Our room seemed small. But the bathroom was tiny…and challenging!…door couldn't open all the way because of the placement of toilet. Bad design. Tiny bathroom for four people.
Location was ideal for visiting the sites of Washington. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.
The room was immaculate and the location was perfect.
300 per day and i got the room directly across from the elevator. Noise and people. The View was the back of a huge sign and of hotel ac and equipment. Not to worry...i got to pay 60 more dollars to get a decent room. It wasn't value at 300 per nite, and Certainly wasn't at 320.
Location was good.
no free wi-fi unless you pay
The staff was very friendly, and we recieved excellent customer service. Best of all the bed was very comfortable!!!!
Very close to the natioan mall and the important points. very luxury hotel. Amazing experience.recommend to everyone
We were at first placed next to the lift shaft in what was dubbed a "quiet" room. The lifts do a lot of bleeping and clunking, so we didn't sleep much. But this was rectified swiftly and we were moved to an upper floor which was one of their club room floors - very smart indeed, and a lot better insulated I think.
Really fantastic hotel with nicely designed rooms many of which have been recently upgraded. Fantastic breakfast ensuring you don't need lunch! Great cocktail bar Attentive service in lobby and good when we had a problem.
Shower leaked all over the ceiling and walls. Flooded floor. When we called to have it fixed, they sent up maintenance while we were gone for the day. When we walked in late the next night there was a terrible sewage gas smell. Made my eyes water it was so bad. We Had to change rooms at 1:00 a.m. Sent us to a room that had guests inside sleeping. Finally got into a new room at 1:30 a.m. Hotel comped breakfast but when we checked out, we were charged. The charges were subtracted. Both the day and night Front desk clerks were very nice about moving rooms and giving us the breakfast, but there should have been be much better maintenance of the room. Not inhabitable!
Location and bar. We came for birth of our first grandchild and this was the only room in town available. Busy time in DC. We were happy to have found a place to stay near the GW hospital. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is ideally located between most of the major points of interest.. The staff were friendly and reliable and the bed was extremely comfortable :)
