Score from 392 reviews Good
In the historic French Quarter of New Orleans, this hotel features a daily breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Cable TV is included in each room at the Andrew Jackson Hotel French Quarter.
Score from 363 reviews Good
This New Orleans hotel is moments from exciting Bourbon Street and offers a tranquil atmosphere, friendly service and thoughtful amenities.
Score from 513 reviews Very good
In a renovated building with a lobby featuring a glass ceiling, the Courtyard is 2 blocks from the New Orleans Convention Center. It includes a heated outdoor pool, a hot tub and a well-equipped gym.
Score from 290 reviews Very good
As an obviously elderly couple, we should have been offered a downstairs room. Upstairs with luggage was a bummer. The computer is awfully slow and in the glare of the daylight background the mouse arrow was hard to see.
Convenience of location
The bed made popping noises
Housekeeping didn't do good with the cleanliness of my room during my entire stay. Not a happy customer with the housekeeping staff.
My visit with your Hotel was prefect right in the center of everything. My sister and I really enjoyed will be back again.
10 min. on St.Charles streetcar to French Quarter. Streetcar runs 24-7 for $3.00 per day,
Breakfast was limited. If you didn't get down there early enough some items ran out.
The bed, the location, & the New Orleans feel of the hotel.
No elevators, so if you've packed a lot ask for a room on the first floor. Also, the tub and toilet are in a TINY space. Just overall feels past its prime. Also, if you consider Eggo waffles and a packet of oatmeal "continental breakfast" then this is your place.
The location was great. Just 1 block off St. Charles Ave. Lots of restaurants nearby. The trolley had a stop nearby, however it was too packed to ride.
Just about everything
Proximity to St. Charles Ave. Streetcar and Historic Garden District, yet quiet location off main thoroughfares; ample free parking; free complimentary continental breakfast; coffee in lobby 24/7; refrigerator in room; reasonable price relative to others in the area.
Amenities. Thin walls. Creaky floors
Location was great
Cute room, good breakfast. Close to restaurants and walking to French District. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Stayed in the courtyard (Rm#129) and was a little noisy in the am and late pm. Mgmt should place signs in the am for guests to be concise of rooms so close to the outdoor echoing courtyard. Would still recommend to friends.
Location and price. Trolley to French Quarter was a quick 2 minute walk. Nice Irish Bar right around the corner and Zea's restaurant right across the street. Staff very friendly.
The room was sketchy at best. Not very clean and bathroom was disgusting. Furnishings were very old and in desperate need of replacing along with a fresh coat of paint in the room.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Courtyard very compact so if other guests smoking outside their rooms, smoke drifts into yours. Breakfast outside in courtyard cold and draughty, need to turn a couple of rooms into breakfast area.
Close to the tram for easy access to city, comfy rooms
This was a great place to stay...there was free parking, and the trolley car was only about a half block away...lots of restraurants in the area...the neighborhood was great for walking and sightseeing...the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful...the room was small but comfortable, and included a small frig, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer and free WiFi. There weren't very many guests staying at the time, so it was very quiet and peaceful, and we also had an upstairs room, which helped. A small conteniental breakfast was included, but it was too cold to sit in the courtyard to enjoy. It has character and the price was lower than expected for the amienties.
Close to great restaurants Blind Pelican for happy hour, great area.. Magazine St... and the historical homes.. and St Charles street.
I definitely can't say anything bad everything was great.
the location, easy access to downtowneasy access to downtown, definitely be staying at that hotel again
Was quite expensive but everything is expensive in New Orleans. It was very very noisy all night with party - goers coming home but obviously not the hotels fault. The check out process more than annoyed me as I had to wait about 30 minutes to give them my key
We chose this hotel as its centrally located and has free parking. The room has a lovely design. Staff were friendly and let us check in before the official check in time
Cramped, no place to sit inside or out, no courtyard, balcony, view, landscaping or architecture.. Dated, worn and sits in parking lot.
Location with 2 queen beds.and free parking.
I can not say anything bad about it except maybe having a bigger your would have been better but it did not bother me much with the size they do provide.
I liked how they had free parking, enjoyed their comp. breakfast, loved how you could sit outside, it was peaceful, felt safe and the staff was all very nice.
we like the location and the quiteness of the area, and you are able to leave your car and never have to get in it.
Noisy, poor breakfast
nice staff, location
nothing it was perfect
a real New Orleans feel to this hotel And close to the best pub and restaurant in the garden district
Loved the room. I was with my brother, so it gave us our privacy. Great location, and friendly staff! Will definitely stay again!
No complaints for this price.
Great location on the street car line and with the charm to make for a nice memory of our visit to nola.
