Friendliness Convenience Care
decent value , close to airport
Waited for about 45 minutes for the shuttle. It was old and dirty on the inside just like the hotel. The desk help were harried and abrupt. There is nothing new or updated with this hotel. It felt terrible. I wanted to leave for the airport on the 7:00 am shuttle and I got downstairs at 6:45. They were still loading up for the 6:30 shuttle. Thank God I got on that shuttle ortherwise Is would gave been late.
LOCATION TO AIRPORT
THE BREAKFAST WAS DISGUSTING NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED
An efficient free shuttle service that was on time and manned by courteous drivers.
Convenient location close to airport
Airport shuttle service took one hour before we got picked up.
I really like the fact that this hotel was a bargain for the price. But, as the saying goes "you get what you pay for".
One thing I didn't like about this hotel was that the bed was lumpy which made for a horrible night's sleep. Actually, I was so uncomfortable that it hard to sleep through the night.
I didn't like anything hotel has bedbugs on bed
Bedbugs on bed
bed and breakfast, Shuttle TO the airport was good ( female driver)
Shuttle didn't arrive until we called a second time Grim attitude staff
dirry carpets, musty smell, thin bed sheets that looked like they had been slept on and a type of horse blanket cover, not good enough for 2015
Locating in a safe premises, hotels nearby, bus stop 4 mins away, breakfast, wifi, clean room is all what I needed
There is nothing in terms of restaurants or things to see around the premises
Location, staff, good for short stop between flights
Beds hard, tiny pillows, no duvet/comforter. Bed need upgrading.
WiFi sucks & breakfast did not include eggs, sausage & fruit mentioned by others.
It's close to the airport. May be for people arriving late at night at the airport or for people who have to leave early in the morning to the airport .
Wifi not working in the room I think it was room #135 (the very last room on the first floor). Breakfast was poor. It was still 8am but no bread already and no one working there brought new ones until it was almost 9am. (breakfast is until 9). Unfriendly staff. Staffs at the time I checked in were okay (jan 29th). At night, we had problems with bathroom tub and the faucet. Asked the front dest staff for help, she said even though she comes to our room, she can't do anything so nothing will change. (So she won't come). We asked for room change if no one can help, she said there are no more rooms left but there actually were rooms left. I know this because I looked up right away when she said there are no rooms. And could find spaces for that night in this Inn, in front of her with the booking.com app. Everything she told me to do with the faucet was wrong. She just kept saying "push VERY HARD" some wrong spots in the bath tub, when it actually worked by simply pulling. No name on her clothes so I don't know the name but was working after 12am on the 29th till at least the next day morning on January 30th(we stayed 1night). If I ever visit Houston again, I am not coming back here. Won't recommend to anyone either.
Closer to the Airport.
Place was not clean. Limited service. No other facility available in the near by area.
The power didn't work for my phone charger so I looked behind the bed for another outlet and saw old boarding passes and dust and dirt an inch thick. Disgusting! There was no shampoo or conditioner only tiny cakes of soap.
after a month in a foreign country it was a welcome sight for us to know we were staying in a hotel that had comfortable beds, hot water, coffee pot, clock , t.v. no noise. we try to stay in red roof hotels when we travel out of the country and also in texas.
I am disappointed this hotel chain does not have red roof inns in south America.
The bed is old and uncomfortable
location: super close to the airport free airport shuttle cheap price good room standards
Great location near the airport and some shops and dining places at walking distance. The pillows were good. Staff was friendly.
My room was near the elevator and so near reception, the staff was very loud (though friendly) and I kept hearing them when trying to sleep (I didn't mind airport noise, to give you an idea). One of my towels had brown (makeup?) spots on it and another 2 hairs. My curtains were torn so all light came in. Also, they didn't have a band aid, aren't they supposed to carry a first-aid kit?
I paid for cheap, and I got cheap
There is a gap (1-2 inches, not exaggerating) under the room doors and any sound from a nearby room or someone in the hall might as well be right inside your room.
Close to airport, free shuttle.
Heat did not work and it was in the thirties outside. Light above sink didn't work.
Close to airport
Shuttle stops running at 12 mid night and had to take a cab there
The shuttle service didn´t really work. I almost missed the flight because of that!
Didn't call for wake-up
