Close to the park for jogging
We were very disappointed with the hotel as it felt we were staying in an apartment block. We were never once asked was everything okay even when we were checking out. Our suite was situated behind the lifts which we figured out on our second day as the noise was awful. Overall I would not recommend this hotel. Very overpriced for what we got
We used the concierge for restaurant recommendations, tour information and assistance renting a car. Fabulous recommendations, excellent service!
Great sized room
Our room was right beside the lift well and felt like a jumbo taking off all night! Asked to move but told no other rooms available. Most expensive room in 3 wk USA trip so disappointed
Matt at the front desk was excellent Parking was right there. Near the theater district
Contemporary Décor wasn't the best.....Just personal opinion
The staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.
Central location within 5-10 minutes walk of subway green line, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and Boston Common. Our room was spacious, well-equipped and contemporary and the bed was extremely comfortable. The welcome with a glass of bubbly at check-in was lovely as was the arrival of chocolate and wine in our room the next day. Thanks and we will hopefully return when next in Boston.
Despite having arranged a late check out for 6pm on our final day and having received the significan charge on our final express check out bill, we were called by the hotel mid-afternoon as they were concerned we had not checked out at the usual time. This was due to a staff miscommunication but no apology was given for their mistake. Shame as up until then everything had been so good but this is the last thing we remember.
My Suite was pretty basic but the bed was comfortable. Certainly not a luxurious boutique hotel as described
No Hot Tub ;)
Excellent location of the room, helpful staff and the room was very helpful
There was no air in the room because of the AC heating
Staff at reception is very professional and friendly both during the day and at night. Nice room
Great location, wonderful staff, stylish and comfortable room with a great view! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Boston!
Revere Hotel is the ultimate luxury. As a business traveler who travels weeks at time, my hotel room must be a place of sanctuary with all the comforts of home. Revere Hotel provided me with more than I needed and expected. The staff was excellent, the rooms were superb, and the location is in the heart of Boston. The amenities were top notch. I will be coming back to the Revere Hotel.
Loved the comfortable bed and luxe bedding. Location fabulous - close to everything and train to Foxborough walking distance.
Valet parking pretty much unavoidable, and a hefty $46 per night! Wi-fi in the room so slow, I didn't think it was connected...
Champagne on arrival! Just kidding, excellent and polite staff, nice room with all the amenities. Great location walking distance to theaters and good food great value for the money.
Staff was very attentive and accommodating. pillow menu was awesome. i had put a note about our trip being to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday in my reservation, and we had free sparkling wine and cupcakes waiting when we returned to the hotel the first evening! well done!
pool area was a little sketchy -- all painted black and dark. it really is a nightclub spot, rather than a family pool. the lobby is very stark and there was no where to sit and relax after picking up our bags before heading to airport. not very "warm" although rooms were warm and inviting.
The staff was amazing and it was nice to have a bar/nightclub in the hotel
The price was a bit high, but expected for that area.
Great central location for exploring Boston. Very helpful and efficient parking team on our arrival in our hire car
Approach to pool/rooftop dirty and unattractive
Great location Excellent staff
No mini bar or fridge Noisy, archaic air conditioning Uncomfortable beds- there was a remote to alter the bed but no instructions on how to use it.
Location, design, roomy rooms,great concierge
Terrible wifi could receive emails, but not send. Air on too powerful and noisy, had to turn it off and leave the door open to keep the temp just right.
Upscale Clean Nice bathroom amenities
Checkin time of 4 pm Room not available before This time.

I surprise my husband with a one day a getaway in this hotel and he enjoyed his birthday and it was peaceful and quiet. The view wasn't much from our room angle but was very relaxing
The view but not a big deal.
