was stuck in the elevator for 45 mins and rescue by the fire department. Horrible experience of my life. The manager was not even there when we finally came out. The whole stay walked up and down the stairs. I refuse to get back on broken elevators.
The hotel staff were great. Fast and efficient. Had a great room.
We left our bags with the valet service and anything without a lock was gone through, and the locked pieces were attempted to be opened. Not good for such a lovely hotel. It prevents me from recommending this property.
I loved the queen suite. It had all the comforts of home including a full kitchen and gym!
I didn't like the fact that the Hotel charged many additional fees. I payed $300 more than the advertised Booking.com price. The front desk staff could be friendlier and take more time to check in to make things not seem so rushed and impersonal.
Friendly staff, clean well appointed facilities and an amazing view.
The front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful! Valet service was great and they helped us with directions and all of our stuff.
Elevators!!!! So slow. We waited almost 15 mins with all our stuff to check out. The guy in the elevator was great.
Great stay for AAC event! Free breakfast, cookies, happy hour and shuttle. Very enjoyable stay, but be prepared for delays with shuttle and valet parking!
Beautiful Hotel!!! Friendly & helpful staff!
Location Location Location! Awesome building with great city view and access to downtown attractions all within a short walking distance. Free breakfast at the hotel was satisfying.
Maintenance on the elevators made coming or going take longer than expected. Hotel is offering incentives for the inconvenience.
They had a reception, cookie bar at night, light breakfast buffet, and a shuttle to and from the GEXA center for the concert.
It was bit noisy, I could hear a lot of noise from the street. Hotel was nice.
Location near Baylor Medical facilties was perfect. Staff was friendly - Valet brought back my cell phone without asking- which was very nice.
Elevators were old and need updating - hotel was giving out drink vochers for the long waits on the elevators. Older venue still needs some updating. Bellman was clueless and just dropped the bags, left us in room with no details or explanations - did not wait even for his tip. Basicly showed us a lack of training by management towards lower level employees
Great location in downtown Dallas, walking distant to the metro service, Dealey Plaza, Dallas world aquarium, and museums. Some shopping is a plus.
Location, plus the personal touch of cocktail hour and cookies and milk at bedtime for the young.
All was above what I expected for the price and location. I have zero complaints!
The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Great shower/bath. Valet service was good although expensive. The location is convenient to everything, especially good if you don't use a car.
I was surprised that we had to pay $24 per night for parking, although the valet service may have been the hotel's best feature. Everything in the hotel seemed updated, but the rooms were an odd design. It was somewhat cramped. The TV remote didn't work properly. Only one elevator was running - that was very inconvenient. Our keys were accidentally demagnetized prematurely. After a late night that was no fun. There were more misses than hits.
This hotel is in an excellent location. The valet staff were some of the nicest people and very helpful. Free wi-do and two free drinks between 530 and 630 each night and free cookies and milk and 8.
Elevators take extremely long time
I loved that it was in the middle of downtown, everything is walking distance. People are very friendly here, valet parking was extremely nice to have. Overall, I had a blast!
Elevators were very slow!
Location is OK
Rooms very old decor. Ugly wall color. Weird smell. Lounge closed although it was a thursday. Nothing special abobut this hotel.
Thank you for the upgrade, I think you guys were sold out ! Awesome hotel.
I liked most of what was there.........................................- ........................................
Great customer service and an excellent buffet for breakfast.
Loved the service from the valet to the maid service. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel really special. It was a great experience. We do not get to do this often and we wanted to make the best of it. I feel like we made a good choice.
Very poor Wi-Fi even with the code my husbands lap top would not connect. My IPAD connected without problems. Also we had requested a bottle of wine to be delivered and we inquired about it, the issue was never resolved. We wanted it to celebrate our anniversary with.
Staff & valet were nice and efficient. The room was clean and I slept like a baby. My fiancé and I were celebrating my birthday and were able to walk downtown to several spots!
The staff was friendly and wasn't over the top. I was left to my privacy after the first phone call once I settled in the room. You may want to add vegan options (vegan cookies and almond or coconut milk) to the "cookies and milk" theme. I would've loved to have been apart of that social gathering.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I wished that I would have had a choice in my room selection. I didn't like being by the elevator and wanted to be on a higher floor. Overall the stay was to my liking.
