The condo itself is outfitted with central air-conditioning, perfect for making plans. Cook up tasty beach snacks in the full kitchen while the beach towels go around in the private washer/dryer. ​You can enjoy access to a shared pool and fitness room during their stay, so fun is always close by. THINGS TO KNOW After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is 50 dollars.00 per vehicle registration. While Vacasa provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation. No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of 250 dollars.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 4 above the parking garage.
