The staff was friendly.
The breakfast being outside when it's freezing out. You can't take a bath because the stopper wont go down yet the shower backs up so youre standing in water. It was too expensive for what you get.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing. Very close to everything and steps to shops and restaurants.
The room is like traveling back in time about 20-30 years ago. The bathroom sink handle is broken. The beds are clean but the windows curtain and floor, forget about it!
NOTHING WE DIDN'T STAY THERE
EVERYTHING, IT'S HORRIBLE, NOT SAFE
Good price. Good location: By I trolley stop and 10 mins walk from Universal
Maintenance was poor. 2 days to get a bath plug, 3 days to get the bedside light fixed. Room was shabby. Housekeeping mediocre. Wrong sized sheets on bed. Bar noisy some evenings
Close to times Square
Would not know because are internet reservation was not therefor us to stay at your motel
Didn't like not having a room William Bartlett
Room was a disgrace ,bathroom falling apart dirty bedding which no one came to change even though l was making complaints (l wasn't the only one) pool was dirty and overflowing and cold .would never even let my worst enemy to go an live in such filth.
I really like the room. enough space, pretty and clean. Location really nice, it was near the Universal studium - walk distance
The Wifi didnt work inside the room just in the hall and at the lob. The breakfast was really simple.
The towels wasn't really clean, the breakfast was terrible: cold coffee, just waffle to eat. Also, I sent a package to the hotel and when I went to pick it up, it was empty without what suppose to have inside.
When they showed us the room it was still as the previous people left ! At the reception they said it was not possible but we got another room. The room looked as on the webside but was totally run-down, the sofa was broken and on the floor were croaches and other insects crawling ... Nobody wanted to stay there and we paid with creditcard for one night and left. However they charged us for one night + 4 extra nights ! We have been e-mailing and telephoning but don't get any respons !
walking distance to eat and driving distance to universal
It was close to the attractions that we wanted to see and it was close to many nice restaurants
The room was not properly cleaned. Under the beds were popcorn, wrappers and dust balls from before we got our room
Location within 30 min reach by car to Disney World. Also Close to restaurants, outlet and Universal Studios.
This hotel has poor credit card security. Avoid using credit card here at any time. Breakfast is included but only consists of milk with cereal and coffee and apple juice. Poor cleaning, dust everywhere and toilet not properly cleaned.
Saw a roach on the ceiling... And the beds were hard.
International Drive is a good place... that is all.
When we tried to check in, we were informed that all the rooms were fully booked and there were no rooms left for us. Hence, they sent us over to Ramada Orlando Downtown, another "sister" property of Floridian Express. It was seriously preposterous because we've already made the reservation on booking.com during late September. Since we were a group of friends touring Orlando without a car and depended heavily on public transportation, this shift of venue strongly impacted our schedules and itinerary. One of the person in charge of Floridian Express assured us that there would be shuttles running between Floridian Express and Ramada Orlando Downtown based on the times he gave us, but most of the time the shuttle never came. We squandered too much of our time just to wait for the shuttle to fetch us from one hotel to the other. Conservatively speaking, we had to wait for at least half an hour every time we wanted to take the shuttle. Besides, the shuttle which would fetch the guests back from Disney World was never punctual. We waited from 8.30pm for the 9.00pm shuttle but it only arrived at 9.45pm. Everyone was pissed.
breakfast was horrible. only 2 waffle maker for the whole hotel.
They gave someone else keys to my room and they walked in on my wife and son. They over charged my card 347.53 and as yet have not refunded it.I will never stay there again.
The location.That is it.
The fact that when we showed up to check in they let us know that we were "Lucky" that we had gotten the last room. It seemed the following guests to check in wouldn't be so lucky since they were overbooked. There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling, and the beds were still dirty from previous occupants. It was fine for my group since we are in our twenties, but it would have been horrible for a family.
-Cab rides to universal only cost about $10. -you can walk to a lot of attractions on international drive and can take the trolley to SeaWorld for $2/person one way. -we had a memory foam mattress in our room and slept very well.
-the shuttle service left too late in the day and returned too early to be of use, so we ended up having to pay for cab rides. -breakfast was waffles and cereal. They ran out of cereal after the first day. -we found a dirty face cloth in our shower when we got there. -TV would randomly turn on. -fire alarm kept going off. -one of our two rooms smelled weird. -we opted out of housecleaning, but our travel partner said their room would have the garbage emptied, but the bed not made (etc.). They ended up running out of toilet paper because it was never replaced throughout the week.
A/c does not working good, shower lickin all the time
The Dairy Queen next to the hotel.
The candy woman in front desk try to help us a lot and works in order to relief the problems
we change the room twice because loock door fail, and toilet water continuosly running-noisy. The airconditioning too old, rusty and noisy. **Two days in breakfast there is no bread and the woman in charge was too angry when she talks to the people.
Unclean room, poor mattress, extremely slow WiFi, poor staff, stained carpets in the lobby - extremely rundown looks. In all, if you have booked the hotel and come with your family, be sure to get disapproving looks from your wife and kids (I got that and had to promptly checkout next day canceling my bookibg for next 4 days even though it meant paying a hefty hotel charge @ Doubletree)
