Pillows had a weird smell
Location and facilities are very good. We enjoyed our time there and my friends rooms were great.
In my first night bed and towels were dirty and there were some yellow stains and hair on bed. It was 4am when I came back so I spent first night on bed cover. They changed after I complained about it but it is unacceptable for a luxurious hotel especially if you're staying for only two nights. I also reserved my room on top floors and smoking allowed but I got lower floor non-smoking room instead.
We had a health emergency and called the front desk. They helped get us numbers and addresses to the surrounding clinics. When my husband had to be admitted to the hospital they helped arrange another night for me. They were very supportive and concerned.
The room I got. Stayed in the Delano and had a very nice suite
All was really great. A very nice place to stay. I really enjoyed it execialy the Spa.
Comfortable, friendly staff, good price for a weekend, LOVE Light and Foundation Room (amazing view from the rooftop and awesome DJ), great live band in the lounge outside of the entrance to Foundation Room... awesome pizza at Slice of Vegas.
Wish there were some simpler choices on the room service menu, but it also got me to go downstairs to the little restaurant and the salad was great!
The hotel is very clean and the bed super comfi. Staff is very nice and helpful.
The restroom door doesn't lock so anyone can open it while you are taking a shower.
Very bad service, room service always need ask many times.
The rooms are large and comfortable. Location fine for taking train or walking strip. Drive and park easy. Food good but expensive. Great value for money, especially to then rent a car and drive to the parks!
Very bad service, on arrive I was told my booking was cancelled, and then the staff made a mistake deduct me $10k from credit card, but she found it and corrected. The same day I found the sheet was very dirty, so asked room service come to replace, I asked room service 5 times in one hour, still nobody come, I will never stay in this hotel and would not recommend to friends.
Wasn't told that our room was handicap accessible so the setup was not to our liking. Also valet misplaced our keys had to wait 30 mins I went in search of the truck the keys were in it. They found keys but were for my car which I left in vehicle had to pry them that my keys were missing and they finally asked if tees were them. Think if they offered something like a free room for furture date I would have been happy.
The room, the tub, the bed, oh my god the bed was dynamite!!! We will be back!!!
That we only stayed one night, will be back again!!!
Awesome room in a very good hotel! Tremendous view on the whole city and a very careful service: no matter if you want to have a reservation in a fashionable place for the evening or need something to be delivered to your room. Guess in a summer season it is even more cute! Wi-fi is included in resort fee. Highly recommended!
Concert package pricing. Unclear.
Room was very comfortable and spacy. Free upgrade to King size bed room.
End of the strip. Needed to take bus to get to the fancy places in Vegas
The facilities at the hotel and the staff were friendly when approached, although otherwise not engaging. We enjoyed a Christmas Buffet brunch in the hotel on Christmas day.
The decor in the hotel room was rather dated and the beds and cushions provided were not the most comfortable.
I loved that we checked in late and there were no more king beds available so they upgraded us to the Delano until the next day. They kept us in the Delano so we didn't have to carry everything again and the same floor just a king bed instead of two queens.
Trying to figure out the exit to the cabs for the Delano but there was construction so not a huge deal
We had an awesome experience the minute we pulled up to the hotel. Valet staff was great. Checking in was a breeze. We also got an upgrade to a suite! Very clean and comfy. Even our 7 month old slept great.
Only thing I didn't like was they didn't clean as well as they should. Minor stuff..public hair in the tub and a mascara tube under the coffee table. That's it..
Big rooms and comfortable beds
Food was expensive
Very friendly staff
everything about it
I liked everything
I stayed in Mandalay Bay for a week, over the New Year celebrations and early January 2015. I totally enjoyed the experience. The hotel is huge, a small city in itself, and caters to all possible entertainment, dining, shopping and gambling needs. The number of restaurants and bars is so high, it is actually impossible to try even half for a few days - even if one chooses not to leave the hotel at all. The spa is great. It is obvious that the big attraction in Mandalay Bay is the beach and pools, but these are closed during the winter. I can only say good things about the service I received from all staff - at check-in, the waiters, servers at the casino, the operators at the guest services phone line, etc. My room (a double queen) was well appointed and was serviced and cleaned very well during my stay. It is located at the south end of the Strip, very close to the airport and the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. Connected to Luxor and Excalibut - both are accessible through indoor walkways / shopping malls, and also via a dedicated tram which is free of charce. From there, New York New York, MGM Grand, Monte Carlo, Aria and then Bellagio are all within easy walking reach. Therefore I do not think that the location of the hotel is in any way problematic, as some of the reviews suggest. Free Wi-Fi is available throughour the property, and once you register - also in all other MGM properties, which basically covers the Strip.
The hotel needs some upgrade; the signs of wear and tear are visible, although not at all critical.
All except room services.
Room services. It takes time to get your order.
It's convenient for events in Mandalay bay. And they were nice to offer an upgrade for my room.
Too far from the fireworks display... I been checking in with diff. Hotels but it's my first time, that iwas trying to do a late check out... And it's only at Mandalay that they didn't allow it. That's sucks! The bell boy that help us didn't give us a better service, he just did WHATS convenient for him ... We waited abt. 30mins. In a cold friday morning outside Mandalay bay waiting for our car.
Lots of amenities, lots to do.
My husband and I both got Athletes Foot from the shower.
