you should provide free wi-fi to customers
Where do I begin? The Millenium Hotel, set in 1970's, made famous by 'The Shining', was in no way worth the $100+ spent to stay. I received boils from sitting in the hot tub aka "spa". Holes in walls. Contemplated sleeping on floor out of fright to catch bed bugs game.
Well, the look on the picture advertised and outside was something I really liked.
Parking can be a challenge when they are fully booked.... maids didn't come every day unless asked.
Great location to Duke medical center, right off main highways.... 10 minutes to everything.
The bed was very squeeky. Bathroom needs yo be updated.
I was quoted one price and had to pay another. That you didn't get a breakfast without pay.
The comfort of the bed.
Rooms were horrible: wallpaper peeling; utility covers fallen off walls. sinks so low my dog could drink from them. Smelly; smoke odors; furniture beaten. Looks more like an dirty frat house than a hotel. I would rather stay at a Budget Inn. They should charge $9/night instead of $99
Internet connection is a problem
Staff is very helpful and accommodating.
the ventilation system in the bathroom was inadequate
When I called the hotel after I checked out to inquire about the potential billing, the staff said the incidental charge would credit back to my account after the transaction was complete. I never had this show up before and it was not on my receipt, so being informed ahead of time would keep me from feeling like a potential scandal is occurring.
Spacious room, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and decent towels (not hard).
surley bartender very small drinks
No refrigerator in the room WiFi was not free Restaurant has a limited menu; not much choices for vegetarians
No free wifi.
The price of the meal was a bit much. There was nothing extravagant about the food that was offered. The rooms were outdated. The hotel needs to invest more in the accommodations.
i liked that we were able to have a private room for our family to dine during the Thanksgiving buffet offered by the Millennium.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, and convenient location on Duke campus. The $6/day shuttle service was great - provided transport all around campus all day. Nice amenities, good value for the money.
I booked at a rate of $50-55 and once I got there I given rate of $70
Very weak WiFi service.
The bed were very suitable.
The rooms were dated. The toilet seat was old and bumpy. There was no microwave or frig in the room. The ice machine on our floor was out of ice or just didn't work. I don't think I will stay there again. We left and went to the Hilton. It is a much nicer hotel.
The staff was outstanding. The location was good as well. The outside of the property is elegant.
Old facilities that needed repair and upkeep. Rusted door hinges, chipped and stained bathroom grout. Musty, smoke and moldy smell throughout hallways and rooms. Sagging carpet that needed restretching/replacing. Disappointing and too expensive for these conditions.
Great bed and linens. Perfect location for our purpose of travel.
Bad wifi connection Water temperature in the shower changed every 10 seconds
Good fitness room, location close to Duke campus
Non-existent wifi AND cell phone signal in my room!! Very inconvenient when on a business trip.
Warm southern hospitality, excellent shuttle service
Enjoyed my time there and more the way people interacted with eachother.
Was very close to the hospital I had to be at in the morning at 5:00 AM.
The swimming pool and hot tub was filthy.
Old needs updating
Staff very friendly
There really wasn't anything that I didn't like, but what I thought was a stain in the tub, was grease that rubbed off when I got in the shower. Bathroom sinks were seemed very low.
Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Overall a wonderful stay!
