My 5 year old looking down at Times Square and having a milkshake on the rotating floor
Service was awful. Staff was highly uncourteous. Services not to the mark of either Marriott or Four star.
location was good. Rooms were good.
The price and no breakfast
The location and the people
For the price, to pay for wifi in this day and age is ridiculous
Pre-paid breakfast buffet was extensive but a little pricey; unless you brought a big appetite. Wait staff were wonderful as was the housekeeping staff. Excellent service.
no clean the room in three days
front of time square
1500$ for 3 nights..... Not worth it at all.
Toilets not very clean
Perfect location Staff friendly room spacious and comfortable
No refrigerator in the room
kept on getting noise complaints
Guests cannot open a window. The artificial air gave us a 2 weeks cold; We hated to have to stand in line, sometimes of 20 tables, for breakfast; they allowed 2 parents and 4 (!) under 5 years kids in a room next to us. Non stop screaming; the doormen outside are pure mafia. I have a much longer list but no room for that here.
The lifts were a little bit of a pain but wasn't a big deal. Also I think the outside of the property and some of the inside look a little dated now.
The hotel was pretty impressive. The fact we had a big room on the 44th floor facing Times Square took our breath away!
Concierge staff (one of them, rude, rude, rude!!!) WiFi - what a joke $16.95 per day!!!
Comfort, view, location.
our waiting time to get a table for breakfast was 20 min. Breakfast was too expensive 45 dol/adult incl. tax, Make sure you have confirmed the right amount of people when you are making a hotel reservation otherwise you will be charged. no fridge, no drinking water no wall mounted shaving mirror
Great location! Hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, very quick check-in/ckeck-out. We had a room on the 39 floor level with a beautiful view of Times Sq. for free!!! Very big safe - laptop safe. Clean room, breakfast choice is very good.
Everything was awesome
the elevator service was sub standard, long waits
Staff friendly and courteous
The hotel runs very efficiently and deals well with many many people. It's like a small city!
long wait to have a table for breakfast (30-45mins) no fridge in room no water in room staff couldn't really be bothered very impersonal
location & rooftop bar - fabulous views
Loved the hotel and location, room great size and very comfortable. V disappointed with the restaurant on the 49th floor. Food was v poor and very very expensive.
Dated bathroom and water pressure of shower.
Location and amenities and buffet breakfast options
Having to pay for wifi was something of a bother, considering my data is not unlimited, and the cost for wifi was $20, which I was not paying if I was only staying one night. Also, elevators take some getting used to, often times they were so crowded I was showed against the people next to me.
This hotel is extremely modern, with the biggest tourist attraction in the city right outside your window. The breakfast is excellent, definitely would paying extra for when you book your room. Rooms are not noisy, and beds are very clean and comfortable. Everyone there is nice and helpful and the group of people you come in contact with is very diverse.
