That it was close to city walk
That it's super small old hotel
The hotel has in really bad condition was so dirty
Its near to universal studio which is what we are expected.
dirty, poor, stinky, breakfast a joke, parking first come first serve,
The shower didn't work, toilet didn't work, tv didn't work and the sheet were dirty with holes in them room had an ordor. No parking had manger park behind me and was stuck in location very unpleasant.
Nothing really work I was very disappointed with the room it self. Parking is really bad and there free breakfast was hard donuts and juice was Tampico. Bring your own stuff if you choose to stay here and don't need to take a shower. Would not stay here again.
Location was the one of the few positives.
Room had dirty towels from whomever stayed before. The doorknob came off. Television reception was horrible. There was not enough hot water for one shower.
Front desk persons are like zombies. They never smile.
Walking distance to universal.
Could not get a room with twin bed on line so I book a room with one bed. I had two young kid so I figure they can share our bed. When I got to hotel, I told them that I had two kid, the clerk told me there is no way we would fit in one bed and he can not let us do that so I ask him if he had a room with 2 bed and they did but he would charge me double. I did not understand that. On line, two bed is $124 and now he wanted to charge me $186. Wow, did not have a choice, we had a long drive and the kids were tired, this is how the motel get you. For $186, I could of found a much much better hotel, but was too tire from the 5 hrs drive so I had to take the room. Was not worth it but like I said, no choice.
Hard to say something good. Within walking distance of universal.
Bed bugs, not clean, bath towels were actually hand towels, not enough parking so management stacked cars and we couldnt get out.
WIFI IS VERY FAST
carpet looks very old and the sink
short distance to universal studios and dining area
Pro: within walking distance to shuttle for Universal Studios and the bus/subway station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" consisted of donuts, coffee, and juice. Room was small, but it included AC that worked well, a TV, and a separate bathroom. Neighboring rooms were quiet. Free parking. Close to the freeway. Free Wifi worked decently.
Con: the tiny room was probably 10 ft by 10 ft. The box spring squeaked loudly with any movement on the bed. We booked the room expecting a queen bed, but it was a full bed. Nothing like snuggling up really close. :-) Ice machine is in the office/front desk, so if the office is closed, you have to get the attention of the staff to let you in. Breakfast is also in the small office. AC is located high up on the wall, so we had to stand on a chair to change the settings.
Cable, ac worked great, mini fridge, bathroom was spotless. Staff friendly. Great fast wifi Good deal for location!.
Only one parking per room allowed!. I had a guest and I didn't expect her to park her car in the street so we snuck her car in. The walls were thin, I felt bad for the Asian family next door, as me and my female guest were surely very loud ;). The bed was like a brick with sheets.
I am sorry to say that this place is a complete dump, please everyone avoid this place at all possible costs. The room we were forced to stay in smelled, had rotting timberwork, door handles that came off in your hand, loose electric wiring, lights that didn’t work and more things wrong than I could mention. Booked this place in a hurry on the internet, arrived after midnight having spent a lovely long day at Disney. I didn’t like the look of the place when I drove in and when I checked out the room it was from my worst nightmare. The kids were already asleep in the car, so I had no option at that time of night, I had to apologise to them before they even entered the room. We were supposed to stay two nights, but I booked another hotel for the next night before I tried to get to sleep (I was so frustrated), booked the Hilton for $40 more. “Breakfast included” the next morning was supermarket donuts, a plastic carton of “fruit drink” and coffee from the small area that was also the reception. We checked out first thing, they did give us a refund for the second night minus $25. One good thing was it forced us to find a place for breakfast, and luckly we stumbled on a great place called Aeirloon Bakery. Please everyone avoid the “Nite Inn” a all possible costs.
Arrived at 4 p.m after driving all day to be told that room was not ready and would take an hour to clean. Nowhere to wait except the car, so walked down the street to a cafe for an hour. Really not worth the wait.
It was close to Universal Studios.
It was a small pokey room with very dirty blanket, sheets that barely covered the mattress. They didn't come and make the bed one day. The man at the desk looked dirty and the breakfast was donuts, horrible coffee and cheap juice.
Nothing !! It was dirty , small & the water smelt line sewer !!! I didn't even want to take my daughter a shower !! It was the worst hotel I ever stayed !!!
The only thing I liked was how close it was to universal studios, but the location itself didn't look very safe.
I didn't like the poor customer service we received by the receptionist. He was rude and made our stay rather uncomfortable. Would not reccomend it.
The place seemed dirty, smelled like bug spray in the room. Staff was not friendly. Would never stay there again. Parking was horrible
It was a clean room. Maid did good cleaning and doing the best she could with the place.
It was run down, broken toilet paper holder, moldy window in bathroom. Light didnt work in mirror area. Tvs were old. Decor non existent. Desk staff was grumpy and unhelpful. Tiny little bath towels. Air conditioner in connecting room temp button gone. Was definitely not worth the money they charged. Breakfast was donuts and coffee in the small office. The sugar had black specks in it. We were not pleased at all.
Its near to universal studio which is what we are expected.
The bed is old, sheets is not that clean because we found stains, pillows are flat. Parking is too crowded especially when we check out, we cannot go out because there are cars which is not supposed to be parked in front of the way.
Breakfast are a bit poor.
Close to universal city could walk
Room smelled like musky and humid
Dirty room and not comfortable to stay considering the cost is so expensive.
