Had my wedding reception in the Vista Suite, excellent with a strip view, couldn't ask for anything more! Wave pool and lazy river were also fun.
Staff at front desk were hit and miss, some where lovely, some were really rude.
best room in Las Vegas
Room had no chairs or other seating only for desk.
Our upgrade to a bigger suite. WONDERFUL room. Choice of eateries Cleanliness and staff friendliness Convenience to airport Views up the strip
It is the hotel right at the bottom of the strip, so it is a fair walk or taxi ride to centre strip and Downtown Vegas which was a bit of a pain if you want to explore.
Location on the strip, the amazing pools, the Michael Jackson show and the House of Blues restaurant
Dont have a time to stay more
The rooms were excellent. Very clean
The whole casino thing.
Got upgraded to a Delano Suite, very nice room! Pool area is cool.Don't let the location put you off,the free tram and the metro take you everywhere if you dont feel like walking!

Great Location. Bar, Pool, Shops, Rooms.
Casino, restaurants, bars, quality of room
Convention completely overrun the hotel, taxi ques were ridiculous and even had to wait to get the elevator to our floor.
Great hotel. Lovely rooms
Restaurants and coffee shops very expensive. Distance to Las Vegas strip is quite far.
Almost everything... but the distance
The hotel is 40 minutes walk ... including traffic... from the center of the strip...
I went with my family to Vegas for 6 days & stayed at the Mandalay resort . My kids were blown away with the pool & beach ! The room was amazing & comfortable , being very spacious . The food court was great for breakfast & lunch . I would definetly go back again & highly recommend !!
WE LIKED THE POOL,THE RESTAURANTS, THE STAFF ALL THE WAY ROUND SHOWED CONCERN AND HAPPINESS WITH EVERYONE WE MET.
The location on the strip. Great amenities right in the hotel
The walk to the Delano tower was a bit long as you had to go all the way through the casino.
facilities and staff were great
I thought the food was overpriced
I had reserved a ADA room and had to walk about a mile to get to your back hotel.
Room, view and amazing hotel.
Staff was friendly and hotel was kept clean and checking in was very fast
2 elevators I experienced would stop at every floor even when no one was there but I'm sure problem has been fixed
