It was comfortable, clean, convenient to everything, had a free breakfast, and the staff was extremely accommodating .

Great location. Helpful staff. Good price compared to other NY hotels, breakfast included. WiFi is good.

The room was a little bit cold, but the staff gave us extra blankets and electrical portable heater. There was noise coming from the street.

The room of breakfast wasn't so clean and tidy and there weren't eggs, bacon .....

The mattress was very comfortable. The room had a real closet. Breakfast was included. These things are getting harder to find in NYC at that price point.

I liked the location for the price, very convenient to the 6 subway line and Korea town. The breakfast was also better than I expected, nothing over the top, but more than just bread and fruit.

It is very well located for Manhattan. For a city trip is a great place to stay.

Breakfast. Not as expected from a 120 euro/night hotel. Room doors. They are slammed by a spring and you need a lot of power and determination to close them quiet. Ac is noisy. This cannot be fixed. They do not use split type in us.

Convenient location, friendly staff, nice views and firm mattress on our bed. Ps: Both Vezzo Thin Crust Pizza across the street and Trattoria Belvedere nextdoors are worth trying.

Dirty and drafty sash windows in our other-than-that cosy room and the inceredible amount of plastic cups, plates and cutlery used and thrown away in the breakfast room without any recycling... Feeling guilty about that even now...

The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was more than enough. The room was a good size and quiet but the best feature was by far the memory foam mattress! Had some great nights of sleep at this hotel. Also, the location is perfect, a few blocks from everything. Ideal location, I would happily stay here again.

The location of this hotel is great,two minutes walk either from 28th or 33d street Metro stations, on the 6th line which could get you practically anywhere but you could everywhere on foot if you like walking. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean, the staff was friendly , breakfast was sufficient enough to give you a good start for the day,it was a bonus for anybody who wanted to start their sightseeing really early. Safe neighbourhood, even at night time I wasn't afraid to walk back. Stayed in hotel April 2013.

On my arrival I discovered that the heating system in the room wasn't working(blowing the cold air all the time), so the receptionist sent somebody to fix it straight away,but I ended up not using it much because it was very, very noisy and I am a light sleeper. The noises from the street were audible even at night, (especially the strange sounds of ambulances that howled like a hound of the Baskervilles), even though I stayed on the 10th floor. But if you sleep soundly that shouldn't bother you:)

Very good position in the city. Near the subway station, but you can also reach several places by foot. Clean and nice, if you want they can change sheets and towels every day. Good breakfast. Free wifi on every floor (sometimes a bit slow but more than enough). Possibility to book a van or a taxi to the airport. Luggage storage.

They don't accept prepaid cards with no name on them. You must have a debit or credit card with your first and last name printed on it, so as we had a prepaid mastercard we had to use other cards (that we didn't want to use initally) or withdraw the money from the ATM.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, clean bathroom, nice view from window, very good value for money (105$ / night)

Poor breakfast - garbage bin full all the time; table tops not cleaned by personnel Internet not working at all - they asked us to call the provider ourselves

A very difficult system of charging. Finally the whole amount of $803 was charged, but also $675 were frosen on my account. And i will get it only in 30 working days. Increadible

Staff, room, breakfast. Its our 3rd or 4th time at this hotel. Always a pleasure.

I was never informed that this hotel room was smoking. I am pregnant-20 weeks and would have appreciated this info a head of time! I asked to switch rooms and they said no. I would have never booked this room if I knew it was a smoking floor. I couldn't breathe at night it was a horrible sleep/ the bed was also very very hard.

It was located near the area I wanted, not to far from visiting sites or Metro and fairly quiet for new york

The dishes of paper at the breakfast and to clean before I go how to be at the Mc Donald. The taxi booked by them that asked the toll despite not having used the highway

Very close to the Empire State Building, Times Square etc. Metro station two blocks away.

Front desk lady was a bit cold. Breakfast was served from single-use dishes - weird. Room was very small.

The room, the bed mattress- it was excellent and the location.

That they did not want to help me to store the luggage for two additional days although I also wanted to pay for that. That the room and surrounding was not clean enough, the room was not spacious, and the breakfast was poor.
