We've upgraded to a bigger room that was perfect. The location is great.
I hated that they charge for WiFi
Loved the balcony with its great view of the city. Room was very comfortable Staff very friendly
Neighbourhood up and coming stores
Wi-Fi @ $15 per day? That's taking advantage. Maybe it's in common with all North American hotels but with just about everybody relying on the web for all manner of things then that is steep! I rarely pay in Europe and when I do it's never that much. It cannot possibly cost more than a dollar per room per night and that's with a profit for the hotel. It forces you to go to Starbucks to get online!
Front desk staff and doormen were extremely helpful and friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Good size room for NYC especially with a balcony view of the Empire State, Chrysler and #1 WTC. Proximity of hotel to Little Italy, Chinatown, Subway station just across the street. Oh and a great couple of music bars next door. Would I stay here again? You bet!
The sound of running water was incessant from our bathroom. We heard it all night :(. -The size difference between the deluxe king and King Studio is practically unnoticeable. The square footage difference can only be found in the bathroom area. Otherwise they are identical in style and size. - We were told to wait up to 30 minutes for our car to arrive from valet. The valet told us 15-25 minutes. So we figured somewhere in between. It took almost an HOUR. Luckily we didn't have a flight we needed to catch lol.
The decor was beautiful! Comfy bed. Slept like a dream. Very kind and accommodating staff! Free upgrade! Complimentary chocolates!
Didn't like getting ripped off for use of WIFI.
I loved the location and staff were great.
No matter which room you get the elevator dings all night long due to the proximity of the rooms to the elevator shaft. Also not great value for money compared to other NYC places I have stayed.
Great location for cool bars. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.
The only bad thing was that we had to pay for the room Internet, although it ended up as a good thing as it was good to have a break from using it.
The stuff was amazing, so helpful and always smiling! There is a subway station 1 minute away across the road which was perfect for our in city travel. In addition plenty of great places to eat around the hotel. The hotel was clean, very comfortable beds, we had a great time. Definitely would be coming back to stay at Sixty LES! Thank you guys :)
No free wifi
Friendly staff Didn't charge us for wifi
Free wifi in room would have been great, 15$/night is too much. The hotel´s restaurant was a bit over priced too.
Location is very interesting, not the biggest tourist crowds there. Metro is just across the street, Wholefood nearby and many nice restaurants and bars close. You could walk to Soho and many other areas. This is a place to see the real New York and we liked it a lot.
The bed was uncomfortable and pretty much on the floor. The room was too small for the price paid. The staff doesn't inform you about your check out time or the amennities in the room.
The best part of the hotel was the shower and the windows.
very stylish nice architectural
8 dollars for a bottle of water ? no tea and coffee in the room no wifi breakfast was poor, just bread.
Should have free wifi in room
Excellent location in East village, near great bars and restaraunts.
Pay $15 for wifi in rooms. Advertises free wifi, but that is only in public areas.
The room was nicer for the price than other hotels I have stayed in very near by. Room was by pool. In summer I don't think I would have liked that. In winter the French door was drafty...as in blowing the curtains drafty.
Location great hole in wall restaurants Staff were terrific Super fab room with unobstructed view
A morning coffee station or complimentary coffee would've been nice. Instead, I went to the bar and ordered 2 black coffees, which cost $8, which was disappointing.
Staff, location and neighborhood great!!!
Minor things in the room that could be improved: leaking shower, small towels, amenities not replenished / changed
Perfect location, spacious rooms and stunning view from the King Deluxe Room (corner room 1500) Great local tips from the bellboys made our stay truly unforgettable. Special thanks to Raul.
Valet parking was quit poor but I guess alright. I'm a very picky guy when it comes to my car and I guess I was just the wrong guy for the valet parking.
Everything about what a hotel supposed to be like with service and attitude!
Whole place is a bit gloomy, lighting of room annoying, whole place feels too dark and nightclubbish. Eat breakfast at Katz's or R&D rather than hotel's BRS.
Location is superb for exploring the coolest spots of Manhattan. Hotel is classy and straightforward, large windows, spacious rooms for NYC. Good WiFi.
I had to pay $15 for my wifi per day and it adds up when ur staying over a week- not efficient why of using my money- that's the only thing that would make me consider booking another hotels over sixty les for my next hotel booking in NYC. The bed isn't comfortable in comparison to other hotels.
Location is great, walking distance from soho, and subway (f train). The staff was friendly and the door people were extremely helpful and efficient and also had a smile on there face when they greet you, which is nice. The bedroom is nice and modern. The bathtub was nice and big-definitely used it. And I got complimentry chocolates near the end of the trip which was yummy. Extra touches like that are fantastic. Love their bath products cause I have sensitive skin.
