Location, food, comfy bed
The hotel is nice and located in a great area.
The bed design is not very adequate but very comfortable.
Room, Wi-Fi option, cleanliness, the art work!
It was too cold - waiting for the internal warming system was traumatizing!
Location of hotel Food is good Room is functional Decoration and furniture is appealing.
But room is bit small, especially bathroom.
The quite in the room
A bit noisy at lobby
Shower was always hot which was great. Level 6 bathroom 3 was very spacious so that was great.
Finding a toothpick on my bed.
Great location, makes staying for a few days much more affordable
We asked for a double and automatically got a bunk bed room. Would have preferred the option of a double bed room with a bit more space...
Great location Good staff Very clean
The bed was to small . When I booked the room, I could not get a good description about the beds . So I did not get what I expected!
This place is great, personally, I love the location. The room is small but for a solo traveler it was just perfect. Staff is very friendly as well. The room was very clean and the shower is great!
Walls are a bit thin as many of the NY building walls, so I could hear noise from people walking by the room.
We really enjoyed our stay there location is perfect. It is a hery clean and comfy hotel. Besides is a very well decorated
Service... Come on guys in the front desk you could be nicer.
I found our stay here quite good, the only thin. That let the place down was one of the men who worked behind the front deal was quite rude and not very helpful at all.
Free Wi fi, pretty fast too. Ipod dock in room. Sink and mirror in room. Control room temp with radiator, opening windows. Bar joined onto building. Roof terrace. Friendly staff. Great location, a few blocks from Rockefeller center and short walk to subway station.
Having to walk down the hallway to use w/c and shower. Although the bed was comfortable, it was a little too short for me.
The walls are thin, and the rooms Are much smaller than they appear in the online photos.
Location Price Cleanliness Comfort Bar Location again because it was so good
Nothing, loved everything. For the price I felt the accommodation was superb.
Location. The Block at 2nd and east 51st has many dining and drinking options. Great front desk staff.
Maids are loud in the hallways in the mornings. Water pressure in the showers.
Location and room size
The room was freezing
Great location for what I was doing in the city. Just what I needed, nothing more. Perfect, since all I needed was a place to sleep between 2 busy days.
Lack of Coffee/tea machine Loud noises at night , sometimes twice an hour for about one Minute Kept me from falling asleep
Extremely clean and comfortable.
Location is the only thing good about this hotel as it's close to subway and bus stations.
The room I got is the smallest room I have ever stayed in in my life. Moreover there is no private batheoom in the room and thus you have to use a shared bathroom in every floor. The worst thing is that I found bed bugs in my bed and I regret that I didn't inform the front desk about these bed bugs because I discovered that I was bitten by these bed bugs when I left New York.
Room was clean, bright, comfortable. Maid service was efficient, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice to have a cafe in the lobby and it was very quiet. Appreciate the 2 free glasses of wine. Great location in the city.
