Thought the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
I thought the breadfast was not very well presented and not much choice. I have stayed in many other Hiltons around the world and the breakfasts there were very much more delicious.
Very spacious rooms
Breafast is at the lowest end in terms of diversity and quality
He staff was outstanding, I staye at this hotel twice and both times it's been wonderful.
The only thing I could complain about is the fact that you have to pay for the parking, or that there is limited parking in the vicinity of the hotel.
I found the management exceptionally understanding of our needs. Beyond the call of duty we were granted the requested room number as well.
While it was good to get treated well for the "discounted" rate, Philly hotel prices are exorbitant. Even with the budget I would feel quite frivolous to expend upon the actual double room price. Do this! But do it using booking.com as we did or another booking resource.
Warm reception by hotel staff and complimentary breakfast.
Beddings were not changed within the 7 nights period.
- easy to get to Center City on trolley or subway. - clean and spacious room with lots of amenities - convenience store (Wawa) right around the corner
Loved the location - central to both Drexel and U Penn, close to some wonderful shops and eateries. Staff was gracious and hotel was beautiful.
Gym, friendly staff, heart of university city, safe location, clean, nice assortment up restaurant and subway access nearby.
Loved the room, the location the staff.
Faucet in the bathroom was leaking, some furniture needed to be changed being that they where scuffed to a point that you can tell very quickly. They could had included the breakfast on the price.
Bessie is a treat. The help downstairs with taxi service. The friendliness of the room service staff. The speed and efficiency of check out.
No teaspoon at coffee machine to stir with. Think breakfast should be an inclusive rate. So many tv channels but so many had restricted on. Don't see purpose of having so many when only a few can be watched. Rather only display those available.
No toothpaste and slipper in the room
This hotel was clean and comfortable. I love that pictures on the web were current of the hotel. Will recommend.
Valet parking was pricey. $40 a day.
Being that this was my first time traveling outside of my hometown and my first time staying in a hotel, it wasn't a bad experience. I was impressed by the layout, even though the room was a lot smaller than I had imagined. The bed was comfy, the couch inside the movie was comfy as well. The bathroom was probably my favorite part of the room. The glass shower was unexpected as was the sink layout. The key car operated room was unexpected as well and very interesting, despite a few inconsistencies. I also enjoyed the iPad ordering service.
The refrigerator didn't work (I used ice to cool what I wanted to keep cool). That was probably the only thing I didn't enjoy.
Lovely, comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. We were in town for a regatta and found the location convenient and away from the craziness of downtown. Will be returning for our future trips to Philly.
The hotel was beautiful. Valet service was excellent. Our room was clean and modern. Could have used more sugar packets but if that's my only complaint....that's fantastic.
The elevators needed to be vacuumed.
above and beyond customer service by Daryl at the desk who troubleshooted a problem for me
the charge for valet parking was never mentioned through booking.com it was waived but should never have been an issue
The staff were outstanding -- extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet (a reasonable additional charge) had a wide selection.
The carpeting. It is producing odour. Not well maintained.
An elegant hotel with value for price. Contemporary and comforting décor with modern amenities including connectivity for our needs. Location is a bit away from downtown but transit stations are close by and driving into town is in minutes.
No parking garage in hotel and difficult to find self parking nearby; requires valet parking at substantial cost.
The host at breakfast was very polite about the whole breakfast fiasco. He wasnt loud and tried to pull us aside to explain the problem. It wasnt his fault, the front desk screwed up.
In the evening we asked for extra bath towels and soap. We were told OK they would send it up but we never got it. Not even by next day when we checked out. Also breakfast was included in our booking. However, upon check-in we werent told about a coupon/voucher we would need, even when I specifically asked about it. We were just told the time and location. To our surprise when we went for breakfast and we were told breakfast is not included. Thank god I had my phone to show my booking info (which included breakfast). Very embarrassing!
Fantastic staff-especially the valet and bell check. Hotel was clean and location was great.
Love the rooms. Spacious and modern
Front office staff are not courteous . They can do with some hospitality training.
Check in was confusing and booking.com didn't do their job with secure payment or the hidd
