Waiting time in lifts too long
Elevators are slow and very confusing
Extremely helpful staff, very clean. Couldn't be a better location
If I weren't a Silver Premiere Marriot Rewards member the WiFi would not have been free which I think is ridiculous. WiFi should be free. The hotel is showing its age a little
I loved the comfortable bed and the concierge level lounge with the fabulous breakfast.
Having to sprint three blocks to buy a hairbrush that I forgot to bring with me.
your staff goes extra mile to assist
The Hotel is of course fantastic!
I had to wait in a line just to get into the valet parking - that was a little stressful I sent my wife in to get us checked in And until I showed up they almost had her convinced the hotel was over boked - I told them there was no way after waiting in the line just to get parked to unload luggage and valet I would even consider having to pay for them to move us to another hotel - The room was then found for us and all was well - I really didn't need that -
Location is prefect.
Waiting for lifts.
You have everything you need there. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Often it took 10 min+ to get the elevators. Cover charge and preset menu for the View. Everything is TOO overpriced, even for NYC
Great location. In the middle of everything. Closed to subway. Big room and excellent bed. Very kind staff
Too expensive. Some items need renew. Wifi is VERY expensive and not included in the price
It was a comfortable room.
Waiting for the elevators, and when they came there were so many people trying to get on we had to wait for a different elevator. We were almost late for dinner reservations.
Rate for this great location was fine
Centrally located. Awesome fitness center.
Room was too warm. Could not cool it down.
Location, and the free WIFI on the 8th floor. The cafe was a plus as well. Staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean!
It was a bit confusing with the renovation going on. Food at Crossroads was very pricy. The room rate is quite high also.
The facilities, the reception; the hotel designer very rich!!!!
We had an issue with the first room we were assigned. Greg at the front desk helped us out and rectified the situation without question.
The bar closed pretty early.
Big rooms, plenty of space. Central location.
Very busy.....but to be expected in Times Square I guess. Always queues for the elevators.
Everything was fantastic! Fabulous view of Times Square! Clean room and spacious!
Loved that the hotel was so central and easy to get to everything (within walking distance) to theaters and restaurants and shopping.
Quiet room Location
Needs some renovations in lounge and dining area on level 8. Too open, not comfortable. Picking up my car , very costly and then you have to give them 45 minutes to get access to it. Too expensive!
Ten minute queue for lifts. Additional $60 per night in room tax, city tax DCC.JAV.....whatever this is....be careful, two rooms with a four night stay added up to almost an additional $500 more than stated on booking form. Also in this day and age wifi should not cost over $12 a day.........
they charged us twice, by booking and at the hotel.
Honesty..pipes froze day before so they moved us to Essex Hotel.
No view at Essex Hotel
The facilities in the hotel were very good and the restaurant served nice food.
Our room was not cleaned properly - a sock from a previous guest was left on the floor of the room. We called reception at 1pm for the sock to be removed immediately. We left 10 minutes later and returned at 5pm to find that the sock was still in the room.We called recpetion again who did not seem too bothered. A member of staff called to the room 10 minutes later. No apology was given. Not satisfactory at all.
