The staff went above and beyond for us all weekend. We were treated like royalty the second we stepped into the revere.I cannot say enough about the service we received. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Ending each evening at the emerould lounge! We will definitely be back for another fun get away
Great location, super comfy bed, awesome view and complimentary overnight shoe service. Loved it!
Wifi connection on the 20th floor is poor.
Convenience to all downtown
Nothing was grest
Everything was wonderful but a special mention to the staff at the hotel. So helpful and accommodating!
Nice renovation design, Central Location is close to South Station, a block from Great seafood and fondue restaurants, Starbucks, Common, theater. Love having a balcony and skyline pool! My daughter loved being greeted w sparkling cider and staff was really (really) happy, engaging and helpful.
Room service food marginal. Next time walk a block :-)
Like the location of the hotel and the price point. The hotel restaurant and room service are excellent!
something was wrong with our mattress. My husband's side felt like it had a board in it.
The room was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful facility. Our room was spacious and the view from our balcony was very nice.
Found a dirty qtip on our bathroom floor and one of our water bottles was already open and someone had drank from it. A house keeper opened the door and came in shortly after we arrived but thankfully we were dressed and she was very polite and apologetic about it.
The beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful food in attached restuarant was excellent
Excellent location and friendly staff.
Breakfast service was great.
Wifi was slow.
Loved the robes And indoor pool
They said I would get a complimentary upgrade but did bit recieve it
I stayed during the snow storm of 8-10 February, when the city was practically shut down, but this did not deter the amazing staff from ensuring that the hotel ran as usual! A great troop of people at this hotel!
I visited with my boyfriend for a pre Valentine's Dayget together. The hotel was very accommodating with sending roses to my room and having them there before I got there. The room was fabulous the food at the rustic kitchen was amazing definitely worth coming back to.
The staff at the front desk, in my personal opinion, should be just a little bit more guest friendly. It seems like all they really wanted to do was get to business ands see what the guest needed which is good, but making a one-on-one experience and being able to read and know your guest is what hospitality is all about. Besides this everything was great except for the pool hours, my boyfriend is not get out of work til 815 and by the time I went to pick him up and returned it was 945 which didn't give us enough time to get ready and go to the pool and have a good time. I would hope they could extend at least maybe another hour if possible.
Staff treatment and warm welcoming
Internet signal was weak inside the room
Gorgeous and clean, great shower/tub, great location
Bed and pillows were too firm for my liking, charged much more than the rate we were quoted
friendly staff, comfy bed, very modern decor, very central location, great value.
Staff Cleanliness Location
Has a businessman class decor
Everything about the Revere was very good but a special mention is due for the staff! We stayed for 6 days and whenever we requested anything is was done immediately! A particular mention must be made for John, the Concierge, who was great and all of the bellboys. I would definitely stay at the Revere in the future.
...and I like coming back.
Weekend breakfast room was cold.
Loved the style of the hotel, a wonderful restaurant next door, walking distance to the theate,r champagne at check in! Very nice staff.
Unfortunately they gave us a room right next to the elevator - I really believe those room should not be given unless the hotel is completely sold out - which it was not! My husband refused to let me request a room change. We were only there one night for the theater.
The reception staff & concierge was polite & helpful.
Parking garage prices seem a bit steep. The morning housekeeping all mornings came in room at 8am to clean. On a holiday week (& New Years Day) where we were staying 3 nights this seemed very early and unnecessary. Wifi pswd changed daily w/no warning
The hotel lobby , hallways , and rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were a little firm, and the pillows were awesome. The staff was very hospitable and accommodating. We only stayed one night , but it was a pleasurable trip.
The only disappointment was the pool was out of commission for maintainence. The kids were really looking forward to swimming in January. Maybe I missed it , but it would have been nice if that bit of information was posted so we could have seen it during the booking process.
The view and food where good.
The maid walked in my room at 9am. Check out is at 11, I had just received room service 1/2 before. I couldnt believe she just walked in my room. Then she did it again at 10:45! I had to call the front desk to complain. I told her check out is at 11 and she (they) should know that I was still in my room, considering my car was valet parked 51$$$!! Extra dollars and they woukd havd to pull it around....my God! I expected better service considering we spent almost $500 dollars for one night and brought our own wine. Didn't touch a thing in that mini bar.
