Location and especially the staff.
A rodent was in my room
Wifi connection can be patchy and sometimes slow.
Very excellent and convenient location, within short walking distance to the T. Clean and comfortable rooms.
The wifi is really bad.
The location is very convenient, the room is clean, the staff are friendly.
Pillows on bed weren't that comfortable but i did have choice to change so my own fault.
Staff very polite and helpful, pool good, i had children aged 13yrs, 12yrs, 8yrs and 3yr old accommodated all ages. Good location right downtown.
I didn't like that two separate charges went out of my account I don't know what either of those were for. Neither of the charges match what I was quoted at time of booking. The girl at desk couldn't tell me what I was charged as it was booked by a third party. So next time I will book with hotel
I liked the huge luxuries room. Barroom was gorgeous
the beds are not comfortable and the walls are super thin. You can hear conversations in the room beside and above you.
the hotel is in a great location, staff is friendly and quick to help b
hotel doesn't sell breakfast package which i think is not convenient
Location is good
taxis non existent, couch/chair in suite more stylish than comfortable, internet kept quitting pick business or leisure as your your metier lobby dysfunctional
spacious, affordable mini suite
Modern, upscale and very clean
The heating systems was extremely loud and I had to turn it off. My toddler & I had to sleep with the heat off all evening. The TV channels were fussy and reception poor. The toilet did not flush well and never drained properly. I shared the information at checkout and they offered nothing to compensate for the issues or offer anything to bring me back again. This was my first stay and was rather disappointed with the outcome.
The room was clean, staff friendly & location good.
People at front desk and Conciege

Shower head could be better if flexible. It spread too wide.
Modern and unique style of everything. It is a nice idea to keep soup/shampoos etc. refillable. Shower and bus tab were very comfortable.
It is a walking distance to Shanghai Lounge. The food was excellent.
Good location, not far from china town, and the staff are helpful. The price is good too.
the hotel itself is very chic and modern. @ 1st i thought maybe not the best place for my 6-8 year old boys. The staff was very friendly and kind and soon as we pulled in. "Lucy or (Loose)" The manager at the FD was so sweet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Everything. From valet parking, to apples, to decor, price, room ammenities... Everything!
