Location. Room size and amenities
Bathroom was musty smell and sink was cracked. 8 am breakfast bar was almost gone and tables dirty
Gave us a room someone was already in! Rooms very old over priced!
Upon arrival I tried tell the check in staff I had a mix up with an online booking. He simply barked at me, You want the room or not, I'm busy! I would not go back there again for anything ever! I paid way to much for the room because it was late and I was exhausted and could find no other rooms in the area. The elevator smelled like rotten pickles. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. Barely a foot between the wall and bed on all sides. We could barely move. Micro was right! Everything looked old and not well kept. We asked housekeeping for a trash bag to throw out some food and the lady just shook her head said no no no and walked away. It seems to be family run with the younger members at the desk the older members think 65 and older doing housekeeping and maintenance. AND not nearly enough parking. I had to park illegally all night.
Rude staff, tiny room, not well maintained, no parking, and over all smelly.
Working out of town and here for a week, and when friday came they raised the rates on me! I understand if you are just staying 1 or 2 nites on weekend, but if you have stayed all week and spent money for the week, they should of treated there weekly guest better! I also thought the job was gonna be delayed for another few days so made longer reservations to stay! After completing my job and needed to cancel the extra couple days i had reserved online while working 16 hour days, they refused to cancel because they said that there was no way to cancel and charged me 191.49 ! This was on Sunday Sept. 28th and by Wed,Oct 1st. after being on the phone for 3 days, there never seems to be a Manager available to straighten this issue out, so beware of the this motel, and stay anywhere else that won't RIP you off !
Staff, location, waffle maker (But no waffle mix)
beds, breakfast, out of supplies every morning for breakfast, no selection of food beside waffle maker and bread with no jelly, very dirty kitchen area, very outdated, broken equipment in room, leaking fridge, burn hole in comfortor, bad mattresses no conditioner for hair, my hair dryer didn't work, my remote control for tv did not work, tv was in danger of falling.
The beds were pretty comfortable and the people were very nice
The room on the website looked bigger and I believe had a couch area which our room did not
The price was excellent for the location and amenities.
The breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was broken so there was only coffee. And half the other things ran out by 8. The cleanliness in the rooms was slightly lacking. The towels had what looked like black makeup and calcimine lotion on them.
The human quality of the personnel. The breakfast was not good and there was not much of it.
Location Price Size of room
Breakfast- limited selection, no hot water for tea I could find.
Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Was nice to have shuttle to airport.
Room was nice and cozy Shower had VERY hot water Clean Good Location Decent Price
Not as expected
Bed was comfortable.
Run down property on inside. Had to wait around 15 minutes before we could check in when we arrived, no one at the front desk
Close to airport and early pick up for shuttle to the airport. Shuttle service back to hotel was quick as well. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to leave their car at the hotel and flying out of the airport for a vacation or business trip. We checked in late and had to get up very early so we didn't really get to utilize the room much, but it certainly was designed well with the traveler in mind.
Its a good value for being within an easy range for Pittsburgh visits.
The worse breakfast of any Microtel I've been in. It's messy and sparse, even early in the morning.
Eating area for breakfast was small and very crowded . You had to stand and you kept bumping into people. Our room had an electrical outlet that was hanging halfway out of the wall.
This hotel is by no means fancy or modern, but it serves it's purpose. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The free breakfast was nothing special but it served it's purpose.
Comfortable beds, location, friendly clerk at check in
Smell of food on the floor and in my room. Dirty bathtub. Poorly stacked breakfast. Non-hygenic conditions (lady changing garbage bag and bringing food without gloves), unfriendly staff
It was all good except the wifi. Great place to sleep.
My husband had to rewire the cable connections that were ripped out of TV and hotel altered the AC so it never really got cold in room. And breakfast... Haha, if u call tripping over everyone in this tiny area comfort, I would go to McDonald's!!
hotel is old, dirty, and the staff are rude and does not care if you are there or not. Unbelievable!!
The TV s are small and old sitting up on the top of the closet
Well the staff was very rude with poor English and they didn't have breakfast out not till 6:30am. And since I was on a business trip I had to leave at 5:45am I asked for a apple or banana and was told NO not till 6:30. Most places I have stayed breakfast is out at 5am for travelers. I was denied a apple but looked like the staff wasn't denied to live in the USA
The room was clean and the bed decently comfortable. If you're using the room only for sleeping, it's fine.
Room was incredibly small. Bath towels were not bath towel size. Staff could have been friendlier. Hotel guests were rude and disruptive (not the fault of the hotel). Both nights I was awoken at 1 a.m. to drunken yelling in the hall or fighting in nearby rooms. Wireless internet was very slow.
THe location was great and the bed was fluffy and comfortable. It's close to the air port.
THe staff was rude. I checked in shortly before 10:30pm and was greeted with no professionalism. THe girl at the desk was impersonal and no people skills. I asked for my key, it was put on the counter, I asked for another room because of dim lighting in the assigned room, I returned back downstairs and without conversation or eye contact the girl put the key on the counter and turned her back to me never so much as saying anything nor gesturing an ounce of care. I didn't get her name, she was a caucasion girl sandy brown hair late twenties or early thirties. She didn't even crack a smile.
