good hotel, pretty good location, just two blocks from 28th st subway station, close to empire state and all. clean and comfy bed. staff. reception mainly. they wouldn't barely talk to us and we were asking stuff. They would just answer: "yes" or "no" but again... That's NYC way. |

Nice and friendly staff. Hotel was located in a calm area and it was easy to get from there all over Manhattan by foot, by taxi or by subway. The room was modern and everything you need was included: internet access, breakfast, ihome and TV. No everything was good. |

The location was very good. 10-15 minutes' walk from the empire state. The room was fairly sized, and clean with good daily housekeeping. The staff were helpful and courteous. The heater did not work. I was with two other people who stayed in different rooms and theirs were the same. It got pretty cold. And when the weather changed it became too hot and stuffy, and the windows could not be opened. Noise from the street was bad and took some getting used to. It seems they need new double-glazed windows! Overall, I guess it was fair for New York and for the money. |

Convenient location on Midtown Manhattan, subway station and Newark Airport bus close by, good value for money compared to other NY accomodation. As always, "Continental Breakfast" is not very exciting. Especially not when served with platic utensils and styrofoam plates/cups. Window couldn't close completely, so there was some street noise. |

The location is really amazing!!!So near of every hot spot in Manhattan The staff(one person in particular)was a bit rude they'd messed up the names of the people who had done the reservation |

Everything was great - we appreciated the room, the view, the service, the included breakfast, the location, the staff. It was for sure the best choice we could have made in New York (quality and price wise). |

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the ipod docking station was a plus. The bathroom door had a glass panel that you could see right through...so anyone in the room could see you in the bathroom. Not good if you're staying with a friend |

the bed was very comfortable, and the room was impecable. I would definitely stay there again. It was walking distance to everything! the hotel was very warm, we had to use the air conditioner in the room. and we stayed in November. |

The room was small, yet enough for a person's stay and comfortable. The location was fantastic - just 10-15 mins walk to 5ht Ave, Macy's and Broadway and 20 mins walk to Grand Central Station The wireless internet access was not good in my room (last of corridor & corner of building) |

The staff were very pleasant, friendly and obliging. The location was great in centre of Manhattan. Price was good in comparison to other hotels in Manhattan. The breakfast was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our room had no mirror except for the mirror in the bathroom. |
