Everything ,from the friendly staff to The amazing architecture and elegant interior designs ....breathless!!
The pool was closed ...for the type of hotel ,u must have a heated indoor pool for any season!
Friendly & helpful staff, Light Nightclub is great, love the convenience of staying in the hotel & going to the club.
Would love some simpler options on the room service menu for my lazier moments, but definitely not a deal breaker!
I liked that the people that worked there were very nice and had very welcoming spirits!
It is too far from the main exciting part of the strip. You have to waste money taking a taxi because it's too far to walk everyday if you are staying for awhile. Another thing I did not like is that the room was not what it was cracked up to be in the pictures. Pool closes early at like 6:00pm. No good music on TV. Every single day I stayed ambulance were going up and down the street like clock work every 15-20 mins.
Pool was so relaxing. Casino seen was cool.
I notice other casinos I visited sold their business by giving me free stays n casino money, Mandalay bay not once offer me either for my next visit :(
The pool area and availability of cabanas is great. The shopping (shoppes at Mandalay) is convenient and not too high-end. The availability of restaurants was great.
Room was just ok. Not very big - standard 2 queens. There was no upgrade available with 2 beds apparently. Not a lot of color in the room. The mini-bar took up most of the counter space/refrigerator and was all weight sensored, so you didn't want to move anything. I think it was overpriced for what you got.
rooms and pools
Loved everything especially the pool
I have no complaints.
Casino was not to smokey, but very loud especially at night when the bans started up. Band were pretty good. Enjoyed them
Noisy, no place to relax. Even the pool area had blasting music. Jacuzzi by west pool-not warm enough, not relaxing with kids of ages getting in and out frequently
Pool, burger bar
Tv reception a little poor, no big deal.
Plenty of staff on hand to answer and help with questions.Very friendly and courtious.
The only item we didn't get was a roll away bed, but we managed just fine.
The Amtrak was convient, room was awesome with amazing view, and the bed was awesome. Great bathrooms.
Everything, food, casino, access to the Tram.
That there was not a in room fridge that we could use while there on our extended stay. $35.00 a night is a bit excessive on top of the nightly rates. Trying to keep baby formula chilled was a challenge. Think about it.
Bedding was not fresh, had weird chemical smell. Had to request changing of sheets.
It's a better-than-average hotel on the Strip, a bit off because quite south. It's target group is the younger, beautiful people, with a cool Beach Club, wave strand and hip restaurants. My favorite restaurant is the Japanese 'Kumi', with stylish Sushi Bar and DJ spinning Chillhouse Music.
It's close to the airport, so you hear every single airplane landing and starting in your room. Don't know why they didn't spent the money for a better acoustic isolation. So you should definitely try to get a room facing the other (west) side.
Staff was wonderful
Staff was very nice. Always offered to give directions if we needed.
Trying to get on WiFi was really bad!
Room size was good
Difficulty finding the registration entrance. The carpet in our room was wet and sticky like someone had been partying in it and it had not been cleaned. The bed cover was old and dated.
attention to our persons
The size of the room
Restaurants are very pricy
Spa, Convention layout, personnel.
Had to cab-it everywhere.
Friendly and accommodating service was appreciated. I needed to get a copy of my book from the trunk of the car and the attendant went and reclaimed my car and left if at the entrance for us to check out- appreciated much.
Having to look for waitress for a drink/cocktail. Food restaurants too expensive and not worth it.
Very few restaurants open after 11:00 PM
when check in ，the assistant could not find two rooms booking,so that she give a suite instead,it was excellent, but two rooms bill was token as soon as booking,so when check out they only charge one room, but the other room was marked as not shown, after long time checking, they found the other room booking, and say they will refund money, but not recevice yet.
It's the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed at!! Excellent doesn't begin to describe it. Thank you Mandaly Bay and I will never stay anywhere else in Vegas.
