location is excellent.
no wifi signal, even 4G signal is weak.
Very close to universal shuttle, food and freeway so it was easy to find. Great prices and tidy.
Too much Noise......Under Construction!
I ask the front desk NOT to clean my room when I am not in the room! Totally Ignored my request several times!
The staff was friendly especially the lady. The man was also helpful with suggestions for places to eat near by. Room was recently renovated and very clean. Short walk to universal studios with plenty of restaurants around. We never needed to drive during our stay.Pictures didn't do this place justice It was exactly what we were looking for.
Close to Universal City and public transportation or the 101 Freeway if you're driving.
I'm not very picky at all, but this place is kind of a dump. Strong, weird smell in the room. Not very insulated, it was cold and loud outside a couple nights. The water wasn't working one night (toilet, faucet and shower). The TV had about 4 channels that weren't some random international Vietnamese/Thai news channels. Breakfast is sugar juice and cookies. I might recommend this place if you are on a tight budget and using it only to pass out at night and wake up and go. Even so, there's other options.
Our room remodel with brand new furniture.
A lot of noise, the sheets are spotted , burn marks on them. The towels are small .
Nearby Universal Studios
Dont be fooled with their "Free breakfast" , all they have is a fake concentrated orange juice and twinkies. Thats all. There was only two towels in the room and when i asked them for two more since i paid for 4 people they said they will send it up but never came. The next morning i went to the office and asked and they said they gave it. After letting them know nothing arrived, the guy gave two extra towel with a very un-happy reluctant face. They accommodated us in-between two rooms that were having renovation done. Chased us out by 11:15 even though on booking.com said check out can be between 11-1pm.
Their wad no breakfast as adverticed.coffee and cookies no a Continental breakfast.
There are major constructions renovations of the units being done, from early AM till 8-9 PM. I was going to stay in all day. No one informed me at time of booking. Or I wouldn't of booked there. It was to late to cancel. According to Booking.Com you weren't aware of the any Renovation being done at the Hotel Night Inn.
I stayed at the Nite Inn back in August and came back because is closed to Universal Studios. I noticed they remodel the suites and gave me a good price ! Everything was brand new and the rooms and bathrooms are modern and up to date.
Location to universal studios, 5 min walk shuttle available to entrance, & metro station 5 min walk too
The bed had a plastic liner and each time you moved you could hear the plastic, & small parking lot, but there was additional free parking across the street & nothing happened to our car seemed safe
They upgraded my room
Very shabby place. Not good for families at all.
customer service; wi-fi (do not works well in the room); they didn't read my reservation talking about my dog and made me change my room after realized it (saying that the 1st room was brand new and I couldn't stay there)- SO, I had to change the room - bringing all my luggages upstairs and NOBODY from the hotel helped me.
the location, its close to public transportation and dining restaurants. Also the room are clean and really quiet.
The beds and wifi
I like that I was able to get a good deal from booking.com
Hearing people talk from other rooms and no hair dryer that's the only thing missing from bathroomcom. Website needs more improvment like online reservation and pictures of the room
Room and bed size was great.
Ease of walking to Universal Studios!
Poor wifi and poor breakfast!
Staff is good. Location is the best to Universe studio.
Saw running roaches. No exhaust fan. Wifi not stable
It is near to universal studio
Construction in the room next door. WiFi did not work. Room was the size of a closet. Broken lights. Bed was lumpy and noisy. Furniture was water marked and nasty. Could not see tv clearly from bed.
I guess the owner is come from Mexican, I found the air-conditioner out the work after I checked in. I ask them change another room for me, they do agree with me, I don't understand it. I paid them money, but I don't get the good service, besides, the front desk's staff is not so friendly.
Close to the park
I didnt like the staff . There was a lot I didn't like but I'll name the main ones. 1st of all when I was checking in they had an old Mexican lady scrubbing the floors on her hands and knees with a rag and I can tell she was older. I'm not a racist but the Arabian people were really pushing and demanding and as a Latina I could just feel that she was treated poor and over worked. Then we got to our room and the called and switched us to another room to convinces another family after we already striped the bed. The lady had the nerve to ask us why we did that ? After we been in the room for 15 minutes already . The fridge was nasty and smelled bad and our water didn't work for almost 2 hours. Very low quality for that kind of price. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free . There was hair in the blankets, cable sucked . Worst of all was the service to be honest. They should be more polite accommodating to all there guest no matter out age or racial background. We all felt belittled as 2 young black couples well educated students in college. Myself I'm half black and Mexican my fiancé black the other two ladies my family were black, there was just a vibe like we were just trying to act out or something like we weren't good enough to stay in a Arabian ran motel. That's all if you want to be next to the park and don't mind being talked down at this is the place for you other than that stay away from the night inn
