Location and comfort. Very nice staff.
No problems at all.
The bed and view were wonderful. Room was well decoratedand very clean. Interconnecting rooms and excellent view.
The staff could be more attentive.
The staff was extremely kind and helpful - it was one of the best check-in experience I ever had. The room and the bed was comfy and clean, plus the business center is very useful to print tickets. The hotel's location is perfect. Overall it is very good value for money. The hotel restaurant (Rustic kitchen) serves some awesome food.
Hotel exterior looks very old, and less prestigous. The wifi conection in the room was somewhat unstable - I was able to use it with my Android phone for most of the time at various speed, but it hardly worked with any of my iOS devices (although it worked well in the common areas: reception, restaurant, etc).
I was under the impression I had booked a suite.
Staff of the hotel were so friendly and helpful.
Stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel. It was comfortable and value for money!
Free Wifi was terrible.
Beautiful, comfortable, clean rooms.
The Emerald night club was overpriced and pretty lame DJ for a Saturday night.
perfect location for our events!
Lovely hotel, but unfortunately my impression is left tarnished after having come back from my holiday and reviewing my bank statement to find that I have been charged twice for my stay!
Was not given the room I had booked through booking.com, paid for a Premium king room with a xity view but received a king room, which is significantly cheaper - But I have ended up paying for the Premium, plus mistakenly charged twice! Currently awaiting feedback on this error. Very disappointed as my stay was fine but due to this error I would never book with Revere again or advise anyone else do so.
Comparable to Westin etc but with more charm and class. It really felt less like the mass produced Hilton etc.
Pool is small but they all are in this part of town.
Ease to get to good size rooms clean reasonable parking on sight
I liked the bed but husband found it a little too hard
Location and staff
Friendly, welcoming lobby and staff; simple decor in room. Convenient to theater, gardens, and highway.
Bathroom had limited lighting and counter space, closet was too short (portable unit). Noisy hallway--staff was chatting in hall late at night with no regard for sleeping guests.
Within walking distance of all main shops. Right in the middle of the Theatre District so you can get a show and walk back later.
Location Newly remodeled with a great rooms
Parking was $40.00 Not discount for public garage.
Amazing room with a fantastic view. Staff was very professional.
Lovely room, very comfy bed, great views of Boston. Staff were very helpful; quick and easy check in. Could walk anywhere we wanted to go within Boston. We were the only ones using the small gym and it was good for us.
Close to the park for jogging
We were very disappointed with the hotel as it felt we were staying in an apartment block. We were never once asked was everything okay even when we were checking out. Our suite was situated behind the lifts which we figured out on our second day as the noise was awful. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what we got
We used the concierge for restaurant recommendations, tour information and assistance renting a car. Fabulous recommendations, excellent service!
Great sized room
Our room was right beside the lift well and felt like a jumbo taking off all night! Asked to move but told no other rooms available. Most expensive room in 3 wk USA trip so disappointed
Matt at the front desk was excellent Parking was right there. Near the theater district
Contemporary Décor wasn't the best.....Just personal opinion
The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.
Central location within 5-10 minutes walk of subway green line, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and Boston Common. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and contemporary and the bed was extremely comfortable. The welcome with a glass of bubbly at check-in was lovely as was the arrival of chocolate and wine in our room the next day. Thanks and we will hopefully return when next in Boston.
Despite having arranged a late check out for 6pm on our final day and having received the significan charge on our final express check out bill, we were called by the hotel mid-afternoon as they were concerned we had not checked out at the usual time. This was due to a staff miscommunication but no apology was given for their mistake. Shame as up until then everything had been so good but this is the last thing we remember.
