Loved the smell when entering the lobby and pool area was great.
Didn't get a King Size Bed, came in late.
Rooms were new looking, loved the soaker tub. Quiet rooms. Loved the quick check out feature. Concierge helped us get tickets for a show with a discounted price too! Plenty to do there and nice selection of places to eat.
spacious lobby area large room changed room three times on check in with no problem to a great strip/ airport view beach pool great & lazy river good house keeping very responsive to requests made
booking .com room description do not match hotels booked spa suite view of car park ! down graded to deluxe room with strip view at same cost !! beach sun beds to crowded/charge for lazy river tubes $20 bedding poor quality for a four star hotel
Poor food. I order the butternut squash quiche. It was dry and had no squash in it. Poor server. She got our order wrong. We didnt bother to correct it because she was so blunt with us from the beginning. She was a feisty lil old lady who never asked us if we needed anything else and when we wave to get her attention she ignored us. We had to ask the table next to us for their ketchup that was half full. I dropped my fork and rather than asking her for one I just got one off another table. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.
The beach closes at certain times of the year
There was one day when we never left because there is so much to do, and all the restaurants are fantastic.
Mandala Bay is exactly what you want when going to Vegas.
The pool area was fabulous!
We has to pay extra for a crib per night.
This hotel have maintained class and style opposite many other Vegas hotels, that have lost charm. Would definitely recommend a stay at this luxurious hotel and will be staying there again next time.
Clean rooms, but the towels are only limited..
I paid for their wifi which i only learned about upon checking out. They insist that i have to pay wifi for the 2 rooms eventhough the other rooms did not use it either. And their key card turns out to be ineffective after repeatedly trying to unlock our door, have to complain to the registration area and replaced my key,, the casino slots are all the same, no new slots like titanic or roars, unlike in Aria where there are different slots to choose from..
location was excellent, room spacious, clean and modern.luggage guys very helpful as were the reception team
no coffee facilities in the room, bit noisy from planes, mattress a little soft for my personal taste
We best enjoyed the pools. They are awesome. The rates are very good too. The employees are very polite.
It is far from the best part of the strip.
Beach is nice, aquarium is good $18 adult, room was not as good as I was expecting for $250 night. Mattresses were uncomfortable.
Everything Comfortable place to stay good location
The approachability presented by your staff.
The rude guests, can you fix that?
Facilities, room size, and restaurants.
Room rate little bit expensive
As all MGM resorts in Las Vegas, Mandalay Bay is an expensive hotel with all you need to treat yourself (if you pay for it). Room was a huge suite with a huge bathroom with double bath tube and shower. View was not very nice, facing the back of the hotel and the Strip.
Room had a shared door with another room (locked of course) and this was a noise issue because of the poor isolation. You could hear anything happening on the other room.
The hotel amenities
Our room was cleaned once in 3 days even despite having the cleaning sign on the door and complaining., we also had to ring for clean towels. Plus when we arrived there were hairs and dirt in the shower and bath which we had to clean ourselves. Very poor housekeeping... not what you would expect for a 4 star!!
As I had booked at a fare that obviously was too low for the Hotel Management, they wanted to make me pay an extra 25$ (!!!) Resort Fee. After a lengthy discussion, my staying resistant and finally deciding that I will not pay it, they finally took the fee off the bill. A clear attempt for a rip off.
Thrilled we could hit the wave pool on an 80 degree afternoon. Great view of the strip from room. Nice big bathroom. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great proximity to other casinos, shops and restaurants.
Noisy neighbors could easily be heard through walls. Dusty TV area clearly hadn't been cleaned recently. WiFi would lose signal.
Had a wonderful stay here. Loved the pool area. Good choice of restaurants. A bit if a walk from the main part of the strip but not a big deal- gives you lots of time to check out all the different hotels along the way.
big bed, beautiful bathroom
Not personal, standardized Staff. You can tell that you were recived by a big anonymous Corporation
Bathroom and view
Beds and carpet
Great pool area
Did not like Noodle House, over priced, small portions, not authentic.
