The staff was amazing and it was nice to have a bar/nightclub in the hotel
The price was a bit high, but expected for that area.
Great central location for exploring Boston. Very helpful and efficient parking team on our arrival in our hire car
Great location Excellent staff
No mini bar or fridge Noisy, archaic air conditioning Uncomfortable beds- there was a remote to alter the bed but no instructions on how to use it.
Location, design, roomy rooms,great concierge
Terrible wifi could receive emails, but not send. Air on too powerful and noisy, had to turn it off and leave the door open to keep the temp just right.
Upscale Clean Nice bathroom amenities
Checkin time of 4 pm Room not available before This time.

I surprise my husband with a one day a getaway in this hotel and he enjoyed his birthday and it was peaceful and quiet. The view wasn't much from our room angle but was very relaxing
The view but not a big deal.
Location view from room attentive staff
Expensive compared to other similar locations
Loved the modern art & decor of the lobby, and the comfortable furnishings in the room. Matt at the front desk set the stage with the champagne greeting upon our arrival!
the staff is kind, proffesinal and offer to help if help is needed.
The location was excellent, everything was clean and tidy, the Rustic Kitchen was superb and brilliantly decorated.
Would have been nice to have had a refrigerator in the room. We don't like all the American taxes added on to the already expensive bill
Champagne on arrival Very friendly staff Very nice rooms and beds
Looks modern, but that's where the amenities stop.
For what we paid, the service was a joke. (1) We couldn't check in until well after 4:00 (notice that every day at 4:00 the lobby is full of customers waiting for their rooms, even though checkout was at noon); (2) The maid service was chronically late, and one day it didn't come (there was always some excuse); (3) We had a suite and all suites are located near the elevator banks so it's like there's a subway rumbling through your room every 10 seconds; (4) The wi-fi was just terrible; and (5) when the A/C is on, the room is an ice box; when it's off, the room is stuffy. Overall, I'm sure a Holiday Inn for half the price would have been far superior. This place is way overpriced for what you expect.
Very convenient for the common, shops and restaurants, all a short walk away. Comfortable and spacious room. Very helpful& friendly staff.
Lots of Street noise right through the Saturday night - shouting, car horns and sirens. We might just have been unlucky that night though.
I really found the staff friendly and helpful. We had a great view from our room. The location, near Boston Commons, was also great.
Sometimes, the elevators took a while to arrive, but that was minor.
The modern updated rooms/ and hotel in general; the views; the balcony; the staff; the location; Jill the concierge- amazing;
the door to our room rattled when our neighbors left - waking us at 6 AM; the crowded elevators at check out-rush time (though they ran super fast and efficiently).
Good location nice hotel clean room
We did not find the staff very friendly or accommodating We stayed at a New York hotel (just before Revere Hotel Boston), and we found them much more helpful. Customer service was noticeably better.
Generally a good although expensive hotel with a great restaurant.
WiFi was practically useless could not use my UK email at all. Room safe did not work even after 3 attempts to fix it by security staff. Their solution was to change rooms - very bad. Expensive hotel for this kind of rubbish.
Loved the way the lobby smelled! Overall the hotel was nice and clean.
NOT ENOUGH LIGHTING IN THE BEDROOM!! Two tiny little pinpoint lights was very frustrating. Concierge was incredibly snooty to my husband when asking where to go for dinner. However his suggestion for Maggianos was perfect
Location is good
Some of the front desk made me wait over 15mins whilst they had personal conversations with each other, rooms were very dated,
A little expensive
Minimalist hotel, with a great location. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant recommendations were outstanding and the restaurant next to the hotel was delicious!
Room was warm and even thought we were on an upper floor the outside noise/air system prohibited us from opening the window at night.
Comfortable, stylish, great toiletries (I never usually use them but packed my personal ones away during the stay) and great location. E-mailed beforehand as it was a special trip and the team left out a few surprises with a beautiful handwritten note. Amazing start to our stay. Thank you!
Beautiful feather bedding on arrival (annoyingly I'm allergic) but as soon as this was mentioned to the front desk they had it changed immediately and were very happy to do so.
Great restaurant. Helpful concierge. Let us have our room early.
The air conditioner was a bit noisey.
