The front desk greeter was not personable at all. When I came into the building she did not greet me with a "hello" instead she wanted to get straight to "how can help you?" She did not smile once. I feel like she needs to work on her people skills and that maybe the buisness of assisting people is not her thing? When I was leaving the building, there was nobody to be found to check out with. After standing by the desk for two minutes, a greeter comes out with his cell phone in his hand. The screen was on a texting screen, so I knew that he was texting others instead. During the stay in the hotel, it was pleasant. However, when I got home I noticed multiple bites on my neck, arms bilaterally, back, and legs including ankle areas. Never had I been bitten my bed bugs, but now I know what it feels like. I called and complained and they kept telling me they had recently changed everything. They were nice, understanding, and gave me 40% off of my stay, but I sure hope they get the right people in there to help clear the room up from bed bugs. I am still itching! :(
The room was very cute, cozy, clean. The airconditioner worked well and it was comfortable and quiet.
