Location is excellent, staff and comfort are great. There is a pool for family as well. Brakfast was great.
My child could open the door from the inside and go to the hallway, there should be a way to look securely the doors from inside. My boy is 2 y/o. Finally the king bed room doent fit 2 adults and 2 young kids at all. That's why I ended up picking the 2 beds room which met my needs.
It was a beautiful hotel while perfectly located right in the center city.
I overall liked everything, it was just a little pricey for just a weekend stay.
Location a bonus and consistent Marriott service.
Premium prices for good but not exceptional rooms. Hotel lifts are very slow and therefore In high demand. Expect multiple stops if you're on a high floor. Restaurant good but location makes it a noisy thoroughfare.
Bartenders In 13 were very friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice. Everybody was great.
- Concierge Michael recommended a restaurant that turned out to be amazing. Thanks!
- I waited over 5 minutes for an elevator down to check out, and nearly missed my train as a result. Better elevator optimization during rush hour is needed. - There's a lack of quiet places to sit and talk with business colleagues. All available sitting areas were noisy, with muzak etc.
The beds were incredible. Luxurious and comfortable.
The front desk associate was rude and impatient. The parking was expensive and difficult to get into and out of. The price for the service and trouble it took us to get into and out of the place was not comparable to other downtown Marriotts. Way to expensive for the quality of service and parking. Maid knocked then came in without waiting for an answer and was rude on top of that!!!
very efficient check-in/check-out.could check in early, that was a plus since we walked from the Septa stop with our luggage.convient location with attractions(historical, restaurants, market, museums) within walking distance.nice room, very comfortable.
only toiletry item was a bar of soap.we were staying only one night so didn't bother inquiring about it.
Convient passage to the Convention center great place to meet friends in the lobby bar
No free wi-fi in the rooms. View on rooftop even on the 16th floor
Their "Premium" rooms required you to move up an escalator, through a private event, across a bridge and through another private event to get to your room!
Everything was totally perfect
Housekeeping service was excellent. The bar and restaurant were well above average.
No vent fan in the bathroom... this may seem like a minor complaint... it is not :-( I stayed in October, and despite turning the AC to the lowest setting, the room was terribly warm, would not have wanted to endure that in august!
The location is great! I requested an early check in and when we arrived they were able to accommodate our request. The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I really can't say that I have any negatives.
This hotel is very conveniently located in the city center. There are lots of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and very clean while staff was helpful. This is a very large hotel with lots of convention guests.
The charge for valet parking is quite high - between $48 and $54 for 1 night, depending on how large your car is (the higher price is for an SUV). Street parking is very limited so the valet is really the only choice.
We LOVED the location- easy to get around (we walked). Staff was helpful and courteous.
Location was excellent
Housekeeping did not even give a full container of shampoo. Only half full. Room was very small for the price. Room was not available until half hour to an hour after check in time.
lokation near downtown silence on the room clean everywhere excellent breakfest
slow service in restaurant long waiting for a car
Everything about this place from our experience at the front desk to the pool staff to housekeeping was top notch. The room was clean and well maintained, the lobby was grand with great services. It's an easy walk to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell
Expensive Wifi. Seriously expensive.
It's ok everything
Noisy room next door woke us up for an hour at 5:00 AM screaming, cackling, and wresting around the room as they had just returned drunk from the bar.
I loved that that everything was near the hotel.
overpriced and charged extra for almost everything
We liked the convenience if being so close to the reading terminal market
Great place. Fantastic location check in and check out fast and easy. Very clean and comfortable. On our trip to Philadelphia we will definitely be staying here.
The self parking in the parking garage. A little expensive to have to park your own car
I called the night before to get directions and the concierge heard I was bringing my 3-year old daughter. "We're having a big Indian wedding and there's going to be an elephant out front! Try to get here by noon!" Really pleasant staff all throughout the hotel. Would happily stay again.
We were charged for an extra night after we left. We called multiple times and no one could give us a straight answer and were borderline rude.
