It was the best hotel I've ever had in the US for its price. Very clean, new building, well designed spacious room. Very clean and neat. Online check-in was unusual, but it was quite easy. If you need help, there is always someone at reception. When I noticed my TV remote didn't work, I went to the reception and they helped me. The girl at the reception went away for a couple of minutes, I thought nobody was around and called their support. Support was fast and it seemed they could also help, but the reception girl came back and replaced batteries in my TV. So, if you have any questions, it seems their support can really help.
