Love this hotel
Hard to book this hotel
The recepcionist has bad attitude the one it has a Latin name
Lobby played Motown music.
Parking prices were far to expensive w/ no other parking options.
The convenience being around the attractions
there were bed bugs
Location to the metro, restaurants and sight seeing great.
Gym is small, and hot. But was not busy so could do my usual CV workouts.
Accommodations were very good. There for only one night.
The only complaint was when the heat kicked on it was noisy. Mentioned it to the front desk upon leaving and they were sending someone to check it out.
Very friendly staff, reception even managed to get us a room which was ready even though we arrived well before check in. The room was clean and spacious with a lovely bed and bathroom. Close to the White house and very easy to walk to the Capitol and the mall. Breakfast was fantastic and there is an in site Starbucks and a friendly bar.
The staff was amazing!!
Every towel I saw had a spot on them. Given the rate for each room, throw the towels out or get a new cleaning solution.
Staff very curious ,excellent room
The valet car very pricy for family trying to visit DC ..
Staff is extremely friendly, great hospitality
Room did not have any closet, thus hangers etc.( no ironing equipment as well) this may be a problem for business travellers
The room was excellent and the view was perfect. Super comfy bed and the relax goodies they leave on bed were wonderful. The Ahhhh foot cream was a life saver. Staff A++.
The Starbucks in the hotel was a bit dirty and the food in case lookd old.

Beautiful views, great rooms with a decadent feel. Easy to walk to subway, or walk to monuments. Nightlife in the area and plenty of places to eat.

The whole atmosphere was incredible. The staff though were all top notch and accommodating. I have already recommended the hotel to all of my family and several coworkers. I plan only to stay at the hamilton when visiting DC. Truly an amazing experience.
Only complaint was that the fridge in the room didnt work and no microwave but this did not impact my trip at all.
The room was very clean and neat. The staff was accommodating. The restaurant had wonderful staff! Liked that it was downtown.
We had to pay $45 a night to park. There was no breakfast offered. The maid came in our room to clean while we were still getting ready to go out. On Sunday at 8am there was a feed the homeless rally with people singing on microphones.
