The room we had faced Lombard which was a bit noisy until traffic slowed down.
Close to Fort Mason & Fisherman's Wharf. Room & Bed were clean & comfortable.
The hotel needs a good lifting, especially the carpet. We had a back room so didn t hear the noise from the street but had noise from laundry roOm : single paned windows.
DANIEL was very kind and helpful. The bus stop is right on the corner. Overall we had a nice stay , the staff were all very sweet
First of all, the one gentlemen working the front desk when we first came to see if we could check in early and also when we left, was extremely rude. The room looks nothing like it did in the pictures when I was booking it. It was tiny, and had no air conditioning. The only parking is 4 blocks away and costs depending on how long you need to park there. The breakfast is a joke...toast, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. We were extremely disappointed in this hotel.
Nothing. It was awful and way over priced for what they offer.
Windows very dirty, very poor brakfast (only toast, butter and strawberry jam). No A/C
No parking and the shower wasn't great
The staff were friendly and check in was super easy.
staff here are super nice!!! Thanks to Yolanda, she gave me a lot of tips. location is good, but building a little bit too old ...
The water didnt go down the sink. Dirty, no curtains. Small plastic things on the floor. Very noisy.
We had a corner room and there was a lot of traffic noise and very light at night.
Walk to Fishermans wharf, union square and restaurants. Nice rooms of good size. Clean snd helpful staff
The shower head was a bit low making hair washing awkward but not a big issue.
We stayed 3 nights to explore San Francisco and were very happy with our room- top floor, corner room. Spacious with lovely king bed. Staff were polite and helpful and room serviced daily. Breakfast of toast, boiled eggs, yoghurt, juice and coffee was basic but included in the cheap price and sufficient to start our day.
The rooms are very small. Small rooms are common in San Fransisco, but these were smaller than average.
Clean and in a fantastic location.
price that included internet and breakfast - plus helpful staff....
The staff was pleasant but very scripted. The room was aweful. The bed had indents in it like two people lived in it for 20 years. So gross. The blow dry blew up. The plug to the tup was hanging over the side of the tub. I was afraid to touch anything. Stains and grime everywhere. We couldn't stay. We canceled our reservation but were only able to get credit for 1 out of our 3 nights.
The queen bed is not an actual queen it is a full bed so be aware! And the shower had zero pressure and is extremely short.
Great location, cute room, clean bed.
Since I stayed for 2 weeks, I expected the breakfast to change a bit. It didnt.
Being in Marina District so close to the Golden Gate bridge! Also Market streey is just a bus away.
Depending on where your room is, the street noise can be pretty loud
Super friendly staff, very helpful! Decent room size.
no parking on site, you must find parking elsewhere.
Room very basic, waterflow extremely poor (no hot water early in the morning), smelly everywhere (bad perfume), lot of noise as from 6 am (busy street + poor insulation), breakfast very basic
Good location, friendly staff, clean
Shower sucked. Continental breakfast was just toast and yogurt. No parking.
Best possible location. Chestnut shops and restaurants are only a few blocks away. Right off of Lombard so it's super easy to get around the city.
The ice machine is in the 1st floor and I stood in the 4th floor.
Walking distance to fisherman's wharf and pier 39. The room was clean when I returned. The staff was very friendly. I was lucky to find parking very close to the hotel. I would totally go back!!
Room was extremely small with just enough room for the bed, tiny bathroom. Maybe other rooms have a view but we had a view of an A/C unit and side of another house (very close) so we were unable to even keep blinds open for light since others could see in. There was no temperature control capability in room. We had a table top fan. No fridge. No parking. There is only room for 3 cars in front so you have to try to find street parking nearby which is almost impossible unless you have a car like a Mini Cooper or Smart car. There is a parking garage a few blocks away, $22/day.
Quiet, close enough to walk to marina green park area
The whole place reminded us of "Faulty Towers"!
Bed was comfortable. Staff were reasonably helpful.
The room could be refurbished, meaning remove all the old, useless, big furniture from the room. My only other complain is the shower was sometimes lucky warm. Only once hot. Mattress is not very comfortable, as it is worn out.
They upgraded us for a bigger bedroom. Breakfast simple - toast, boiled egg, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea; but very tasty.
No air conditioning. Poor shower pressure.
Easy access to Fort Mason Center. Confortable room. Good wi-fi.
We asked for a quiet room and were given one in the centre - the window opens to a central open shaft/courtyard where some large pump? hvac? kicks on and off regularly. not a pleasant noise, no view and harder to get air from the window.
The location is great - easy to walk to Fisherman's wharf where transportation to everywhere is available. The breakfast is very limited - the attendants there are lovely.
The only downsides were...it was a bit noisy being that I was facing Lombard Street. And the showers were very basic. This would not stop me from booking there again though.
Location was fantastic, close to easily accessible public transport
