Good location - Room okay
Grounds needed attention - being used by long-term boarders and workers - No hot water ("part ordered")
I did like the staff that was working the Continental breakfast they tried to help everyone. I like that is was close to the mall.
I didn't like the fact that we had two rooms but we were on seperate sides of the hotel. I didn't like the fact that in one room the phone didn't work. Staff was some what friendly but very short
Staff was very polite.
I was supposed to have a refrigerator in my room. And the room smelled like mold.
Smell, noisy air con, wet in room, dirty
The room smelled and they use carpet freshener that is overpowering!! Not impressed but should have known due to the cost of the room.
people handing out in parking area & common ground breakfast was not ready at 6:00am as advertised
The only good thing was it was centrally located to food options and close to 295. The rooms were clean when we got there that night but the beds were small and there was only one double bed in the room. I will never stay here again and will be sure to make the situation known to anyone to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
My first problem was the 3:00 check in time but hey, each hotel has their thing. We arrived at 2:30 and were advised non of the rooms would "unlock" in the computer til 2:45. I went outside and came back then. I was third in line and was watching the staff tell the patrons in front of is that none of the rooms were available for check in and that they were all dirty. All they could do is pay to reserve their room but it would be another hour before check-in could occur. By now, the who lobby was full and the line was extended out the door. The poor girl in front of us was panicking so I stepped up to offer a solution to the clerk to just give her her keys that way she didn't have to come back after the concert she was there for (as well as most of us) because it would be well after midnight. At this point the desk clerk (Shena) started screaming at me that she could not do that and I needed to get out of her business, and full of attitude throwing the most unprofessional words at me. Please note. I did not get aggressive until she screamed at me in front of a whole lobby of people. When the Supervisor, a man whose id when he checked me out was "ggresh", came up and I explained to him what was happening she kept yelling at me through repeated attempts from me to end the conversation with her since I was now talking to a supervisor. No apology was offered from either of them nor a solution. We had to check in next and the lack of professionalism was so outrageous I left the lobby and let my wife finish checking in. To my surprise, they took my advice and issued keys and just advised when the rooms would be ready. The hotel had a gm on site but was not available because she was cleaning rooms. The hotel was full but the girl at the front kept answering the phone with a lobby full of people advising them of tonight rate. It was by far the most horrible experience I ever had at a hotel.
The location, close to the freeway
Very bad smell in room, the staff increased my rate overnight (even though the rate was confirmed the evening before), but after a lengthy discussion I was able to keep my original rate
Housekeeping was poor, no bath towels in the room. I returned at 10:30 p.m. Reported that I had no towels had to wait 30 minutes for the desk clerk to go to housekeeping to get towels.
The bed is comfortable and the room is clean.
I would like one pillow not to be so thick. Also, please ask the attendants to wait until the end of the breakfast time. I had 15 minutes before breakfast was over and they were already putting everything away. Not fair to the guests.
Everything was great for the price we paid. Great location. Very clean.
Got really annoyed with all the kids running and screaming on the landings. Maybe the hotel would benefit from building a playground.
Room was clean and breakfast was nice. Wifi worked well. The front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The night we checked in there was a young guy on the desk he was great.
Turning off the Juice Machine first while cleaning up the rest of the breakfast things. I little annoying when you not finished eating what you already have. Waiting until people are done to shut off the machine would be good.
Dirty carpet, running bugs No fridge (expected in 3* hotels) Coffee/sugar/creamer, but no coffee machine or kettle Much to expensive ($89 + 16% tax, everywhere else the tax is lower) for the quality and included service Inconvenient breakfast times (6am - 9am)
Definitely not the best stay I've ever had. They refused to give us any extra towels, even though there were only 2 in the room. There were not comforters on either of the beds in one of our rooms, and the refrigerator did not work. Reception on the TV was not good at all.
Always stay here. Very kind to me.
Very quiet. Good ratio quality/price.
Wifi was slow !
good brekfast, front check in staff was VG. breakfast staff needs a bit of a nudge to keep things moving
a lot of traffic noise.
Friendly staff at arrival. Price and location for a passthru.
At departure very unfriendly staff. She couldn't care less.
apart of the smell everything was nice.
room 107 smelled really bad. the door lock was stuck time from time, but that not a big deal. the smell was awful.
The staff in the main office was very friendly and helpful, as much as they could be, considering the circumstances.
In the room, the TV control was missing, and there was no replacement available. There was only one bath towel. Most annoying were the guests above us. Someone was jumping around a lot after 11 pm. We were awakened at 2 am and 3 am by loud voices, men and women, screaming in angry voices. People were running up and down the stairs. I phoned the main desk at 2 and 3 am. She had said earlier, around 8pm, that she was alone, so my husband went over to the office. With my later calls, she said that she would check things out around our area. Your company needs to get the place under control. The office staff were great. But, you need a security staff on patrol. I was really tempted to call the police, as we were quite scared. That was the greatest offence!
How I asked for a towel and I had to wait I had to take my dirty towels to the front desk then get one
Double booked in room...went to assigned room only to find it was already occupied !!! Staff appoligized then gave us new room..
Very clean and comfortable. We were on our way to a cruise out of Tampa and checked out the reviews. We were very pleased with the results.
The fact that I was on ground level & had a handicapped room.
The towels were not very good; they did not absorb water after a shower.
