The Staff was very friendly and helpful!
The rooms need upkeep broken toilet seat and just out dated!
Price, location, clean
Breakfast was less than mediocre
Dirty Bedbugs and awful attitude
Front desk lady could have been more inviting.
EVERYTHING WAS GOOD LOCATION, STAFF,CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. Carl
The staff was first rate. Kind and helpful and understanding of the young ones energy.
Proximity to restaurants
2 broken soda machines.
location was good, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and close to airport
Blood stains on blanket, coffee drippings on sink, soda machine didn't work and no snacks were available
TV, room was small
I was a bit skeptical about booking this room because of the extremely low price, but turns out it was actually a great place to stay!! It's close to everything, easy to get in and out and off and on the highways, the bed and pillows were great!! The room is small, but super clean! It was a great experience for us and we will use this hotel again I'm sure!!
Overall the place was excellent
The hotel did not tell that the adn picking us up at the airport did not have the hotel name on it. Instead after an hour and three phone calls that the van was called Hotels Express and they took people to four or five hotels. One would expect this information to be available on line .
For the cost it was ok and the staff was very accommodating and nice.
We had reserved a room non-smoking and when we arrived - the room had terrible smoke smell- ashes in the ashtrays and the bathroom was not clean and room was a mess. They did move us to another room.
I am not one who usually complains or even writes reviews for that matter but I feel the need to let everyone know that if you care about how you are treated by the staff, this is NOT the place for you
The room was comfortable and clean. Not bad for the price
I booked a room with one king sized bed. I got a room wit two queen sized beds. It wasn't a big deal. It just wasn't what I asked for when booking the room. The lighting as also very dim.
Nice looking hotel Free breakfast Free airport shuttle
Distance from airport
The room is spacious
Location. Room size and amenities
Bathroom was musty smell and sink was cracked. 8 am breakfast bar was almost gone and tables dirty
Gave us a room someone was already in! Rooms very old over priced!
Upon arrival I tried tell the check in staff I had a mix up with an online booking. He simply barked at me, You want the room or not, I'm busy! I would not go back there again for anything ever! I paid way to much for the room because it was late and I was exhausted and could find no other rooms in the area. The elevator smelled like rotten pickles. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Barely a foot between the wall and bed on all sides. We could barely move. Micro was right! Everything looked old and not well kept. We asked housekeeping for a trash bag to throw out some food and the lady just shook her head said no no no and walked away. It seems to be family run with the younger members at the desk the older members think 65 and older doing housekeeping and maintenance. AND not nearly enough parking. I had to park illegally all night.
Rude staff, tiny room, not well maintained, no parking, and over all smelly.
Working out of town and here for a week, and when friday came they raised the rates on me! I understand if you are just staying 1 or 2 nites on weekend, but if you have stayed all week and spent money for the week, they should of treated there weekly guest better! I also thought the job was gonna be delayed for another few days so made longer reservations to stay! After completing my job and needed to cancel the extra couple days i had reserved online while working 16 hour days, they refused to cancel because they said that there was no way to cancel and charged me 191.49 ! This was on Sunday Sept. 28th and by Wed,Oct 1st. after being on the phone for 3 days, there never seems to be a Manager available to straighten this issue out, so beware of the this motel, and stay anywhere else that won't RIP you off !
Staff, location, waffle maker (But no waffle mix)
beds, breakfast, out of supplies every morning for breakfast, no selection of food beside waffle maker and bread with no jelly, very dirty kitchen area, very outdated, broken equipment in room, leaking fridge, burn hole in comfortor, bad mattresses no conditioner for hair, my hair dryer didn't work, my remote control for tv did not work, tv was in danger of falling.
The beds were pretty comfortable and the people were very nice
The room on the website looked bigger and I believe had a couch area which our room did not
The price was excellent for the location and amenities.
The breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was broken so there was only coffee. And half the other things ran out by 8. The cleanliness in the rooms was slightly lacking. The towels had what looked like black makeup and calcimine lotion on them.
The human quality of the personnel. The breakfast was not good and there was not much of it.
