Good rooms - large and comfortable. Liked the balcony.
Need a in-room directory - what is in the hotel? where to get breakfast?
The Staff, the room was uber clean and the decoration was very new
Location; fabulous bedroom with very comfy bed; extremely helpful staff; quiet
Quite expensive; pool/roof garden area disappointing
Location excellent. View. Close to Common, Garden, shopping and T. Wifi reasonable. Good bathroom.
No refrigerator or kettle in room. Limited support from staff. No info in rooms.
I booked a room at the 21th floor so I had an excellent view of Boston. I enjoyed the gym and rooftop swimming pool, facilities. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent quality.
The staff were very caring and helpful. The breakfast room was bright and airy and the food was good, the staff were very nice to us
Location...dined at Rustico..very good
Friendly staff, clean room, excellent location, free wifi, spacious suite
I liked everything. The only thing which could have been little better was the gym. They should put some more equipment to the gym to make more intense work-outs possible.
Roof deck was FANTASTIC!!
Great location & wonderful staff
Staff were nice. Proximity to Rustic Kitchen. Pool and roof deck are great.
Arrival and check in disorganized. Room not ready. Elevators very slow. Not what we expected from boutique hotel in that price range.
Rooms very good
Pool quite scruffy Soul-less location
Staff was just one kid behind front desk.
Great hotel, brilliant location and helpful staff.
Excellent hygiene and comfortable beds and great location
The AC sound was annoying
Our stay was memorable and enjoyable, staff very helpful. Location excellent and breakfast great.
Try to reserve a table for breakfast as there maybe a bit of a queque.
Great lobby decor. Concierge, Jill, was very helpful in helping us plan a day trip. She even gave us come recommendations from her own experience of the place we decided on. Amenities were good. Liked the variety in hair and body care.
Front desk didn't treat everyone the same, ie. saw others given champagne but none were offered to us. Beds were lumpy and sleep number controller didn't work. Toilet didn't flush well. Had to flush 2-3 times before everything was flushed. Wifi was very slow so had to wait a while for things to load up.
The location is in the Theatre District close to many of the Historical sites, the Freedom Trail and about a ten minute walk to Cheers. In fact the Hotel was one of the stops for the hop on hop off bus tours, so we got up, stood in front of our hotel and hopped on the bus. (Be careful you sign up for the right tour.) The staff was very friendly from the front desk, to the maids and Bell Men. We loved the crew of Bell Men outside who were the most accommodating and nicest group of guys ever. The service was about the best you could ask for and the comfort of the room was remarkable. I would recommend a stay at the Revere.
We paid 250.00 per night which was a bit too high.
Clean, great location Nice amenities.
Location of the king suites. The bed was right next to the elevator so you could here the elevator going up and down all night. The window was next to a loud street and sirens were going off all night. Bring ear plugs of you expect to get sleep.
We had a suite which was great for the additional space. Also the balcony gave good views across the city. The wifi was complimentary as well which was good to have.
Our room was quite close to the lifts so you could hear them at night at times.
Good location, helpful and kind staff, accessible to Old Town Trolley ride, very near Avis car rental, easy to get a taxi ride.
no wifi in room
everything; location- near everything, room was amazing, wifi fast, staff great help and friendly!
Location great, helpful staff Good gym , pretty sun deck, good music Good sized rooms Good service and food in Rustic Kitchen
Being asked if I thought I might like to drink when entering pool and sun deck area and given wristband - during the day
Location was great, beds comfy, staff was lovely, internet good, near cafés and shops.
Roof top bar was nice to look at but for the young, air con was very loud.
