No bad experiences from me!
The check in and out process was extremely easy. The rooms were beautiful and comfy. The staff was friendly and professional. I stayed here for 3 days/2 nights and couldn't have made a better hotel selection.
View form the window, everything is new
this hotel is without doubt one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few, I have no problem recommending here.
Updated and extremely clean.
4 of us stayed in the room. Reception had the names of all occupants. My mothers room key would not work one evening so she went to reception looking for a replacement. She showed them her ID and they would not replace the room key because she did not book the room. My mother had to call me and I had to travel back downtown to hotel and ask for a replacement for her. It was an inconvenience and they made us feel like we had done something wrong.
Hotel really clean and in a good location. For the most part staff were very nice. The area is excellent and great transport next to the hotel to get into town.
The food in the restaurant was not nice and glass of wine was expensive! Swimming pool very small.
Very comfortable stay, well situated, very friendly staff and very helpful. Little cafe was nice.
Danny and Betty in concierge were excellent and our housekeeper from Bosnia ( sorry can't remember her name ) was very pleasant and the little gesture for my sisters 70 birthday was very much appreciated hope to stay again when visiting Boston Cathy
smiley face! everything was great.
Beautiful room, pleasant and professional staff.
Overpriced (450$ + tax per night) for a king bed. At that price, I would expect a larger room, a grand hotel atmosphere with a large lobby and more facilities.
Location close to Metro and Restaurants on waterfront.
Loved our room was so spacious and comfortable
I thought the price did in no way correlate with the experience. I found the additional $75 per night in fees and whatever else is a ripoff !!! This is compared to $25 for similar hotels. The parking rates at $36 ($45 if you valet ) per night were also not helpful. There were very few people around that weekend .. And you would have expected a somewhat discounted rate. The seaport location is great but does in no way warrant those inflated prices. The service and staff were non chalant and did not meet expectations
The location is great, convenient
Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, nice remodel.
additional fees that were not advertised and were high(e.g. pet fee was US$100), too many children
We arrived back after a day sightseeing to find our room door had been left open by the house keeping staff. Luckily nothing was missing but it did make me question the safety of the hotel. We had arrived straight from the subway entrance to our room without passing any staff or using our keycard to find our door ajar. We informed reception and they sent somebody up to "inspect" the lock but I didn't feel satisfied that they appreciated the severity of their error.
The hotel was nice and the room was clean.
Not easy to get into the old area of Boston especially ay night, really needed a car or get a taxi.
Lovely public areas. Modern rooms. Good position in Seaport which is a new area bring built in Boston with some very good restaurants.
Had to go home
view of the harbor
Location: easy and quick reach from the airport, good transport connation to the city centre Hotel: nice, helpful and polite staff, wonderful rooms and amenities, good service level, complimentary business centre, well working wi-fi (the best I have ever had in a hotel) Rooms: large, beautiful, well equipped rooms, and bathrooms, comfortable beds, All in all: real gem for your money, I suggest to everyone.
parking too expensive
Excellent service and breakfast! Just one sentence: perfect hotel, better than the majority of chains
valet parking is $45/day, but there is a public parking 1 block away only $30/ day.
We had a wonderful stay there for two nights. They upgraded the room and moved us from 8th floor to 14th, which has a fantastic view of the harbor. service is also extraordinary.
Expensive breakfast (but plenty of other options nearby) Pool is not so great for kids
Location - access to airport, convention centre & city Service
They charge for everything! Parking for one night was $38. No breakfast included and its incredibly expensive. The drinks are outrageous. Their lunch and dinner food items tasted like cardboard and cost us so much. They include a hefty tip in everything already.
Nice location and the room was very modern and clean.
Too expensive compared to equivalent hotels. Webpage photos look better than reality
Staff friendly, free Wi-Fi, service included hotel (no need to tip)
Quiet and elegant
Great stay I'd go again.
Overcharged for parking. Ceiling in shower had paint peeling. Soup was so spicy, there was no indication on menu. Wifi tends to be weak.
The bed was super comfy!
