Cleanliness of hotel, polite staff, helpful, good restaurant, breakfast priced fairly.
The staff couldn't do enough for you, made our stay a real joy
Quiet rooms. Comfortable. Clean. Very nice staff
Nice, fresh, new and light rooms. Liked the no-tipping policy. Wifi was good. Pool was excellent and sushi in resturant was unbelievable! P.S. Decent feather pillows and HUGE bed
Really disappointed there wasn't ANY complementary water. I like mint/fruit teas and these shouldn't be $4! Room service came twice with cutlery for one when we had clearly ordered for two!
The staff were friendly and helpful from the beginning. It was quiet and easy to work from my room. The wifi is essential and it worked. The bed was very comfortable! My dinner in the lobby was tasty with pleasant staff and setting.
There wasn't anything that gave me a negative feeling.
- Very comfortable - Lots of space - Great views - Walking distance from several classy bars/restaurants - Easy access to airport
- Shower a little weak
All in all, this is a very nice hotel that could become even better with some changes.
Thin walls. We could hear quite easily into the adjacent room when someone sneezed. :( Bathroom sink hot & cold water difficult to adjust without burning oneself The health club hours could be slightly extended on weekends
Friendly staff. Let us check in early. Room was clean and modern. All inclusive price-no tips.
Room with a harbor view. Great nightlife around hotel. Close to many different dining options. Bedding was comfortable. Staff were nice.
Hotel Parking costs another $35 / day. Hotel bar was small and uninspiring.
Location, room, facilities, Gym, pool, price/quality!
The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! My kids loved the pool and my husband and I loved the restaurants on site. The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! Seaport is the only place we will stay when we visit Boston!
Non chain brand hotel that blows away the chains
Loved the Location and the Hotel itself was very nice. I liked that it had a Starbucks. The room was comfortable. I rated the facilities Good because we didn't have time to use the gym, or the resturant.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable, and the linens a little more cleaner (I found hair in my towel that wasn't mine.)
Modern and clean. Thoughtful details provided.
Super close to the silver Line T stop to get to South Station, which gets you everywhere else: t line buses and trains. Very convenient. You can also get most eveywhere walking. Wonderful gym and pool!
service, parking below, view, room, bose wave radio,
zero breakfast, no continental, eggs at cafe downstairs $22 makes it necessary to go get in car and drive to breakfast, $100 for four at breakfast not acceptable.
The room was flawless
The parking was a little pricey. We were not expecting that charge.
The staff at Boston's Seaport hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. All services were exemplary and the hotel building was beautiful and well maintained. Of special note were the marvelous Christmas decorations which added a lovely, festive overtone. The overall experience was one of great comfort and a sense of ease.
Try as I might, I was unable to find any fault with the hotel.
Cost me $100 for 2 day parking there
$100 for 2days parking
There's nothing not to like about it, great new district, it can only get betterwhen it's done, it could beacome a foodie paradise.
Crazy high restaurant prices, but then again, high rent district, only time will tell
My 19 yr old grandson & I kicked off our visit to Boston with a stay here in a harbor view room. Facility is very nice, bed extremely comfortable, bath also nice. All very clean except for stains on sofa. Water view from floor 6 was enjoyable as was watching planes @ airport. Staff very friendly especially concierge who helped us plan some of our visit & got us a deal on Hop on/hop off trolley - highly recommend that & harbor boat tour, USS Constitution, Chart House & Picco restaurants. Very easy to get to airport and downtown.
I rated value & cleanliness at good only because this was so expensive and given that the sofa should have been as sparkling clean as everything else. If you want harbor view, make sure room is at least floor 6.
friendliness & competency of personal ease of access via car or Silverline view across the harbour comfort of the bed nice bathroom
parking is not cheap, but that's the same across the city
The view of the port is great and the bed is comfy. Excellent room service.
Too near to the opposite office building that my curtains have to be closed most of the time. Walls are too thin as you can hear your neighbours coming back and using the bathroom.
help and friendliness of all staff in ensuring we had a great stay
didn't think the restaurants offered value for money or good choice
rooms staff were efficient and friendly
