I liked the spacious rooms.
Internet wasn't available due to distance from the office where the router is located. Rooms are about 100 yards away.
The room smells good. The bathroom is clean and comfortable. I will stay there if I come back to Yosemite.
The donuts at breakfast were amazing!!! Such an unexpected bonus! And way better than the usual motel continental breakfast.
Two queen beds in the room. Pillow and bed was comfy. Water pressure excellent, location is good as it's in the small town of Mariposa.
The types of food during breakfast was very limited and the heater in the room was too small for a large room. The rooms are large.
Good cost performance. Kind and friendly staff. Reasonablly comfortable.
Room was good with comfortable beds. All amenities were very nice.
Pillows were flat at a little hard to sleep on. Did not have internet access at all the four days we were there. Very disappointed with that as we were told it was available in our room.
Excellent budget location if you are touring by bike or car; good typical services for a budget motel
For me, everything was right. Clean, comfortable, very friendly, helpful, free wireless internet (worked well)
Good location close to the parks, lovely bathroom and excellent beds, we also really liked the waffle bar and the atmosphere of the place: we felt safe and welcome.
Staff looked a bit tired
Continental Breakfast Housekeeping
WiFi access was not good
Most of the desk staff and house-keeping personel were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool and spa were clean and soothing after a long day of hiking.
The lack of cleanliness and poor carpeting in the entryway, stairways, and halls way made a low impression of the overall conditions of the hotel. The Wi-Fi services, though staff attempted to reset routers regularly, was very poor, and frustrating.
Wi-Fi was really poor. Impossible to use.
staff, breakfast and restaurant were all excellent this was a first class choice, would definitely go there again.
there was nothing to dislike
Good accommodations at a reasonable price (off-season pricing). Great variety for breakfast. Rooms were clean.
70 minutes from Yosemite
Clean and comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, spacious area and friendly staff. We got a good price for the room. The breakfast is the best I've seen in 4 weeks worth of US travel.
Slightly far still from Yosemite (45-60 minutes)
Loved the hot tub and the breakfast! Great value and accommodations covered all our needs. We loved it so much that we came back after staying one night in Yosemite national park - after a long hike that hot tub was calling our names!! Excellent dinner out with live music.
convenient and quiet
Location and bus access Good Breakfast from 6 to 10am, perfect when you're going for a day trail!
Not a good WiFi connection in the room
Room, Location, Service, Staff-Courtesy and everything else.
Close enough to Yosemite NP. Spacious room, good wi-fi and breakfast choices.
We booked a certain room for cheaper price... But staff went out of her way to give us a bigger room since we were a big family at same rate. That was excellent on her part!
We noticed room was not really cleaned from one day to the next... A bit disappointing.
Location is good.
We were just pleasantly surprised upon arrival of just how pleasant this Motel was. We had a room with a large spa bath, gas fire King bed. Overhaul it was clean, no smells bed was comfy and staff very helpful. It was off season and in all the places we stayed for our 4 weeks away we believe this was a great room. Having stayed at a few upper class places at $250 plus per night The Miners Inn beat them hands down in our own way.Breakfast was included and it filled the spot ready for the day. Mariposa USA was a great little town, check out the Resturant its called 1850, just a short walk from Motel towards town Excellent food and value. We would stay again no problems.
Pillows, but in the 4 weeks we were away we had only one place were the pillows were any good. So its not just The Miners Inn that we didnt like the pillows it was most of the Motels/resorts we stayed at.
very nice motel. big room and nice location
if breakfast has more choice will be better
