Staff was friendly and gracious 3rd time we've stayed
Loved the vibrant atmosphere. The pool and beach were very welcoming on a hot day.
There was an member of staff in the casino who needed an attitutude adjustment! There was also a member of staff in one
Just about everything!
The squeaky bed; however not a lot to change my opinion about the weekend
Clean, smells fresh, beautiful architectural details, great pool. The breakfast buffet was delish and the service great. Our room had a stunning view of the strip. The free hotel access to the tram makes getting downtown a breeze.
Pool closes at 6 pm. For some reason the carpet in our room was soaking wet - we didn't notice until late at night when we took our shoes off.
We checked in late d/t layovers and we were so tired. We were told on only option was 2 queen beds because it is a first come basis. We ordered a king bed room.
Big room huge bathroom really helpful staff Big pool area
Drinks were expensive at the pool Cabanas were super expensive Be aware you need to pay for everything but basics at the pool.
Pool area is one of the best on the strip.
Rooms starting to feel old.
Everything. The pools are wonderful although a hot tub where the adult pool is would've been nice.
The rooms are looking old and the carpets are stained. My room had a view of cement only! Third floor.
We enjoyed every day and night we were there. We would go back to the Mandalay bay as we could relax around the pool on a sandy beach. Food was good for money and the service was great.
In evety meaning:-)
They allowed us to check in early. Room was excellent. Convenient shops LOVED the pool Service everywhere good
everything under one roof
too much rules at the wave pool
Room was big. So more of it to be dirty!!!
This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. It is more of a 2* than 4*. The first room had large stains all over the carpet and seating area. I would not let a dog stay there. The second room was slightly better but still disgusting. If we had more than 2 nights, we would have left and gone elsewhere but were tired from travelling. The carpet had half an inch of dust and old sweet papers behind a mirror, bedside tables needed a good clean. The ice tongs had a disgusting mess encrusted at one end, hairs in bath and shower, just disgusting. We did complain but they were unable or unwilling to give us a better room and gave us $75 compensation. I just wanted a clean room. It was no better after it had been cleaned. Didn't even unpack as drawers were dirty. Luckily bedding seemed clean although there were holes in it. Do not stay here if you like clean rooms.
Fancy and special room. Felt luxurious.
Price a bit high.
Rooms were very good size and very comfortable. There were plenty of lifts which were fast. Some good live music provided at night, good restaurants, but found the fish choices too expensive. Ideal location to airport.
Situated at the southern end of the strip You need to allow plenty of time to reach the centre of LV. There is no quiet bar, just to chill, if you have had enough.
wonderful pools, big room, comfy beds, great customer service!!
fridge was only minibar. no room for items bought outside the room. Walls thinner than you'd expect in a hotel otherwise so great.
Great location Very comfortable room Friendly staff
Food at the Poolside cafe was horrible and very expensive
Entrance and Water for free in the lobby. Looks good at the entrance.
Pool is sooo crowded, music is too loud and there are different songs from diff. sides. THERE IS ONLY ONE ! !!! chair in the standart room, this is unbelievable for such an expensive hotel, because there are normaly 2 people in the room, the second person has to sit on the bed!!! NO coffeemaker in the room an on top ..you cannot put anythin in the refridgerater! so, I think there is no real service for the hotelguest! I am not shure if I would book the hotel again.
The room, casino, and it by a lot of attractions
The wave pool is so unique. The room was great and the cleaning staff was so responsive. The view from the Foundation Room is spectacular.
Surprised that there was not a coffee pot in the room. Also the computers to print boarding passes have old fashioned roller ball mouses that don't work too well. You have to pay to use the computer so the delay is moving the mouse causes you to pay too much. It cost me $14 to print my passes. When the computer locked with my credit card info on the screen, the house phone did not work and I could not get help with no desk nearby. I had to ask another guest walking by to get help. A concierge came to assist and did not know much but was pleasant. She said I should not have to pay to use the computer but rather than credit me back she suggested I battle with the company that provides the computers. Paying was the only way they would work. I was not happy about that.
Beautiful room! Friendly staff.
Gateway weekday sales for Seniors.
Very clean. When checking in they acted as if they were giving us this great room with a view of the pool, but never mentioned the airport. Worst room location. Noise from airport all night long! Sink gurgled off and on all night! I called to see if we could change rooms and felt like the offered us less suitable floors (3 or 5th floor) knowing we wouldn't want to change. We didn't even have a room service menu and had to ask for one twice before receiving it. Also the room service menu is a joke, but they did deliver quickly and were very friendly. We actually thought we were stepping up to a higher end hotel, but the towels are old and hard. We don't feel they go the extra mile like some of the other hotels we have stayed at.
Room location, noisy, gurgling sink all night long. Rough hard, thin old towels.
