The value for the spacious room and cleanliness is great!
They only had muffins for breakfast.
My stay was good I like the staff
The only thing that I didn't like was the tub wasnt clean when i went to take a shower
For the price my stay was comfortable not too far from Atlantic city overall I would overall I would stay there again
It ain't too much said I didn't like overall I had a good stay and I will stay again
Distance from Atlanta city boardwalk, says 10min on bookings.com, it was more like a 30min drive from the motel, that was false advertisement!! Not pleased at all!!
the gentleman on second shift (I did not get his name) was very kind, very polite and attentive to my needs as he let me check in a half hour early. Being sick, working third shift and driving over two hours plus being pregnant on top of it, checking in that half hour early made a huge difference.
I did not like that fact that I called and asked if i could check in at noon due to leaving from work that morning and traveling over 2 hours, i was told yes on the phone and when i got there they would not let me check in until 3.
The location, and the price
the maid we never got to see her, the room never got cleaned, and the worst part was BEDBUGS--We left a day early !!
Price and proximity to Atlantic city. If proper upkeep/maintenance to rooms this would be a fantastic value. We needed a shower and a place to sleep and it was useful for that. Front desk was friendly and both check in and out were quick.
Condition and cleanliness . No breakfast. Phone charge when no phone was used. You get what you pay for but I was surprised by the 3 star rating as this should be a 1 or 2 tops.
Once arriving the manager was very welcoming, apologetic and polite. Location good in regards to Atlantic City and sights visited.
I did not like the previsit interaction with the manager. I felt he was rude and unprofessional when speaking in the phone. I received a lower advertised price via internet advertising. This lower price was constantly questioned and not honored. For this reason I felt dishonored, as if I was lying. The towels and wash cloths were dingy and some torn. I felt uncomfortable using them. We visited Atlantic City on one day and returned to an uncleaned room.
Cleanliness and Location
They should improve on their breakfast.
was never even there...
Tried to cancel reservation and thought I did! Somehow it wasn't and I was charged for a "no show" !! Without even contacting me!
The smell of the room
Location was fine.
Staff was extremely unfriendly. They knew we had 4 people in the room and they never supplied enough towels. Only about 2. Tv was broken. Some lights didn't work. Holes in the walls. Just horrible.
Close to atlantic city
They need yo invest in new pillows the pillows werflat ad pancakes
The price was decent compared to other hotels and was a cheap stay for one night until the rest of the group came down and met us. We then stayed in one of the casinos for the rest of our trip.
When I booked I was told I could pay with cash. Which was perfect because the group of friends I went with were splitting the cost equally. However, when we arrived the front desk person said that they charged my credit card earlier that morning. Which was no big deal, but the guy had a major attitude problem with me because I asked why I was given the choice if they charge my card. Also, the room was so hot we could barely stand to be there when we first arrived because they had the air conditioning turned off. And we had to plug all the lights in. The sink leakevandbthere was mold growing on the bathroom walls. There were stains all over the chairs.
The maid was nice. They can't clean, but they were nice.
This place is filthy with a capital F. Towels were either stained or just not clean, sink didn't drain, walls had stains and dirt on them, my feet stuck to the carpet and the mattresses and bedding were very old. We were on lower level and were missing slats for our blinds. We had to ask if they had any extras so people couldn't see in and he handed us 6 more like it was an every day occurrence (all at 1:30 am). The continental breakfast was a coffee pot and some little muffins. The breakfast area had ants crawling on it. The staff member at the front desk was very unfriendly. There are plenty of hotel/motels in this area. Keep searching!!!
The room had a smoke odor and was worn looking
Location is good, that's about it.
Dirty and stained sheets, walls need paint job, musty smell in room, bathtub did not look clean, towels feel like sandpaper.
Was a pleasure to stay on Superlodge Motel. Everything was closed to the motel. My friend and I have a wonderful time.!!
What was not to like, It was a great place. I didn't want to leave, will stay again
they needed more stairs, more pillows
That it was a 15 minute ride from boardwalk.
Wish would of read other review or would of avoided place, instead want by it's 6.3 rating as pleasant. Once got there realized how it terrible it was and could not get refunded. Needless to say, our truck became our hotel, where we slept for two nights. Only used room to shower after buying cleaning supplies to throughly disinfect it. Because of this our trip was cut short and left a day early. Basically paid $650 to take a shower. I feel that this place should'nt even be listed on booking.com and based on their rating is only reason that I made choice to stay there. Once you actually read all bad reviews don't see how they received a 6.3 rating. Feel like the wool was pulled over my eyes and will do more reseach on future trips
We had a place to sleep
The place we had to sleep was worst than sleeping in the car. Breakfast was the worst. The room smelled. The AC was off when we came in. There aren't enough outlet.
Tissue box was empty. Bathroom was not in good condition. There was left over food in microwave. Towels are poor quality. It was too expensive ($ 170/night).
I got a room at short notice.
I reserved the room using my debit card and wanted to pay cash when I got there. I was travelling from Georgia to nj and after being stuck in traffic for several hours I just wanted to rest. I called the hotel to inform then that I was still coming. I was just delayed due to traffic. The front desk agent (Ali) told me that was not his problem and he would be forced to cancel my reservation if I did not let him run my debit card over the phone. At first he acted like I didn't have a reservation. Then he retired to charge me $50 more than what the room actually booked for. It was nit a pleasant experience after long day of driving. I was really annoyed. I just complied because I just wanted to rest. I did not have the energy to just go somewhere else.
close to AC
room was hot and smelled. had to go buy cleaning stuff while air conditioning cooled room down (after 80/26C) day. Transit train got usual as a 37 min interlude. no coffee or breakfast my 2 mornings...avoid
