rooms staff were efficient and friendly
I liked the location, people, and how helpful they were.
I thought it was overpriced for what they had to offer.
Friendly helpful staff. Nice place to have a meeting
Price no discount for me a 100% disabled veteran
Car parking arrangements. Spacious room.
Excellent location for visiting downtown tourist attractions and shops. Enjoyed the indoor pool.
Hired car for visit to Salem / Lexington without SatNav - horrendous experience using Boston's tunnel system, though no fault of hotel who arranged car hire without problem.
The staff, especially Betty, the concierge, who went out of her way to provide assistance.
The activities on the plaza/mezzanine levels of the hotel and the hallway outside my room were loud enough to wake me up and keep me awake for a while on the night of the election returns.
A fantastic hotel with friendly staff. We arrived in the middle of Halloween night, and the hotel was buzzing with people leaving for Halloween on the Harbour, and staff were very apologetic about how busy and noisy it was in the bar and restaurant, but we really enjoyed seeing all the Halloween costumes. Had a great meal in the restaurant TAMO and breakfast the next morning was excellent too. Room was fantastic, very comfortable and luxurious.
Great location, just 2 stops from the city. Staff were fantastic and hotel had a luxurious feel! Best hotel of our entire trip!
I can't say anything negative about this hotel. Everything was very perfect for us! We loved the room. the staff was super friendly! the location of the hotel is like 20min walk to downtown. Next time Boston I will definitely be back at seaport !
Location, proximity of nearby restaurants, convenience of the train station, friendly staff
Having to pay a "convention center tax" is unreasonable. I didn't stay to attend any convention. I wish I knew about that tax. Tamo restaurant is overpriced with horrible food. The fried chicken waffle was horrible and the club sandwich was dry and bland. Very disappointing.
Hotel is perfectly located, with a great view. The Staff was very friendly and supplied many tips.
Lovely hotel with good staff.
A little out of the way. Food and drinks very expensive for a family. A hotel aimed more toward business than a family leisure break.
Close to ship if cruising. Free shuttle to go downtown and only takes 5 mins .
My sister and I had 4 nights stay the room was spacious, clean and comfortable the room service lady was wonderful we slept in one morning and she didn't get impatient to clean our room. The breakfast in restaurant 10/10 this kept us going all day the little cafe is also great if you want to eat and run. The location was close to the edge of town we found the silver link easy to travel and just across the road from the Seaport. We also walked to town and saw a lot of Boston. I'd stay again.
No airport shuttle but you can take the silver line from the airport to train/bus.
Amazing staff No tipping policy Well appointed rooms Quiet Easy access to city and airport
Service was fast and freindly. Great location to the booze cruise I was on that night. Room was amazing!
The room was superb and standard of decor throughout the hotel excellent. We were very impressed with the food and ended up eating in the hotel two nights out of four, plus breakfast everyday. The location meant we could walk to the locations we wanted to visit, the facilities were exactky what we needed and comfortable and the staff are a credit to you. Especially Mario!
Room was great, good wifi , facilities hood, but a bit stuck in the middle of nowhere, 7-11 to the rescue as not many places to get stuff
Location bit far out of town
Wonderful beds, fluffy towels, clean and well decorated, great views, friendly service. lovely facilities in the pool and gym area, free shuttle bus
up and coming area so as yet not at its most attractive. couldn't find anywhere to eat as it was mainly bars and our daughter is only 19
#excellent location #friendly staff - particularly the guard at the plaza level #free wi-fi, totally hassle-free #peaceful atmosphere #wake-up calls
the extra tax on the amount mentioned by booking.com
Location is good for those willing to stay around the harbor area
The staff is not really prepared to receive foreigners the stay was too expensive for the value when compared to other hotels in town
