Everything about what a hotel supposed to be like with service and attitude!
Valet parking was quit poor but I guess alright. I'm a very picky guy when it comes to my car and I guess I was just the wrong guy for the valet parking.
Location is superb for exploring the coolest spots of Manhattan. Hotel is classy and straightforward, large windows, spacious rooms for NYC. Good WiFi.
Whole place is a bit gloomy, lighting of room annoying, whole place feels too dark and nightclubbish. Eat breakfast at Katz's or R&D rather than hotel's BRS.
Large room by NYC standards with floor to ceiling glass.
Friendly and very helpful staff, great atmosphere, nice big bedroom, new furniture and bathroom, very clean. I would recommend it and I will definitely book there again
The room was larger than the average Manhattan hotel room. Hotel restaurant is Blue Ribbon sushi. Can't beat the location if you're not going to midtown/Broadway/Times Square. I live here and we went as a weekend in-town vacation from our kids.
Rooms aren't very sound proof from hallway sounds. Talking from hallway can be heard, but guests are not noisy so it's not much of a problem. However, not sure if noise from our room could be heard in the hall. ;) Had to order room service for ice.
Nice room Right by the subway station
Cold air coming from the windows, so we had to put the heat really warm!
We loved the shower. the exercise and sauna area were nice. Good location. Friendly staff.
Room was tight for the price. Ridiculous lighting and switches, that were trendy but not useful. Flood light for bedtime reading? One control switch for both sides?? Japanese restaurant attached had very good food, but was very noisy with techno beat and people trying to shout over the "vibe." $15/24 hr wifi charge is steep considering the price of the room.
Waiting for room to be cleaned before i can check in. Room keys stopped working at 12 even tho i requested a late check out because of almost 3 hours delay of my check in.
The rooms are beautiful and comfty, you get what you pay for. My room had an amazing view. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in the perfect location, wasn't to far from all the places I traveled. I hated that I had to pay for wifi but other than that, loved my stay.
Paying for wifi.
the staff are always what make a hotel and they are lovely.
Why are the bedroom light switches so fussy. Do lighting designers actually stay in hotel rooms?
Location was perfect and very close to great bars, restaurants and only 10 min walk to Broadway
Beds are comfy, Ren products lovely, staff friendly
Paid wi-fi just shouldn't be a thing, it's not on in 2015. Housekeeping was a bit lax
Amazing views, great location, fantastic staff, great value for money. Ask for a high room with a view.
Shouldn't gave to pay for wifi!
The doorman is excellent and great service whenever I stay.
The staff were all very friendly. We stayed 6 nights so got to know a few quite well by the end. Justin a young man who had only been there a couple of months was particularly friendly and helpful. A huge asset having some great staff. Had a corner room on the 14th floor and the views were spectacular.
The included continental breakfast was very average. After eating in the first day decided to go to to other local cafes for the balance of our stay. The rooms are very nicely appointed however more style over substance. We had to move the rug as the floor was so slippery and the bathroom tap was falling away from the wall. No big deal and would still highly recommend this place
Great location for exploring the city and some good bars and eateries around.
We loved the staff. Everyone was super nice. The mini bar is well stocked and the location is amazing.
The valet was very expensive. The sheets on the bed were not the best.
Liked everything about the hotel. The staff, the room, the location, the hotel itself and especially the view!
every thing from the welcoming staff to greet you as you arrived to leavibng the hotel, a great stay.
Our first time in NYC did not disappoint. Bed most compfortable bed ever! Great rooms. Staff lovely. Great location. Must try to pastrami on rye at Katz around the corner. Great Mexican bar around the corner and hair of dog pub is fun, loud and cheap bar deals. Other fun bars, not really as trendy as we thought / had heard but that's not a bad thing. More young, fun and cheesy. We walked around everywhere from hotel during the day. Took a while but great to walk around NYC. Didn't want to leave.
Is quite expensive hotel. Would of expected cooked breakfast and wifi to be included in price. We can just about overlook this because rooms, staff and location is great.
The hotel has a nice structure. The rooms are very neat, clean and their modern vibe gave a sense of class. I loved the sushi bar upstairs. Everything about this hotel lived up to my expectation.
The only thing I hoped for was a bathtub since I booked a king deluxe.
Location Customer Service Comfort
Mind-blowing view, stylish decor, great location & as always SIXTY staff were attentive, knowledgeable & very friendly.
WiFi was $15 per day, which we didn't bother with as we had roaming anyway.
