When we left!!!!
We reserved a room online for 1 room 2 beds it was my sister and I I had the paper that said 2 beds got there said only has 1 bed unless I payed 40.00 xtra inside room floor was soiled vent fans full of dirt and a drug deal outside stay away from this place!!!!
I liked the location it was PERFECT!!! and the staff was great, friendly and very helpful. The room was tiny, but very clean so thats a plus. It was just the two us so how much room do we need. The bed was large and that was nice as well. We did have a little fridge so that was handy. The bathroom was spotless and everything was very clean. The room was nice, it was cool, as in temperature and the A/C unit worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again! It's so cheap and I felt safe and clean so YAY! Overall I WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again...it was cheap, nice, safe, clean and had free parking! Thanks for a great stay! :)
"breakfast" was donuts from the donut place nextdoor...not the greatest and watered down coffee....but really, the donuts were good, and the coffee was soemthing. I didn't expect muffins and yogurt, but I did expect a little more hahaha. but honestly, don't let this be the deciding factor....I would still stay there again and maybe just bring my own breakfast because we did have a fridge :) One more thing...the towels were TINY! lol then I asked for extra towels and surprisngly those ones were nice...I think we just lucked out on the first round....but all in all I can't rate this hotel badly because of these two minor things....its a cheap hotel I wasn't expecting luxury! I loved this tiny place...you should stay here!
Front desk lady was rude
The staff sent me to a room at 6pm that was not cleaned.
Bed it's self was good and pillows too. Location was good.
Comforter, appearance was old.
the service was poor, needed bath towels and I went to the front desk for some and the person there send me to the laundry station to get some.
It was clean
Very poor WiFi and bed way to hard it was like sleeping on a box spring.
TV was broken when we arrived, room smelled horrific, shower was dirty donuts old
Close to universal.
The room the hotel the parking. The stay was terrible and my kids got bed bug bite. True roach motel.
This hotel is not nearly as bad as a lot of the reviews say...Courteous staff, a great value, and GREAT location for Universal Studios !!! Would definitely stay here again...!!!
It mean't all the basic needs at a GREAT price and may I say again...Location, Location, Location...!!!
Close to Universal Studios
I was so dirty we wouldn't even use the shower... It was also very loud. Not worth the money
I could easily walk to Universal Studios. The Inn itself is old and outdated but a real value for what you get and the staff is kind and helpful!
It was close to the theme park
False suite rooms. Rooms way to small. People smoking next to the rooms. Ash trays next to the rooms. Should have a designated area for smoker's.
I like that I save more money instead of renting a vehicle or using taxi. I'm a visitor from a small island called Saipan and during my vacation to L.A. I stayed in Nite Inn it was a simple and nice room with a really good price. The best thing about it is I saved allot. it was a walking distance to universal studio and universal city walk, walking distance to the red line train that can take you to walk of fame, downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Macy, Ross. The purple line train can take you to Santa Monica and also can take you to the union amtrax train to Disneyland in 45 minutes and also amtrax to San Diego Sea world. I had visited this area just by using the near by train and the front desk cashier can tell you were is the location. I really had save allot by just using the train and not taxi or rent a car.
nothing that I don't like about this place
Being so close to universal studios.
Checking in took me 25 minutes. The front desk took a call and ignored me, no multi tasking or sense of urgency with a live paying customer.
Close to universal studios
Poor service. Very unprofessional staff. Very disorganized.
Disgusting. Roaches, very unclean. Completely ridiculous. Never again! I wanted to just walk out and leave if I didn't have a 4 hour drive ahead and needed a little rest.
Close to universal
Staff unwelcoming, scruffy smelly unclean rooms. Did not feel safe.
Location was really great for visiting Universal Studios, Mulholland drive, Griffith Observatory and Hollywood sign. Those were really close to the Nite Inn. The WiFi was really great speed.
The place looks shady initially but the rooms were comfortable and it wasn't noisy even though it was close to the road.
close to some restaurants/fast foods/mini mart. the AC is good for an old model. the bed is soft and comfy
tv is not working. the closet is not pleasing there are some hairs on the linens the room is ok.
The room was great, we booked a jacuzzi suit. It was clean and comfy.. Great location for universal studios, 5 min from tram to universal. There's a Fat burger, subway, pizza place and liquor store right on the corner. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again.
The room was great but has no table to sit and eat. They have double beds which I think they should take out one and add a table. Then it would be perfect. Aside from that I have no complaints.
Location was very good
Car park was too small, check in aera was very dirty, bed was old and noisey, booked breakfast but did not stay for it as area was too dirty and only had cold food
Walking distance to the park !
Room had an unusual odor, bed was so so with comfortability.
Receptionist didn't know how to deal with customers , didn't listen or look at you while she was talking or didn't even listen . when we tried to inquiry about payment she said wait and didn't even look at us, So unprofessional. Room was really smelly and bed was very uncomfortable, every single movement on the bed make a loud crack voice, couldn't sleep . Breakfast was on a very small table (less than a meter) beside the receptionist and include a very bad coffee in a big container ,no milk,no cream ..just whitener powder . some old bagels, we couldn't eat any or drink anything... We paid around 450 $ for 2 rooms 2 nights !!!!!!!! extremely expensive to this MOTEL!!!
